    I have been staying here for almost a year, and I just have to say that i absolutely adore the assistant manager Ms.Ana. Since the start of the moving process she has always been patient and kind and very helpful! She made the move in process very easy for me and family. I have nothing but positive feedback for people who ask about these apartments and the management behind it.

    Good AfternoonI want to take a moment to THANK the ENTIRE STAFF of the Preserve@Cypress Creek - Great JobI would like to Praise this property team for several things, the day to day, monitoring the parking, and residents, while holding us all accountable for rules of the property, so we can all enjoy our time when we get home, and it is relaxing and fun.Personally there have been so many other excellent things that the staff has helped me with as I adjusted to getting back to living in a community again.All of these things were prior to the amazing job they did in resolving the results of the recent storm.I just moved back to The Great State of Texas and this is one of the reasons, because here we use Organization / Teamwork and a get it done attitude to get the job done and this team was OUTSTANDING in every sense of the word!!BIG KUDOS to Lety, Ana, Jesus, Vincente, Richard and all of the other folks who jumped in to resolve the damage created by Beryl. Wow, what a great result!!!After struggling in florida and having to deal with the damage of hurricane Ian, I was just bracing myself for the having to endu re another difficult situation. I could not have been more wrong, what a terrific job this staff has done - I am blown away!! Thank You so much for your pursuit of excellence!!As a team they communicated with us to keep us in the loop, as well setting the proper expectations as soon as they possibly could.I really enjoyed my stay here and have appreciated all of the long hours and hard work it took to get this situation handled.Thank YouSincerelyKJM

    Moved here in June 2022. Ana was a pleasure to work with, and Leticia is super understanding as well. Maintenance works fine, and despite the makeovers happening there have been no issues that werent taken care of.

    Been a resident here for almost a year and I love it. They are friendly and are doing a lot to make improvements to the property. They handle maintenance tickets in a timely manner and anything I request is addressed promptly. They even pick up my packages when I am away working. The ladies are always nice and I adore Anna, she is always patient and pleasant when I call or go by the office.

    Ana I love Ana and appreciate everything she done for me. She made moving in a breeze and a very smooth process im coming from New York with my family and we have to move ASAP. She gave me the necessary tools and also made this process a breeze I officially will be moving in this week. Let’s not forget how she help me every step of the way shout out to Ana for being the best at her job. Highly recommend for all my people moving into Houston

    This is my 3rd year here. The new office agents are amazing. The main maintenance man is really amazing & quick with service calls. This complex reminds me of my childhood (Kids are able to play freely outside with no threats of “the world”) & I love it!! I’ve dealt with no crime here. Vehicles safe.

    The apartment complex was going downhill until this new management team came. Things were not getting fixed previously but now they are -- new security cameras have been installed, lighting improved around complex, pavement fixed, maintenance team always solves issues around the apartment. Front office is always there to assist even after hours. Overall, I am very satisfied with the new Preserve team.

    The office staff (particularly Leticia Ramirez) and the maintenance staff here have been wonderful. They have exceeded my expectations.I’ve lived here for a number of years and really appreciate the changes they are making. The lighting and cameras added have greatly improved the security.Thank you

    My girl friend and I stayed here for the past year. The property has gone through a lot of changes. But since the new property Manager Alexandria has come I think things will be changing around here. I appreciate her being patience with my girlfriend after hearing that her grandmother had cancer. She took care all of our need as far as our apartment in a timely matter.

    I love my place here. I enjoy coming home where it’s mostly quiet , The apartment grounds are very well kept, the landscaping love it is awesome and the new management team are amazing. Shaun and Malaika are Exceptionally amazing. They are an example of what teamwork looks To get things done effectively and in a timely manner. I love their customer service. They are quick to respond to your needs and if there is any thing you need they make sure it’s taking care of. If they don’t Have a answer to your question guaranteed they will find out the answer quickly. In my opinion please keep this team together. Looking forward to some more years here.

    I just love my apartment here the whole lay out. The property is well kept, The office staff is professional and respond to your needs timely. Shaun has been the best , she helped me get situated into my new apartment without any major issues and the minor ones she made sure they were taken care of. I highly recommend them

    To be moving to a completely new neighborhood and community, Leticia Ramirez made me feel like I was living right around the corner the entire time. Very welcoming!! I even noticed the precautions she took to make sure it was a clean and safe environment during my visit. Even though I was ready to rent one of their beautiful units on the spot, the move in date was a little far out for my needs at this time. Selflessly, she even offered a referral to a sister property, that was perfect in timing for me. #PreserveatCypressCreekwasMySons1stpick!!

    I love to look at different apartments, just to see what theyre like in case I decide to move. The manager, Lety was really nice and showed us a unit. She wasnt rude about it, like some other places are. I loooved that they have a bigger bath tub!! Its so hard to find an apartment complex with something bigger than your standard bath tub.

    Glad I didnt skip this place just by reading the reviews. I followed my heart and stopped by Monday to check out an apt and the energy in the ofc was amazing. MS. Shaun and Maleaka were so nice and helpful. I am so glad I stopped by. I applied yesterday and was approved. I cant wait to move in. Finally an apt with a washer and dryer included, no more going to my moms crib to wash my clothes.

    I really enjoy how personable and people-oriented management is. Coming from a leadership background, all I can really say is Shaun and Malaika have been outstanding! Theyre on point with every intricacy that is required of them to run, manage, and oversee their work environment.     The staff here are amazing. Their customer service was great and they make you feel like youre part of a family. Came from Oklahoma City, Ok and was able to get into my apartment the same day. The process was smooth and fast.

    Ever since the Preserve got new management/staff living here is GREAT! Malaika is MVP! She’s always cheerful and helpful and actually follows through with things you ask about which I have NEVER experienced before lol! She also gets to know you and is patient if you are stressing about stuff (packages!!) the maintenance staff is also the bomb our AC went out and he came by and fixed it... on a Sunday!! Love it!

    I relocated from Florida and was an easy process to move in. The rate was affordable for me to save up money and purchase my own townhome. Any issue i had was minor and when i reported it, it was fixed immediately. No loud noises and neighbors were friendly. Leased for 2 years. Thanks you

    I love staying here. Ana Andrade always sweet and made sure that I had a easy move in. I love that the building have enough space between them that we do not hear our neighbors and the areas is very peaceful.

    I love the ladies that work in this office! From the day we came into the office they helped with the whole process. Coming from another state we didnt know and Shaun and Malaika helped us with the whole process. We got approved really quickly and the apartments are beautiful.

    I lived at the Preserve for over a year till I got a job relocation, and it is one of the best complexes in the area. Prices are fair and staff and managers are always curtious and helpful, wished I got to know them better! The area is quite and the pool is great! I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a nice place to live with no disturbances and everyone minds there own business.

    I love the new management team Shaun and Malaika they are the best. They came after us having a very bad management experience prior to them coming. It was the worst experience im sure most of us had. But they came in about a couple months ago and turned it around with gifts, renewal parties, events, newsletters, kindness, and understanding!     Moved in last year and so far so good, my only complaint is limited parking. I’m interested in a parking space I can reserve. I’ve noticed they’ve made some repairs on the outside. Hope they keep it up.
