I need to brag on the maintenance and management team at The Pointe at Steeplechase. These images are horrific, but the end result and the quickness of repair impressed me and Im so grateful.Monday, my daughter and I cleaned out her room to prepare for vinyl flooring to be installed. We were very excited to get rid of old carpet and have a refreshed look. We had a water leak in the bathroom about 6 weeks ago, maintenance responded quickly to that and fixed the issue, but they nor I suspected any other affected areas from that major water leak.With my daughter being away at her dads for most of the summer, and her closet being used only for storage, water damage in that area went unnoticed and a mold problem began without our knowledge. We were utterly heartbroken when she removed her mountain of sentimental blankets and stuffed animals to find a massive mold outbreak. We were shocked, scared and didnt know what the next steps looked like.I sent pictures to the management team, Rebeca and Biby as soon as we discovered the problem, and they made time to respond to me that day, which was appreciated seeing as the office was closed for Labor Day.Maintenance came out first thing Tuesday morning to peep the issue and formulate a plan. Carpet was removed, vinyl was installed and drywall was cut. Yesterday the area was treated, new drywall went up and today we are ready to move all her belongings back in. Weve been cramped into my bedroom since Monday and the living room and kitchen is stuffed to the gills with the contents of the room. Today Im feeling grateful and thankful for the speedy repair. Thank you so much to the team of people that helped, maintenance, management and the drywall/painters. We are so excited to redecorate and have a nicer looking space free of mold!

I lived here for around 3-4 years; they were my first apartment, alone. I loved them up until I left. The only cons I would say, the surrounding neighbors were always fighting and had drama going on. There was consistent issues with the pipes. I also had reoccurring issues with roaches. Parking, especially for visitors, was also hard to find. Other than that though, it was a lovely apartment to live in for a low cost. Maintenance was always quick to answer and very nice, the office staff was always friendly and willing to help out, and the apartment itself was so fun to decorate and call my own. 7/10. :)

I have been living in the Steeplechase apartment complex for some time now, and I must say that I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience, especially since Rebecca took over as the manager. She has consistently proven to be on point when it comes to addressing any issues or requests, always going above and beyond to accommodate her tenants.This community is truly exceptional. Not only does everyone here mind their own business, but they are also considerate and respectful. Its a refreshing change from some other places where Ive lived. Additionally, the convenience of having everything I need around the community is a huge plus – from gas stations to grocery stores, retail shops, and fast food joints, its all just a stones throw away.Steeplechase offers a wonderful living experience with a pool thats open year-round, and a 24/7 gym, which I find incredibly convenient. Life here is genuinely great, and its a testament to the outstanding management and services provided.I must also commend the maintenance team. They are not only efficient but also impressively fast in attending to any issues that may arise. The combination of excellent management, a peaceful and considerate community, and the convenience of nearby amenities makes Steeplechase a fantastic place to call home. I couldnt be happier with my decision to live here.

The staff is awesome. Maria and Brenda are some of the most helpful me Ive ever met. There is always parking available. The area is very nice, calm, and safe. I had no problems with payment and no pest issues. This place rocks! I actually forgot to turn in my notice to move out, and they let me stay a few extra days (with payment of course) and they were so kind and nice about it. If I could give them a tip or a raise, I SURELY WOULD! Keep doing what youre doing. The neighbors are very social and cordial; no problems there. The pool is always clean. GREAT PLACE TO STAY! 10 STARS ON MY BEHALF!

I have been on this property for almost 4 years. Every year I say that Im gonna move only because of the distance to work, etc. I never do. I been renewing year after year. Maintenance team is fast to come out when requested. Anytime Im in need of anything, theyre there. Also its so peaceful and quiet. No disturbance from neighbors or even visitors they may be entering the property. The property is kept up very well and most of all there are no stray animals roaming around the property that I have seen. The office staff is greatly appreciated.!!!

First time apartment renter here. I have been pleasantly happy with my first month stay. They offered a special so that was nice. My apartment is spacious and has a good sized closet for it being a studio. The dog park is fun for my dog in the morning and evening. I do wish people would pick up after their dog though (on the grass areas) it is not hard and they have multiple pet waste stations with the bags provided(: Other than that I’m happy to be living in a good location that is convenient to me!

I renewed my lease for the first time here. Its an awesome place to live. Office staff are very polite, professional, and caring. Throughout the pandemic, management worked with residens if there was a financial hardship.Management keep residents updated with any changes that may occur via email or text. There are many functions throughout the year for the community and for the children. Maintenance is always on time when you have any problems. During the 2021 Winter Storm, maintenance was on site rushing to repair any pipes that burst. They did everything they could to keep the residents comfortable and safe.

Since Ive moved to Houston 2 years ago this has been by far the best apartment experience Ive encountered thus far! The staff are beyond friendly and accommodating! Any issues Ive experienced with this property has been fixed within a 2 hour timeframe which is surprising for maintenance. The property is clean and well kept and the community is very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend!!!

I came to USA with family for the 1st time and looking for apartment in Jones Road.I saw the apartment in Feb and moved within couple of days, even though I did not have credit score they offered me to rent with extra charge but they gave discount for moving in quickly.I love living here as it is well maintained and peaceful; Maintenance team work like a family, helping each other and attending the concerns and are Prompt.Ladies @ Front Desk are very caring, friendly and accountable.They have many events/activities happening almost every month and this creates a sense of belongingness.For the amenities and locality it has the Best Price!. The complex is very quiet and filled with families and cute pets. Visitor parking is the only thing that I have ever had an issue with, but that is an issue that most apartments seem to have. I have renewed my lease and look forward to another great year.

I have enjoyed living at the Pointe at Steeplechase for the past 2 years. The complex is well kept and the residents are very quiet and polite. The front office staff have always been very responsive and extremely helpful. The units are well maintained and a great value. The only reason that I am leaving is because I am getting married and my fiance owns a home. I will dearly miss my apartment and the ladies in the front office. This has been the best experience that I have ever had as a renter. I would definitely recommend this complex!

My husband and I moved her about a two years ago and honestly I like the peace and quiet the apartments offer. We did have a couple of things we needed fixing and maintenance has always come in a timely manner. I have not seen any roaches in the apartments nor have I had any major issues to complain about. Yes, I do think they could have more visitor parking because during the weekend when most people have guests over, they are having to park on the outside of the gates of the apartment property. The water does get shut off occasionally, only because people dont seem to understand that they need not to be flushing unnecessary stuff down the toilet. They do give an advance notice and get it fixed by morning which honestly doesnt bother me since by the time I get off of work its back running. All in all I like these apartments and they are affordable enough until we get our own house. I definitely like recommending these apartments to anyone I know who is looking for a place to live.

I been living at these about since February, & I love living here,very quiet, & the maintenance men are excellent, also the ladies in the front offices,they are very concern about your well being.The staff always let you know ahead of time whats going on in the community. I thought that it was very consider of them to have a food bank come to give out food & meals to families & the sake of our children. I think Marie is so helpful always,she make things work,thanks to all you ladies & gentlemen.

I moved here in 2020. I am a former resident here at Pointe at Steeple Chase. Frosty from Mortal Kombat y I really liked the maintenance staff. They did reply to my maintenance needs in a timely manner. They are really professional too and caring. I just recommend visitors and residents to park somewhere else instead of parking in reserved spots. Two carros got towed out of my reserved spot so far. Stop it timey! And I pray the roaches have decreased as well. I hope I do not have any leftover mail over there. No offense, but I am being completely honest. God bless this apartment and staff. I have lived here for almost 3 years. A new management company took over several months ago and have made many new changes from repainting (inside and out), remodeling, repairing the parking lots and driveways and just overall improved the complex 200%. I would also like to say the Manager and Office personnel are always friendly, helpful and professional. Any maintenance I have needed was handled quickly and did the repair right and not just patched. I highly recommend The Point.

Would totally recommend this complex they go out in beyond for residents!! all the staff ladies are so nice and sweet , they are always on top of things to keep every resident happy. The office staff is actually pretty great. They give several opportunities to win little raffles and other things for the residents.My one complaint is the age of the property, which shows even though there have been some updates. I think the property would benefit from more options, like covered parking and some apartment upgrades like backslash and cabinets or fixtures. Parking in general is a tough one but more reserved parking would be a great idea.

I’m new to the Houston area and I’ve been living at Pointe at Steeplechase for about 4 months now. I love it here. All places have their ups and downs. There are a few things but they are tolerable. I love how everything is super close by HEB, Kroger, 99 cent and ALDI. There are a lot of convenient stores for shopping/groceries. First thing, in no particular order, there are very few spots for visitor parking. If i come home late it is hard finding a parking spot for myself or a visitor. The entrance/exit gate is opened majority of the time. Making it easy for crazies to enter. The main pool is closed a lot. Which is the pool closer to me. There’s always something wrong. I can always walk to the other. Trash man comes around 2am- 3am wakes me up in the middle of the night. I can also here when my neighbors turn the water on to shower or flush the toilet. It is kinda of loud. I stay on the 2nd floor. The floors are very light. You have to walk soft. But like I said these things aren’t too bad. They have done maintenance request in a reasonable time. They send emails to let tenants know what is going on and what is going to be done. I would definitely renew my lease here. I’m not complaining. I went off of reviews so I leaving one for the next. Ive lived in the west half of the complex for 3 years, Ive never had a roach or rodent problem. Never had an issue with crime. Most people keep to themselves. Parking is an issue, there arent always enough spaces. The buildings are old but maintenance is pretty good. Management can be an issue, theres a lot of turnover. If your on a budget Id recommend this place.

Since Ive been living in these apartments I have not had any issues. They are very kind and I love how they interact with the living community on a consistent level. I moved here from Illinois and had no friends or family when I came, they had thanksgiving dinner, Christmas party for the kids, and even Mothers Day they made me feel so noticed and not alone. Coming here was definitely a home away from home (Illinois) these ladies are a very friendly staff, and awesome Cooks !!! They had a week for free swimming lessons for the community!! My son learned to swim because of them, I have also met new friends due to their community social functions!! I love living here!!!

What I like about this property is how quiet it is and everyone is super friendly the staff are amazing!!!! Usually at apartments complex at least one staff is rude no they are all EXTREMELY COOL!! they always keep you updated and they are always willing to answer any questions I’ve lived here for two years going on three and any time I ever had a problem they fixed it immediately maintenance are always on it I don’t have to wait an hour or two and if I do they call and explain for the delay and the pools are amazing they are always cleaned the grounds always look well kept and did I mention SO QUIET!!! Hello! I wanted to write a review on my apartment complex to tell you how happy I am that I moved here. When I applied for this apartment I needed a place quick. With the pandemic Covid-19 I could no longer rent a room. Maria in the office helped me every step of the way. With the virus and all I had to view the apartment virtually online, sign my lease, and pay for registration etc. Im very fortunate that Im in the building so close to laundry mat, mail box, pool, and corner store. People are friendly here they speak and a lot of the times when I take my trash out one of my gentleman neighbors takes it from me and takes it the rest of the way. My apartment has no roaches or any issues. Maintence men wave or speak every time they see me. This is truly where I belong! Oh and you have your own laundry card that you put money on from your debit card. No getting a roll of quarters! I could keep going on! LOL! I highly recommend this place to call home!

Assuming it would take while for a call back, to my surprise Victor was there not even 5min after I left the message for help. It was 9pm. Mariana is a PEACH! Omg...so, let me start from the beginning. I was pleased when I was offered an early move in date when I came in to bring in my deposit. I moved in three weeks early at her prompting and I am so glad I did. The staff is so helpful... I love it here. Today I had a problem with my locks, and the maintenance staff was unavailable. Mariana answered the phone when I called in the morning and by the time I got home my lock was fixed. Now talk about going above and beyond.

I can’t be more blessed with the staff that helps in the office and the maintenance team. Specially to Francisco Hernandez (Manny), I had thrown away my trash along with my money rent. Two weeks ago I had a problem with my AC it was not cooling.I have my 86 year old mother living with me. I called the office and lefta voicemail for the maintenance person on duty to come and check theAC because it happen to be after hours. It was raining pretty bad that day.Within minutes, the person on duty for that weekend was a gentleman by the name of Isai Roman.Mr. Roman was very helpful after checking the AC he explained to us that due to the weather, he would have to come back on Monday morning to finish the job. He contacted management and then offered us a vacant apartment for us to sleep at for that night.Mr. Roman went over and beyond his call of duty, and Im very grateful forwhat he did for us. Thank you Mr. Isai Roman.The office personnel is awesome! Always wiling to assist in any way.Thank you for all that you do!Sarita Montiel

I love the place, we have been here for 7 years, excellent treatment from all the staff in general, the girls in the office, the manager Brenda, very friendly, the maintenance staff, very attentive, I come and go to Monterrey and everything is very good, it is a very nice place.
