I have lived here for 3 years and I love it!It’s nice, its safe and the location is perfect for me and my kids.We actually know and like our neighbors.The office staff are good people.Travis and Destinee are friendly and helpful anytime I need anything.Our dog loves going for walks on the trail and people we pass say hi.The pool is amazing and the gym looks nice too, but I don’t go in there.The best H-E-B is right down the street!The things that make this place 5-stars are the staff and neighbors, the grounds and amenities, and its perfect location.

Moving in on February ‘25 and I can’t wait wait! Second time around. I first lived here in 2015 and it was a great experience. Upon visiting the premises this past month I felt this was a great move again. Friendly staff, cleanliness, pricing competitiveness, and great safe location! Beautiful property! I can’t say enough good things about Destinee, the assistant manager. From the moment I inquired about a new apartment, she was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Shauna was a professional and friendly tour agent of this property the other day. She was thorough in answering questions and providing apartment and community details. I hope that the timing of an available apartment will work for me. I would love to move into this community. It looks nice and may work for me. However, the apartment and garage rental fees are a little high in comparison to similar locations and properties. Otherwise, I think it would work for me, and I would not hesitate.

Me and my wife just moved out. We lived here for about 15 months. And this was by far the best apartment complex we have stayed at. Lili Paz is the assistant manager here. Her and the leasing office staff are always so welcoming and willing to help any way they can. They have been so helpful and understanding with allowing me to extend my lease and answering any questions or concerns I had. They also give out free tacos on the first Tuesday of the month for taco Tuesday! I thought that was very nice of them. And they always have a food truck every Thursdays which is very convenient. The maintenance staff here is amazing! The apartment complex is always well taken care of. They complete maintenance requests same day depending on the time, if not next day! Throughout my stay here I have nothing but positive things to say. I did not have one bad experience here. Definitely recommend this apartment complex.

I have lived in many apartments and this is my favorite thus far. I love love the pool. I don’t use the gym but I hear good things. The communication from the staff is great and I feel heard. I look forward to the weekly food truck that comes to visit. Parking can sometimes get crowded but there are always spaces. People might say they don’t feel safe here but IMO that’s most apartments these days…However, I came here to write that the person complaining about weed is the same person that has children stomping and throwing tantrums everyday. It’s hard to hear. I have lived in many apartments and this smells the least like weed. It wasn’t a problem before they moved in.

I love this apartment so much I renewed! They always have new weekly food trucks with great food, Taco Tuesdays in the morning on the way out and a clean property all around. I love having my friends come over to the huge pool and I love how convenient the gym is too. My dogs love the super nice dog park too. The staff is always super nice, caring and helpful! Best apartment complex ever 😄

Wonderful staff!!! Went here for a tour recently and had an AMAZING time! Maggie, the business manager, was so helpful and sweet. A genuinely kind person who heard what I am looking for in my apartment and ensured that she would do everything possible to make sure all of my needs are met and that I feel comfortable calling this apartment complex home. The apartments themselves are also beautiful - very spacious with great amenities.

Platinum Shavano Oaks is one of the best first apartment experience I had. They were very good to me and my Fiance from the start very quiet place very friendly community and the maintenance people were the absolute best and nicest people. So if you are looking for your first apartment this place is the best place to start. I miss this place already!

The staff is wonderful, and the community is quiet. And it is so beautiful here. I have yet to check out all the amenities, but I have been to the pool and it is great. Looking forward to working out at the gym as well. The apartment is very spacious and the few people that have come to visit rav that it is a very nice floorplan. The store are nicely placed in the area. Not to far from any and everything I might need. Great place to move to.

I have lived here about a year now and I have loved my time here! The management has been incredible. Jaylah has been a gem in helping me pick out my current unit as I was moving from a larger to a smaller and she nailed it. Management is welcoming and go above and beyond for residents. The units themselves are really nice as well. The appliances are in great condition, views off my patio have been pleasant, and the units have been clean when moving in. The complex is also in a great location - close to grocery stores, shopping centers, gas stations/mechanics, hopitals, restaurants, movie theatres, etc. Its a charming home in a beautiful city. Would recommend to anyone looking to move to San Antonio!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. From the moment I stepped foot into the office, applying for the apt, to now, the office staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. I love that its not a huge complex and the everyone who lives here is friendly as well! The pool is beautiful, especially at the night. The best part is that my son thinks this is a castle..lol. He loves here too.

Moving in from another city was nerve wrecking. But coming into my new clean home took off a lot of stress. I’ve never used my old apartments gyms. This gym and pool is awesome! I’m excited for my stay here! And the community is respectful and quiet

All the staffs are outstanding! (Chris, Priscilla, and Layla). In my 5 years of stay in San Antonio, I have stayed in another two more apartments before this apartment, so without any doubt I can say this is the best place I ever lived in San Antonio.We enjoyed this apartment since the day one itself! But unfortunately since my job location change, I needed to break my lease from this apartment. But still I wish to stay here.The Kitchen, bathrooms, plank floor, appliances, layout, everything...has to be to my liking. The kitchen is spacious with modern amenities which gives it a sharp look and also includes a beautiful bar counter top. The community amenities are also great...jogging trail, outdoor kitchen etc..The community very is clean and maintenance service is rarely needed, but when it is, the response is timely, efficient and friendly.The boundary schools are also high rating. This is a wonderful place to live and I highly recommend this place to everyone.

We are in the process of moving in to our new apartment at this complex and the experience has been extremely smooth. We’ve been working with Chris from the office since the very beginning and his prompt responses have been second to none. Things seem to get done rather quickly and we’re very excited to start our journey here. The condition of the apartment was great but the cleanliness of it was not. As soon as we voiced our concerns, Chris made sure the necessary work orders were completed to a high standard and that we were happy with the results. We highly recommend!!

We have absolutely LOVED living at Platinum. Krista, the manager, has gone above and beyond to help make our experience the best it could be. We love the pool, the maintenance always completes our work orders within one day, and the community is so quiet and peaceful. Due to a job change, we are sad to be leaving our Platinum home, but Krista has even helped us relocate to a sister property. Sad to be leaving for sure. -Monique and Darius

I have lived here for about 2.5 years and I love this apartment complex. It is clean, usually quiet (no apartment complex is ever 100% quiet--the nature of apartment living) and the maintenance staff is awesome. Any time I have had an issue, they have it resolved quickly. They recently added free yoga classes outside at the pool in the evenings and I have been loving getting my work out in just steps from my apartment.

My husband and I absolutely love living here, the maintenance staff are thorough and efficient and the rest of the team are phenomenal. Everyone is always willing to help and go above and beyond to serve the residents. Quality of the apartments are great and fairly reasonable when considering the market for apartments in this area of San Antonio, HIGHLY recommend living here, very family friendly and safe.

I had such a great experience when coming to tour this property. I was helped by Tammy, she was absolutely amazing. I showed up with out an appointment and she was very accommodating and helpful even though she was working with someone who had an appointment. She was the only one their and she took care of me as well as her scheduled appointment. I would recommend working with her if you go to view these apartments. The apartments are very beautiful inside as well with great amenities.

We love living here. The community is quiet, clean, and in a great location. The front office is very responsive and always willing to help residents. The maintenance staff is incredible. They are definitely top notch employees and offer fast service. We have been living here for almost 2 years and absolutely love it.

I have lived at Platinum Shavano Oaks for about 8 months now and I have to say the experience has been wonderful. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of. The maintenance staff is very prompt with work orders and very kind while in the apartment. They also have a variety of resident functions that can appeal to anyone! I would recomend these apartments to anyone looking to move to the area!

I love the community atmosphere at Platinum. I always feel safe walking around at night, we especially love the dog community here, everything is always clean and exceeds our expectations. This apartment complex is in the perfect location around many shopping centers. Never felt unsafe here, and the gate is always working. Highly recommend this place!

Moving to San Antonio after only being in the city once before, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Layla made, what should have been an extremely stressful move, a breeze! Moving to a city where I didnt know anyone was difficult, but the neighbors have all been very friendly! My two little dogs love going to the dog park and I have made friends just because there is a dog park! The pool is absolutely stunning as well and even has a couple of grills located in the pool area.

They address alll your concerns with an open mind and without discrimination. The apartment complex is always spic n span clean. They have very high standards I must say. Love it absolutely and dont imagine moving out of this place.

Just moved in and couldnt be happier! Chris, Priscilla, and Layla are the most amazing people to work with! From the first time I stopped in I knew it would be our new home. And once I saw it was a managed by Lincoln, I knew we were in great hands. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing community with great amenities and management staff.

I have lived at Platinum Shavano Oaks since June of 2015. I would like to first compliment the incredible staff, they have always been extremely friendly and attentive to all of my needs. The property has always been maintained very well. The staff keeps the community looking just as it was when built. The property has several great amenities including a great clubhouse with pool table, large lounge area great for watching games as well as a nice and clean fitness center. The pool is very resort like with multiple cabanas and grilling areas. There is also a great running track around the pool area that is nicely lit at night. My favorite thing about the property is the location. The area is extremely convenient with great access to 1604, I-10 as well as Wurzbach Parkway. There is also access to the beginning of the Salado Creek Green Way which is terrific for cycling, running, walking and leads into Phil Hardberger Park, Walker Ranch Park, and McAllister Park. I have enjoyed my time at a great community that I am happy to call home!

I just wanted to say that this is the best apartment complex that I have lived at. Chris and Priscilla that work in the main office have been more than accommodating and always have a positive attitude. Brandon and Isiah went above and beyond fixing my A/C unit in a timely manner, and are always following up with me to make sure I am satisfied. I am happy and grateful that I found such a great place to live.

Love it. Office staff is great. I mean they do everything they can for you. Not many other apartmemt staff know your name and apt number by memory. These guys know who you are. Maintenance requests attended to promptly. The facilities are great. Cleaning staff needs some work on make readys. I will say the only problem I have is the people above me on the 2nd floor walk on their heels and I can hear every step. Its very annoying, especially late at night. I havent heard of any community events to get tenants and staff all together. Maybe a bbq, pool party, happy hour in the club house. That would be nice.

Honestly a great place to live. If your having issues its crucial to contact the staff you cant expect anything to get done unless there aware of the issue. Communication is key, but the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your satisfied. Bottom line its apartment living and nothings perfect,but treat the staff with respect they will gladly work with you!.

The apartment is beautiful, the community is quiet and is a great location with easy access to 1604, 410, 281, and I10. Rachel and Chris in the front office are the best apartment staff Ive dealt with in years. I recommend these aprtments to other professionals who want a nice apartment but not break the bank.

Enjoy the area of our community. It’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, and more! Our community is well kept and safe. It also offers disabled modifications like assigned parking, trash pick up, and hand rails. Would love to have more curb side ramps available throughout the complex. The mailbox handicap spot is also too far from the ramp.

I want to live here so badly I love doing delivery jobs here the people are so sweet and not gonna lie I some times will take a. Lunch Ben here just to play with other peoples pets and enjoy the peacefulness of this property. If I could I would even work in the office here or do maintenance. If your looking to move here the location is prime.

The inside of the apt was what initially sold us. The granite counter tops were a huge plus. Positive attitudes from all of the staff, fun little dog park, and friendly neighbors. The complex is very well kept, and I havent had a single noise problem after 5 months.
