    Thank you for sending out the help we needed for our apartment. I retract the previous post I made and I’m ready to leave a good note! 📝 My husband and I have been here since 2021 and any time we needed help with rent or maintenance wise, they’ve been timely on their end. Jimmy and the other maintenance guys are always working hard to maintain this complex. We wish parking was a little roomier for the reserve parkings but at least we have some. Overall, they really are great people working here.

    I went to request information for an apartment, Leasing agent Dora was very polite, professional, and great customer service, gave me all information I needed. She made me feel welcome, I have visit other properties but they did not treated me like Dora did. Dora, thank you so much for all your help and also I want to thank her manager for making a good choice with Dora as her leasing agent both are so professionals and have great customers service. I wish on every office they will have employees like both of them.

    Staff is very polite, especially the manager Anayelli. Don’t have a single complaint, they’ve been a great help. The apartments are always kept clean and security is fantastic. Need a safe, clean environment? This is what your looking for!

    Manager and staff are really nice and always making sure residents are happy. When it comes to fix something in the apartments they do it the same day.

    They were quick with getting application processed, apartment was very nice new carpet and tile fresh paint the smell was of new apartment I was impressed and proceeded to do my application they are really nice people in the office.

    I lived in these apartments for two years and liked it. It is quiet in the night and day, except for children playing. I do wish the playground was more updated for my kids. You get one assigned parking spot and at night its hard to find a second spot. Maintenance always showed up, but we did have problems with ants in the winter. Pest control never showed up so we tried to address the problem ourselves. I needed more space so I moved, but I would definitely move back if I could.

    I have been fortunate enough to live at the Plaza on Hammerly Apartments for the last year, and I cannot recommend this place enough. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed with how well maintained and clean the complex is.The common areas are always maintained, and the general atmosphere is very calm and safe.The apartments themselves are spacious, modern and well designed. The layout is ideal, with enough closets and a fully equipped kitchen, which makes daily life much more comfortable. In addition, the finishes and details in the apartments are of good quality, which really makes a difference.What has impressed me the most, however, is the management and maintenance team. Whenever I have had a request or issue, the staff has been incredibly responsive and professional.
