I had a great experience during my visit of this complex. I toured last weekend with Alyssa. She made sure no detail was missed when looking for my exact needs. All of the amenities were a plus and the convenience of being next to my school is great. I loved how quiet it was. This community is definitely at the top of my list! -

We really enjoyed living here. There is free Starbucks-type coffee & espresso machine in the lobby every day. Keavy is great, and readily available and accessible- she runs management. She worked with me on any issue I ever had (helped me get my neighbors to quiet down, replaced AC, replaced dryer) Maintenance is top notch and anything that ever broke was fixed same-day. Walls are a bit thin but nothing worse than any other apartment I’ve lived in previously. Pest control comes every Friday if you request it so we had no problems with bugs. QUALITY gym with free weights and cables and there’s barely ever anyone there. They require wrist bands for the pool so there aren’t 1,000 people and their families there every day. We really liked that. Also has a big dog park that has shade! Rent was extremely reasonable for a 2 Bedroom for the quality of the apartment. -

Wow just wow. Great office staff. Crystal - their Leasing Agent - is very nice and attentive. She always answers all my questions and made my moving process a breeze. The community is beautiful and well maintained. Thanks to Richard my work orders are always done very fast. If you are looking for a nice community, look no further. -

The Plaza at San Jacinto is a peaceful, clean place to live. My neighbors do their very best to clean up after their pets and keep them quiet. The management team Keavy, Christine, and Richard answer the phone when we call and respond to our concerns in a timely manner. My water heater started leaking at 5:45pm (5/24/2023), I called the office and Keavy & Christine got right-on it. They contacted Richard, who was on his way home and asked him to come back and check on my water issue. He returned, shut off the water, and the leaking stopped. I had already saved some water, so we were okay for the night. The next morning he went to Home Depot, picked up a new water heater for my unit, and had it installed by lunch time. I have always received professional, courteous, and friendly service from management. My family and I have live here for over 5 years and we are well taken care of. We love living at the Plaza!! Maybe you will too! Come by and check us out. Were very friendly :>) !! -

The Plaza is so beautiful and clean and the apartments are nicely updated! My husband and I have been working with Crystal and she has been wonderful and so very helpful in the process of getting our son into his new apartment. The whole experience has been smooth and easy! Thank you, Crystal! -

Ms. Crystal, the leasing agent for Plaza at San Jacinto, was by far the best part of the moving experience for us. Crystal is friendly and welcoming, always making us feel as if we were her number one priority. She responses to questions or concerns I had in a timely manner. Crystal always has a polite, friendly demeanor, and goes above and beyond to ensure her residents are taken care of. -

Winter made our move in experience an extremely smooth and easy process. We did not have any problems when we moved in and maintenance is on top of things. Super quiet complex and nice area to live in. We’re happy to live here!! The gym and pool are also extremely nice and relaxing! We are in a one bedroom and it’s decently sized but also very cozy. Also for foodies - tons of good places to go eat down Spencer Hwy any direction you go. -

I have been living here for the past 7 months and CRYSTAL has been amazing through and through. She always answers when I call the office for maintenance, she is super helpful and so genuine. You can tell she loves helping. If you apply here make sure you speak to her AND ONLY HER because she will take care of you no matter what!! -

I lived here in college and now Im back. Crystal did an amazing job finding me the perfect unit to live in during this time in my life. She was so helpful during the process and checked in on me to see how I was doing after move in. I highly recommended this place! -

We lived at Plaza at San Jacinto for about 8 months while our house was being repaired after Harvey. My personal experience was good. The apartment was nice sized, the complex was small and quiet. I like the grills at the pool. It was a great location to work at the plant. Maintenance was pretty quick and overall it was a good experience. -

I have lived at The Plaza at San Jacinto for 3-months and I love it. Courtney and Tracy are great and are always ready to address any issues or concerns I have. This is actually my first time living in an apartment by myself and I really like the quietness of the apartments. I had a problem with my dishwasher when I first moved in and when I called the office regarding the dishwasher problem, it was fixed by the time I made it home from work. I would definitely recommend living at The Plaza at San Jacinto to anyone and everyone. -

Location is quiet even though it is across the street from a college.Apartments could use a little touch but still homey.Miss Traci in the office is very quick and professional at her job. Go in the office for packages and the public computers several times a week and she is never hesitant to help out and to make sure everything is going well with the apartment and parking.4 stars for the apartment5 stars for the management -

We’ve lived here for almost a year and just signed for another year. We love these apartments. From day one Traci answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we had. We’ve had a couple of maintenance issues but they were taken care of so quickly they weren’t even considered a problem for us. The security in this place is why we chose to stay here with our family. It’s a small complex and neighbors are friendly. I love that we are close to several restaurants and two big grocery stores. -
