I am already more than impressed with Presidio. Both Brittany and Joy have been more than helpful!!! they made my entire move in process easy as can be, and never hesitated to help me if i had questions or wanted to fix something. the community itself is so beautiful and VERY safe. i’m proud to say i live here. i can see myself living at the Presidio for a long time!!

Presidio at River East has been my home for a little over a year now and has been a great experience! The management here takes good care of their residents and stay on top of things! This has been by far one of my best apartment living experiences! Shout out to Joy for being the best property manager around!

Absolutely loved living here. Joy and every one else was always a complete pleasure to work with. Rent was affordable for the area, good amenities without being extra just to be extra, saving you money on rent. I would 100% still live there if I didnt move from Fort Worth!

My experience touring and leasing a unit at Presidio at River East was simply outstanding. The Community Manager went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and find my perfect fit based on my needs. She made me feel welcomed and appreciated and for that I’m truly grateful. What really sets this property apart from others is that view of Downtown and the Trinity River. You’re also right across from Riverside Park, where you can enjoy plenty of outdoor activities. This is a brand new boutique luxury apartment community so if you’re looking for that perfect place to call home in Fort Worth, Texas, look no further. I can’t wait for my move in date!

I lived in this community since I came to Fort Worth and now moving out for new state. During this time I had almost 0 issues with anything. Apart from quick maintenance, new equipment and convenient location, the office staff, especially Joy, go above and beyond. Joy never hesitate to help me with any questions or issues at anytime.

Absolutely LOVE this apartment! Joy & Jarred are AMAZING!! Maintenance responds to request within a reasonable time. The office staff always communicates with residents regarding any issues. Safe & quiet place!

I lived here for almost 2 years and always loved living here. I have never had an issue with the front office, both management companies. Jarred and Joy are absolutely amazing and have always taken care of me, same as Juan. Any time I had a maintenance request they fixed it within 24 hours. Also a great location. Close to everything you could possibly want and need, while being a beautiful community. I definitely recommend Presidio at River East.

This complex has a lot to offer- a great location, around the clock amenities, and stellar management. Joy and Jared go above and beyond to make sure our needs as tenants are met. Although we haven’t needed any fixing the maintenance team doesn’t go unnoticed. The complex is always clean, trimmed, and well kept. We are proud to call Presidio our home!

The warm and wonderful customer service I have received here is amazing! The staff is by far the best I have experienced, they go above and beyond. The amenities make you feel like you have your own back yard, corn hole, fitness center, pool, great setting space so you can enjoy the pool at night and entertain. Kristen made the moving process so simply and removed all the guess work. Recommend 10/10

I am so excited to see the River East/Race Street neighborhood grow! I currently live in the area and have been looking forward to touring Presidio. I was able to take a tour with the property manager this week, and all I can say is WOW. The apartments are beautiful and really well done and the views are stunning. The best part is how reasonably priced they are for what you get, and how friendly the manager was. Looking forward to my current lease being up so I can move here!

Love to location and that this is not a large complex - I actually know some of the other residents and thats rare in those massive complexes. Jared and Joy are great in the front office - they know your name and are always friendly when they see you around - Juan the maintenance guy is very helpful and will talk to you and work around your schedule and goes above and beyond. Its not a perfect place - but no place is - location, people, size, staff - best place for me and my family!

This property is great! The Management team is exceptional at what they do as well as carry such the heart and vision of the company so well. Devynn, Macy, Chris and Herbert are always making sure the grounds and residents are well taken care of. They’re always happy to help and quick with responses and action. This is the best property Ive stayed in recent years!

Update Oct/2022: While the new management improved and I did notice the issue is more the company than the employees. The management team is great and super nice. Maintenance of the areas improved but still not to previous management company.The new management has ruined this place. It’s always dirty, dont fix stuff in a timely manner and if you have a dog the maintenance person will not even enter your apartment. I swear the Avenue5 management just does everything wrong so we move out. The area is also super dangerous shootings, break ins and car parts being stolen all have happened here. Parking is not guaranteed. Don’t be fooled by the recent for 5 star reviews. You do not want to live here.

This property is great all the way around. Chris and Herbert are always busting their butts to make sure the grounds are kept up exceedingly well. They’re always happy to help with any issues I might have. Macy is the sweetest too, and also very helpful. I highly recommend Presidio at River East to anyone searching for their new home.

I have lived here for about 8 months and I’ve really enjoyed it. I like my apartment and the proximity to so many fun things. The office staff seem to be motivated to make improvements and I enjoy chatting with Kerstin and Jared when I stop by the office.

What a great property! We fell in love with it starting with the fireworks from the pool deck. The best views of downtown with the sun setting beyond. No annoying parking garages. Great management team. So glad we found this place!

I toured a couple weeks ago and the staff was very kind! Caitlin helped me make sure I knew where to park and came outside in the heat to greet me. The apartments were beautiful, Caitlin was very helpful and she even checked up with me afterwards to see how I was doing in my search for an apartment.

Brand new and very nicely built complex. The pool view cant be beat. Complex is just by downtown, but not in it. Feels calm and peaceful by the river. Excellent staff as well, and rapid processing. The whole application process was a breeze.
