⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I’ve been living at Peaks for 7 months and it has truly been an amazing experience! The management team is incredibly responsive and always ensures that any concerns are addressed promptly. The amenities are top-notch, from the pool, kids playground to the well-maintained common areas.The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and well-designed, with great natural lighting and high-quality appliances. The community is peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly, making it feel like home. The location is also unbeatable, with easy access to Walmart, H-E-B, gas stations, and while you’re at it, you can stop and get you a coffee to enjoy through the car wash!If you’re looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live, I highly recommend Peaks at universal city ! Definitely one of the best living experiences I’ve had!

The five stars are for the staff, NOT the complex.I hope the owners know what an amazing staff they have there. The ladies in the office are absolutely amazing and the maintenance guy is great! They are the reason I have stayed, not the complex. They are truly the gem in this place because the complex itself is not worth what you pay. It has issues that I won’t list because of the age of the building and not what I would consider luxury, but the staff is incredible! They are sweet, helpful, caring and willing to listen. Overall just amazing!

I’ve been a tenant at Peaks Apartments for over a year now and I’ve had such a great experience while residing here. The staff is amazing and responsive! I’ve had little to no issues in my apartment and the times I have had minor issues pop up the awesome Maintenance team is quick to stop by and fix/replace anything needed. Definitely would recommend this complex for any future residents!!

I’ve lived at Peaks Apartments for quite some time and fell in love with my apartment! The staff is really kind and responsive to your needs which is pretty great. I’ve had little to no issues in my apartment. Any of the Little issues I’ve had the Maintenance team is quick to stop by and fix/replace anything I’ve needed. I’d recommend this complex for any future residents!

The girls in the office are terrific. This place has really really turned around. Maintenance man Gerardo is outstanding and they all have great communication with all of us residents. Looking renew my lease for another year

Management is great, they do try to get services done quickly. And michelle is so so so nice and helpful.We’ve had so many issues since we’ve moved in but theyve fixed mostly everything as soon as soon as they can.Price is decent for the apartments they ate.

I moved here in Late September and was really impressed for this being my first place to move into after moving out of my parents home. The pool looks clean and there isn’t garbage everywhere which is nice and the management here is so helpful when it comes towards problems you may have.

I recently moved from Ironwood after 3 years of residency. I enjoyed living in the complex. Everywhere I needed to go was in walking distance. I always felt safe, loved my apartment, which was very nice & roomy, never had issues with parking and the office & maintenance staff, (Lindsi, Ralph & Christian) make an excellent team. I would love to see improvements made to the foundation of the buildings and minor water issues resolved as well. If need should arise, I would return and recommend Ironwood as a pleasant place to live and Lindsi really looks out for the residents, she truly is the best, which is a major plus!

Kayleigh took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. I could see myself actually living in a community such as this. It has exactly what I want and that is whatever I need, practically within walking distance. These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the manager is always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

Weve lived here a little over 4 years, from the beginning we had issues with not only our move in date, but the hot water issue, and maintenance in our apartment. Since Kayleigh and her staff have taken over, things have turned around. We took our issues and concerns to her, she took initiative to rectify what she could. We expressed we wanted a 3 bedroom apartment, and she came through for us. I cant thank her enough. The maintenance team is awesome!! Ralph and his team have come through for us multiple times. During our move, he offered any help he could give us. Ralph takes pride in this property and it shows. My favorite part is how clean the swimming pool is; its the cleanest its been in all the years weve been living here and the most comfortable we feel living here. Thank you for making us feel at home and coming through anytime weve needed any help.

Ironwood is a beautiful property I recently was referred by a co-worker of mine! Its the cutest property ever I have looked at and I have looked at alot, I had the worst experience ever touring apartments everyone was so rude when I walked in to Ironwood I was initially greeted by the maintenance guy who was so friendly! Then I walked in and i meet and was greeted by property manager who showed me the 2 bedroom that had been renovated I absolutely love it I cant wait till Jan so I can move in.

I moved to San Antonio for my job and I just knew that I wasnt going to like living here. A small town country girl living in a fast and big city. UGH! I wasnt looking forward to the move, as time went on and the date to move got closer I was realizing that I was probably going to have to rent an apartment rather than a house, which is what I was looking for. I couldnt find a house and I absolutely did not want to live in an apartment complex, especially to hear people above me walking or just to hear them at all. I just felt like living in an apartment was just way to close for comfort! Long story short, I had to rent an apartment and I had seen plenty but I just knew this was the place for me. I just love it! The office staff and management are all so friendly and helpful, the neighbors are so friendly and I have never had an issue with my vehicle, parking or someone being disrespectful.! I give Ironwood Apartments and their Employees 10 Stars if I could! I feel at home here! Thank you Staff! :)

Its always something here. When I first moved in the office workers were great but now no one answers phones, theres zero communication, voicemails go unreturned, water gets shut off or hot water gets shut off and no one informs the tenants and you are never compensated for any of the BD just paying well over a grand for incompetence. It sucks because I actually love my apt but the property is just ran like shhhh. Another thing is the the foundation of the buildings are also compromised and no one seems to care until the ceiling break, Ive had a crack in my ceiling slowly getting worse and my door constantly needs to be fixed so it will latch because the foundation has not been fixed in who knows how longUpdate: after speaking with the corporate office and finding out about replacements and an error on my file with my telephone number and thats like girl in the office is the only person in the office at the moment the issues seem to be more understandable and I am hopeful that they will be addressed and I am changing my review for now because of it

I relocated to san Antonio for my job, I did all my leasing paperwork via email and phone Kayle and Chris were so helpful through the whole process. Since I moved in I have been nothing but happy with my apartment any issue that have come up Ralph has come out and taken care of very fast. The complex is real quiet and very well kept for being a older place.

I came in and met with Chris even though it was near closing time. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to show me the apartment and gave me a full tour of the property. I took a application and went back then next day when I met with Kayleigh the property manager. She was so nice and genuine. I felt as though I was already at home. More people should smile and be friendly as she was in this profession. Needless to say if all goes well I will be renting from IronWood.

Ironwood Apartments is great! They may not have all of the bells and whistles of other properties around, but the pool is adequately sized, the grass is constantly looked after, the gym room is small but has all of the equipment you need for a good body weight workout, and the management and maintenance team are great.Quick story for validation:When I moved in, the A/C went out about an hour after being there (was not fun considering it was July). I called the office and told them what was happening and they sent the maintenance team right away. They worked diligently through all of the heat to find out that my A/C unit was obsolete and pretty much dead. They ordered a new one for me and gave me a window unit, free of charge, to use while the new central A/C unit shipped. When it arrived they immediately got back to work (once again in the heat) to get it all set up for me.So, perhaps it is my awful experiences with college-town landlords, but I really do think that Ironwood is a great and cheap place to live where the management teams actually listen and the maintenance actually works.

Its always a plus when management is nice, helpful, and responds fast to your needs, with that being said Kayleigh is amazing. Recently moved in and I love the area! Everything is near by; Wal-Mart, HEB, my gym (Golds), the Forum, the movie theater. It was also a nice surprise to find out your apartment has a cute fireplace! Lol Really happy with my choice.

This will be my second review only because i moved to a bigger apartment and I love this place our maintenance service is amazing Ralph and his team are very professional he always goes above and beyond for us and his attitude is always positive always makes you feel welcome and fixes issues extremely quick and always puts in the extra effort the rest of the staff lindsi and her team always makes renting easy the remodel went great and looks amazing you should see this place helps with rent if you need payments and gets maintenance jobs pushed out to ralphs team quick to perform all jobs even if its late im sure i will be here for another 2 years if your thinking of moving here go for it.
