    I lived here from 2009- 2015...I only moved because of an emergency personal reason.....When I moved the apartment staff was so understanding and concerned about my situation.The maintenance men,the office staff ,assistant manager was so supportive back in 2015. I really appreciate that because I had another unfortunate situation recently and people wasnt so kind like the staff at these apartments back in 2015.I enjoyed living here I was comfortable, I felt safe,they knew me and my 10 year old stayed to ourselves and didnt have any problems. The residents here really just minded their business,went to work and came home to peace & quiet. I loved it 😍

    Very good community. Property managers Mrs. Suvidha and Benny are very helpful and are proactively resolving problems. Their service is good.Community is located in prime location with almost all the amenities in apartments. Plus leasing staff is always there to assist for any help required.

    I’m writing this review because we were seen by a friendly lady named Marta. We recently renewed our contract even though we wanted to move out due to rent increase but luckily, she helped us not to raise it much. Hopefully, the apartments are able to fix the issues that we mentioned. It’s a good place to reside as me and my family lived for more than a decade. One problem for me is that a lot of accidents happens at the exit, where the leasing office is. I was hoping to put on traffic lights since I heard and seen a lot of car accidents. And I mean a lot. Recently, my husband car was rear ended while parked in front of our apartments. In the middle of afternoon. I had an FJ Cruiser almost hit me in the front because he couldn’t turned right and get on his lane. Seriously. Drivers need to be drive carefully, whether you live here or not.

    Has been a process trying to get in an apartment, but I must say it was all worth it. Love the apartments, the vibe & location. Everyone really just minds their own business & the kids are full of joy. A true hidden gem in SW Houston ( Very affordable too ). Much thanks to Carmen & the rest of the office staff for making this move memorable & worthwhile. Definitely a bang for your buck.

    PWPG Apatments Bellaire Blvd have an excellent manager, understanding, kind and approachable. I went her office with alot of fear, I didnt know how to present my challenges to her. She made me feel at home and I gained courage to talk. Shes a good listener and my problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Bellaire Apartments immediately got me a ground floor apt, plus a handicap ♿️ parking spot for which I am very grateful! The apartment Ioccupie is very quiet & well insulated, plusthe steel door with the high fencing help mefeel secure. Sincerely David.

    Ms. America was very professional and respectful, I wasn’t really convinced if these apartments would be my next home, but after getting further feed back from her… I’m really considering moving in. It had really been a while I hadn’t comed across an agent like her. She really made the process very easy and quick.     Everything of this property is amazing. From the newly remodeled units to the helpful and kind staff. If i could give this property 10 stars i would. She showed us around and was very friendly, professional and attentive, which made me more interested in renting at this apartment complex.     Of course the apartments are older and issues are expected, but the fact that so far the resident’s care has been great for us. My brother lives in this community and I had to solve a problem for him, Raphael was very kind and listened and even returned my phone call on a very timely manner, and also Danny ( the apartment manager) was so understanding and very helpful, they resolved the problem. We are thankful for their attention.

    Had a wonderful experience renting at Parkway Parkgreen Apartments. Brianda was my leasing agent and did an amazing job showing the different apartments and helping me throughout the whole rental process. They have a really great, attentive staff and a lot of amenities within the apartments and complex. Would definitely recommend renting here. I’ve been here for almost a year and haven’t had any complaints.

    Love this apartments its a good quite complex. They are great size they have plenty different plans you can choose from. Its gated witch I love surrounded by cameras I feel save living here. I highly recommend for you to move in dont let the outside disappoint you. Leasing office ladies are amazing help you a lot with any questions.     Was able to refer a family member here, and they treated them great. The staff was friendly and while it is on a busy street, its vintage retro style has been kept up to keep its older Houston style charm. Dont sleep on these apartments. They are a great value for small families.

    I have been living in this apartment community for the last 4 years. The only reason I am moving is because me and my husband bought our first home. The office personnel is always friendly & helpful. The reason why I feel there are a lot of negative comments on this site is because, that resident did not get their way. Compare from different managements. We felt like they actually cared about us.

    I have been here at PARKWAY APTS about 8 yrs and I really love this place everybody in the office is very kind and very patient with me. Also our Manager Gigi and our Assistant Manager Lisbet they are very nice to the tenants. If we need any thing done they have no problem sending the maintenance guy to fix things. The maintenance team is very friendly and good guys, their work is great. WOULDNT HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY.

    I been living here for almost a year already. The staff in the office have been nice and helpful. So far any maintenance issue I have had has been fixed. They send out notifications thru emails letting you know when the water is being turned off or on. Also if they are doing any community activity they send out emails. Dog friendly community. But you got your nasty bad apples that dont clean after their dogs. There is a lady that walks around the complex everyday cleaning up so place always looks nice. The prices are good. If you are moving in with family the place is great there is a park around the corner. Supermarkets near by and plenty of restaurants too. I seen the bad reviews but Im happy I gave this place a try.

    We are live in the same apartment in parkgreen and park way but the rent of apartment is not equal there is so diffrence at apartment and rent one room one person paid 900$ I am paid 1012 ther is so diffrence at the rent of appartment.make one rule to apply for every one room apartment at this lease office remove diffrence from each apartment.

    I moved here about a month ago and was hesitant because of the reviews. I pay $590 for my studio and I love it. I do not pay for parking because there is ALWAYS somewhere to park on the side of the road, and the area is safe to do so. I used to live off Bissonnet and Kirkwood where cars were robbed IN THE APARTMENTS GATES so I’m grateful. Also my AC works perfect and the apartments are quiet.I only wish I was allowed to keep my charcoal grill that we use at the beach and park on my patio. I don’t not like keeping it indoors because my apartment is only a studio.Kimberly was the one who helped me and the process was fast and easy. I moved in within 1 week of putting in my application.
