    I encountered various problems with maintenance and office requests earlier this year that were left unattended and the follow up was poor. I am pleased to say all those concerns have been laid to rest and the current office and maintenance staff are phenomenal. I need to give a special direct shoutout and praise to Natalie. She is super friendly, skilled and addressed all my concerns. I will be renewing my lease come March!

    I am on my 2nd year here at pear ridge and i ha e rented all my life before here i was at an apt complex for 7 years in arlington. I have never had a more outstanding apartment manager than Natalie! She has really gone above and beyond for me my apt flooded due to another tenants negligence and after I got no response from maintenance all night she came to my apt first thing took pictures got they guys to suck up all the water found the problem and got me taken care of and has handled everything so smoothly she made what would have been a nightmare and a fight anywhere else a smoothe ride and I cant thank her enough she is always so nice and very quick to respond. In my opinion Cushman has a gem! Thank you Natalie for everything you do!!

    Living in this apartment for two years has been fantastic! The staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly, which has made life here hassle-free. Apartments are a little bit older but the coziness adds to the appeal. Overall, its been a great experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

    My husband and I have lived here since March of last year and it’s been a good experience so far! The staff has been friendly and when any maintenance issues arise, they are quick to respond and fix it. It’s also located in a good spot. There’s a tom thumb that’s walking distance and you have a Costco, target and Walmart less than 10 min away.

    Pear Ridge is a wonderful place to call home. I’ve been here since May 2023 and have had a great experience. Kim, the manager, is wonderful and really makes the place feel so welcoming. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood and far enough from the tollway not to get all the noise. I highly recommend the place. It’s also pet friendly. My cats give it two paws up!

    The management and community hear is amazing , and hard to find. Maintenance addresses request quickly and efficiently. I would advise new residents - this area of Dallas is full of bugs both crawling and flying and entry points are plentiful in these apartments especially if you live on the first floor like myself . Be sure to have all sorts of bug spray and powder for the carpeted rooms. I’ve had carpet beetle larvae in my bedroom and closet since I moved in here and I’ve been having to treat those areas at least once a month to keep them at bay. I’ve also had plenty of spiders , and beetles crawling of the drains. I will say I never had pest problems at my last complex but this is my first time living on the first floor so it could be normal. However , it is still a bit frustrating. Other than that, I love my stay here and the move in process was smooth. Unlike management at other companies , they are honest and truthful with you here and are fully transparent which I love.

    Ive lived here for a few years. I enjoyed my time and sad I have to move when my lease is up. I havnt had any major maintenance issues and no pest issues or bugs. I feel like everyone minds their business. My neighbors are friendly and quiet and Very pet friendly. Management is very nice and professional too.

    I had a fantastic one and a half year experience at Pear Ridge Apartments. Kim Parrish, the manager, deserves special recognition for her kindness and understanding. Whenever I needed assistance, she was there with a helping hand. The apartment complex itself was well-maintained, with excellent amenities and a convenient location. I highly recommend Pear Ridge Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

    Pear Ridge apartment complex was my first experience with apartment life. And I couldnt have been happier with the experience. It is a true community. The neighbors are friendly and I truly felt safe there. Alonso and Tim are on top of all maintenance calls and do so cheerfully. Kim, the office manager is a true gem!! She truly serves from her heart and with a smile. Lita is also very friendly and helpful. I am only sad that my family moved out of state and I am following them. I HIGHLY recommend Pear Ridge! Not to mention, the location cant be beat! So many places are easily accessible from here!

    So I have only lived at Pear Ridge Apartments since mid January, but already I have realized that I made the right decision moving here. Kim, the property manager, is hands down, what makes this property a draw. She is so kind, very responsive to any requests, and goes above and way beyond for her residents. The complex itself is quiet and feels very safe(for me thats a huge factor). While the apartments are quite outdated, and could use a much-needed face-lift, they are homey and functional. The darling fireplace is my favorite amenity in the whole apartment.If youre looking for a place that is filled with nice, quiet people who pretty much stay to themselves, with a wonderful management staff to help you when needed, and a very safe, quiet place to call home, Id highly suggest Pear Ridge. Unless of course your habits would attempt to change any of the above mentioned, then please by all means keep moving and continue your search. 😀

    I really appreciate the management of this apartment complex. My 91 year old father in law is a resident there and lives alone. The entire staff always respond quickly to any maintenance need or general questions asked. The complex is well maintained, and there is a single focus to insure the safety and security of the residents.

    I am writing this email after spending almost a year at these apartments and moved to Austin. I felt from the heart that I owe these guys a review. I have truly enjoyed my stay here. I love the location, which has easy access to a lot of shopping/dining things. Apartment is cozy and spacious enough and I love the big balconies. The community is quiet and roomy. Although the community center is not that great, it was not a priority for me. Service Requests were always completed timely and with full satisfaction. Special Kudos to management. My move-in and move-out (I had to break lease) was super smooth. Management (particularly Teresa), were always responsive, talk polite and truly help you to flow things smooth. I really missed the apartment. Surely, the best place I have stayed in the United States so far.

    Me and my wife just love it here. All my years in dallas and never had renew my lease this is the first time ever doing so we just love it here so much and dont want to leave. We love been part of the Pear Ridge Apartment community. Maintenance team always takes care of things less than 24 hours and that awesome .Management here is the best theyre always so sweet and kind and very helpful. We are so happy to call Pear Ridge Apartment our home.

    I love love love my apartment!! Check out Pear Ridge Apartments! I have NOT had a problem since the day I moved in. First, I had a 1 bedroom 1 bath a classic unit but then transfer to the full upgraded 2 bedroom and space is great! I actually have lots of cabinets to store kitchen stuff away. My kids have their own bedroom and it is carpeted which is good because my 1 yr old can crawl comfortably. Bedroom closets are great and guest bathroom is huge as well as patio. Never had any noise complaints, bug problems, and quiet property. Staff is very friendly and service requests are always taken care of in a timely manner. So far I have only had 1 work order. Great place to call home:) Just saying!

    I have lived at Pear ridge apartments for 3 years and a month and I love it here. Ive never had any issues that werent solved immediatly. The staff is great, very friendly, and always willing to help. Maintenance is wonderful! They keep the property cleaner than I have ever seen in an apartment complex and they are quick to answer any maintenance requests. I feel very safe and taken care of living here. Overall 10 out of 10 would recommend!

    Ive been living here 4 years. I havent thought about leaving. The property is so nice well kept. The office staff are great.!!!!!!! Very nice and friendly. The maintenance man is awesome. A like this place because they go above and beyond to make you happy and to make you feel like a community with all the parties they have and the get togethers for the kids. Its a very small quiet community. Is close to grocery stores and shopping centers. Great place to live I would recommend it.

    Pear Ridge is a wonderful community where neighbors are friendly, the management is very personable and helpful, and the maintenance alone could earn the five star rating. The grounds are very well kept and any issues I’ve had have been addressed promptly and with such cordial service. While I’ve only lived here a short while, I’m surrounded by neighbors that have lived here quite a long time due to the affordable price point and the aforementioned amenities.

    I have been living here for 5 months now and I love it! Maintenance is super fast with tickets and explanatory on what was done ( 5 stars just for that)! Kim in the office is super sweet and professional . Quiet community and great neighbors. So glad I moved here !

    I lived here for 4 years. As far as older complexes go, I liked this one. The area is a mix of people, some sketchy and some not so sketchy. Shopping is close with easy access to the tollway. Its definitely a busy neighborhood. This is an older complex but for the most part its pretty quite. All the neighbors are nice (except for the crazy lady that lived above me and would have the cops randomly show up at my door because she would say i was vandalizing her car! ...... which I can assure you, I was not!). The only thing that I consistently hated about this complex is the massive speed bumps. They are ridiculously huge and WILL scrape the bottom of your car no matter how slow you go over them. The ladies in the office were always super nice and maintenance was always quick and attentive. I would recommend this complex to someone who was looking.

    Ive been very happy here since moving in a few months ago. The office and maintenance staff are friendly, professional, and prompt. The community itself is small, mostly quiet, and well maintained. I noticed this week the addition of all new lounge chairs at the pool and appreciate the attention paid to the community amenities.

    Great place to live. The staff are all responsive, friendly, and helpful. The apartment itself is very nice and the rent is reasonable. Last week my AC broke and it was fixed within the hour. I have no complaints, keep up the good work!

    My boyfriend and I recently moved in to the one bedroom with den, one bathroom. We have lived her for nearly a month now and we love it!From the start, I had nothing but the best experience with Pear Ridge! My boyfriend and I came in on a rainy afternoon while apartment hunting. We had already looked at 14 different apartment complexes throughout the week. At this point we were prepared with questions, a list of things we wanted in an ideal apartment, and what was within our budget.Despite the bad weather, Kim greeted us with a warm smile. Kim was open, direct, and honest. She was patient and happy to answer all of our questions. I really enjoyed how welcome she made us feel!After living in this apartment for nearly a month, I can say the following things:-Maintenance is pretty quick! I made a small work order for some window blinds that looked great but would not stay up. Tim came within a couple days of my email and replaced them! He was a delight to chat with!- The property is somewhat aged but beautiful. The apartments look like a collection of two story houses. They all have charming red doors for a splash of color. The grounds are very well maintained! I love coming home!- We moved in to a 2nd floor apartment with an updated kitchen. This included new cabinets, new pretty backsplash, and updated appliances. It has a nice deep pantry closet and vinyl wood floors. I love how OPEN the kitchen is to the living room and dining area! The bathroom as the same vinyl wood flooring.- There is a 24 hour gym that I use on a weekly basis. Despite the slightly small space, it is well air conditioned and the machines are all clean and well maintained. There are no weight machines but free weights and a bench are provided. All the machines are cardio-based (Treadmill, two Ellipticals, and a stationary bike). The connected bathrooms (includes a shower) are spacious, clean and the décor is very cute!-The oversized balconies are a dream come true! We have a lot of plants and this balcony gives us plenty of room for chairs and a table. AND it still includes a storage closet!-Ive met all my neighbors and the community is wonderful. Everyone has been very kind!Truly, Im very happy to live here and I look forward to this new home.UPDATE:Weve been living in our apartment for over a year now. Everything in my initial review still holds true. The staff have continued to be hardworking, accommodating, and kind.During COVID-19, they have taken measures to ensure safety of the staff and its residents. Despite these times of uncertainty, the staff has not given up on creating positive experiences for the community! For example, they hold various contests with prizes that residents can participate in without breaking social distancing! They held a Spring Patio contest recently and currently, they are holding a Sidewalk Chalk contest!They also reward their tenants for paying their rent on time by entering these tenants into a drawing for a prize! We were surprised and delighted to find that we had won one of these contests! We got a $100 gift certificate for a favorite local restaurant, Olivers Eatery!Pear Ridge Apartments continues to impress and its a true pleasure to live here!

    I moved in about 2 months ago, and I LOVE it here :) the pricing is reasonable and one of the few safe places that I could find that allowed my two 50 pound dogs!And on top of that TJ (the assistant manager) is awesome! She responds quickly to any issues and was an absolute joy to work with even after I signed my lease :)

    Best complex I have moved to in the area. Everyone in the office is friendly and egar to help out. Community is very nice and quiet and close to a lot of places for shopping, food, etc. Truly couldnt have asked for a better place to move too. 😁

    Place is cheep and you can be loud and have a good time without a bunch of people reporting you... place is nice and well kept... there is a police officer that lives there and he is the only nazi but other than that its a chilled place.. would recomend anyone to move in...
