    I recently moved into Provision at Four Corners, and so far, its been a wonderful experience. The move-in process was seamless, and the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The apartment itself is beautiful, with modern appliances and a great layout. I love the community amenities, especially the pool and outdoor grilling areas. The location is also very convenient, with lots of shopping and dining options nearby. Im very happy with my decision to live here and would highly recommend it to others.

    Horrible place to live. Management only cares about collecting rent. They care about themselves and collecting their check after putting in 40 hours. They are clueless, careless and conniving.I left for vacation for a week and I came back and my apartment was riddled with mold. No matter how much I clean and change the filters, the mold keeps coming back. PICTURES ARE WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS AND VIDEOS ARE WORTH A MILLION.

    Moved into Provision at Four Corners a year ago, and its been a positive experience overall. The apartment layout is perfect for my needs, and I love the large windows that let in plenty of light. The community amenities, like the gym and clubhouse, are great for socializing and staying active. The staff is friendly and quick to address any maintenance requests.

    Ive been living at Provision at Four Corners for about six months now, and its been a great experience. The apartments are modern and spacious, with high-quality finishes. The management team is very responsive and friendly, always ready to assist with any concerns. The amenities, such as the pool and fitness center, are excellent and well-maintained. Plus, the location in Sugarland is perfect, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. I highly recommend this place!

    Provision at Four Corners is a fantastic place to call home. The apartments are beautifully designed, and the community areas are clean and inviting. I appreciate the attention to detail, from the well-kept landscaping to the prompt maintenance service. The staff is always courteous and professional. The community is also very safe, which is important to me. I couldnt be happier with my choice to live here.

    Provision at Four Corners has been my home for the past two years, and I have no plans to move anytime soon. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, with plenty of storage space. The management team is excellent, always making sure the property is in top condition. The location is fantastic, with easy access to major highways and plenty of local amenities. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live in Sugarland.

    The apartments are brand new with designer touches that make you feel like youre living in a high-end condo. The amenities are fantastic, especially the beautiful pool area. Its also great to have a business center and weekly planned activities. The location is unbeatable, right off Highway 6, making it easy to get around. I couldnt be happier with my home here!

    I moved to Provision at Four Corners with my family, and weve been thrilled with the experience. The playground is a hit with the kids, and the community events bring everyone together. The apartments themselves are spacious and have all the modern conveniences you could ask for. Plus, being zoned to Fort Bend County schools was a big plus for us. The management is always responsive and goes above and beyond to ensure were satisfied. Highly recommend for families!

    The second I found out about the apartments I called and emailed to get more information. I started the end of April and I finally got an email back mid July to get more information. I was contacted the end of August to submit the application and now waiting for the apartments to be finished to move in. Candi (the manager) has been amazing and very helpful. I too was upset at first for not getting a call or respond back immediately. Once I spoke to her in person then I realized she was doing everything on her own, Emailing people and calling them back I was no longer upset. I used to work in the field and I know how crazy inquiries can get specially when its only 1 person handling things. There are a ton of people calling/emailing about the property and she has to go in order so I do understand the volume of work this woman has put in. Its not easy at all. Just want to say Ms. Candi you are doing an amazing job and I hope you get a good raise. Im sure it hasnt been easy but you have done an amazing job. To others waiting, be patient there are tons of people inquiring.

    I Love this property. My experience from the moment I walked into the office was just awesome!! I had the best experience with Kalie. She was very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions professionally. We loved that she made of feel welcome. The property was gorgeous and well kept. Because of her, my family and I have decided to lease here. We cannot wait. Thank you Kalie!!!

    I commend Candy (manager) shes one deep trying to get everyone approved. I know shes getting millions of questions. I met up with her in May and in June/July I sent all my info. I was approved in August. I am too now anxiously waiting to move in. Ive been driving there on the weekends to see the apartments. last time I went was Sunday 10/29/17. It looks like all they have to do are the floors and appliances. some units have electricity. so its coming along. it looks so nice so far

    Great place to live! Thr people at leasing office are nice. Their management skills are best. They keep the place clean all the time. If they are not busy they start cleaning the parking lots themselves. So they are really hardworking. Especially the manager is really nice she takes care of everything and treats everyone with respect!

    Although it took a while to get in contact with Candy, once I finally did the communication and help has been exceptional. I met with her yesterday for the application process and got approved during my appointment. So excited to be moving into my new apartment soon :)

    I highly recommend this property to people looking for a wonderful apartment. Imagine being the first person to stay in your apartment and brand new everything. It is worth the wait. Plus I am too excited to get the opportunity to meet the wonderful staff they have and how they are about their business! There are so many different ethnicities in the complex and I really am grateful to have met the manager Ms. Lambright she made sure I got everything in that was asked of me. I am a proud resident at Provision at Four Corners!! I can now say that I am home! This is a beautiful property.

    Randomly came across these apartments a few nights ago as I frantically Searched for a new home for me and my two Kids to move into before August. (My bro is selling his house) so I called the number listed on the website, but it was the number to the corporate office who then directed me to Candy, the leasing manager. Well I called twice and was unsuccessful at reaching her and was unable to leave a voicemail. Well i decided to send an email requesting more informationAnd to my surprise she replied the following morning and was more than helpful. She answered allOf my questions In a very detailed and professional manner. I look forward to meeting with her next week in regards to snagging one of these beautiful units.     Business owner: Ive DJd 2 pool parties at this residential complex. My experience with the Property Manager Tracey and her staff has been a positive one. Tracey and her staff have hosted several social functions, on property, where the residents come and learn value information about vital public resources available to them. And the residents are some of the nicest people Ive ever met. I look forward to the next social gathering hosted at the complex.

    I was WOWed at this place! The pool, the layout, GRANITE COUNTERTOPS at that price! Unfortunately I did not make the requirements but I wish I couldve. The management was so nice and professional and I want to specifically highlight Tracey for going above and beyond. I will be recommending some friends because this is a dream complex for the price!

    I give this property a 5 star I have been here for 3years and out of all the leasing agents Kalie bis one of the best ones here she is very nice and a hard worker every time I call the office she always there to answer my questions she is always helpful and when something needs to be fix at my apartment shes always on top of it and gets it done Thank you Kalie for coming to work for the provision we need more like you around
