I had the pleasure of interacting with Bailee and Lucas when I recently toured this property. They were extremely helpful answering any questions I had, and they had such great energy and enthusiam when talking about Presidium Tech Ridge. While still under construction, the completed parts are beautiful! The pool will be amazing once its done, there are some walking trails on the property, and its in a great location-easy access to 35. There is even an on-site golf simulator so golfers will LOVE that amenity. Definitely encourage anyone looking for a home to check Presidium Tech Ridge out. Lucas, Bailee, and the rest of the team will get you taken care of.

I toured with Lauren looking at some one bedroom floor plans, and I must say the location is wonderful! The floorplans are very smartly made, and the finishes are beautiful. Lauren’s professionalism was unmatched! I’m really looking forward to making tech ridge my new home.

I wanted to take the opportunity to express my appreciation towards the Presidium Tech Ridge team; Lucas, Bailee, and Lauren as I had an outstanding experience while touring the property. The staff is very knowledgeable about the property and its specs as well as informative while answering all questions I had in regards to becoming a future resident. This team is not only knowledgeable but kind as they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and walked me through each step in the application process. I was a little nervous walking in there not knowing what to expect but, the only thing I would change is having visited this team and property sooner. The layout and design is eye catching and very appealing with a modern touch of class and style which easily swayed my decision to move here! I am ecstatic to be a future resident and I am thankful that Lucas, Bailee and Lauren were the exceptional staff I had the pleasure of working with! If you have not yet toured this property, I highly encourage you to meet the team that will be more than happy to show you to your new home within Presidium Tech Ridge Apartments!

Let me start by saying how awesome the location of this community. Easy access to 35, minutes away from H‑E‑B, plenty of food options, and a shopping center. The office staff answered all our questions, made the leasing process seamless, and made us feel right at home.
