The apartment complex is beautiful and very well maintained. It’s so quiet and the views of the park are amazing.Evie helped us through the leasing process and was wonderful! She was attentive and so supportive, which my wife and I really appreciated. We are so happy she is part of the management team we deal with now that we’re residents.The manager Yolanda had been so supportive as well, and it’s clear that the everyone on her team genuinely cares about the residents and the property. Both Evie and Yolanda are very friendly and informative. Their help has been invaluable.

My husband and I have lived here 2 years so far and we love it. It is a bit noisy, but thats to be expected in apartments and in a busy area. The 1 bedroom 3rd level floor plan is amazing with tons of storage and reasonably priced for the area. We love the park access, plus the maintenance crew, and the ladies in the office are all hard working, helpful, and kind. The grounds are always clean and well tended. We have 4 large west facing windows for beautiful sunsets, loads of natural light, and a clean and safe place to call home. If you dont want to hear people above you, live on the top. Renewing for another year was a no-brainer, plus they are cleaning our carpets as a thank you. ✌️

I called and spoke with Makayla Patuto before I got to the apartment. When I got there she was waiting for me. We took a tour of the 1 bedroom and the 2 bedroom. Makayla is very patient and sweet and can relate to anyone. So far shes the best person to tour apartments with. She provides enough information and everything was well explained. She made touring the Apartment so easy and stress free. Everything went smoothly. I love how spacious the apartments are and I could tell they put in effort to keep the apartment up to date. I love this apartment.

I have had the pleasure of calling Parkside On The Creek Apartments my home for the past four years, and I cant express how much I enjoy living in this wonderful community. The office staff at Parkside On The Creek Apartments is simply fantastic. They are incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Their warm and welcoming demeanor makes the community feel like a tight-knit family.One thing that has truly impressed me is the maintenance teams quick turnaround time. No matter the size of the request, they are prompt and efficient in addressing it. Its reassuring to know that any issues, big or small, will be taken care of promptly.What makes Parkside On The Creek Apartments even more special is the sense of community that exists here. Many of my neighbors have called this place home for many years, and to me, that speaks volumes about the quality of life here. Its not just an apartment complex; its a genuine community where everyone is familiar with each other, creating a friendly and comfortable atmosphere.I also appreciate the efforts made by the office to keep us engaged with various activities. Its a great way to connect with neighbors and enjoy some downtime together. And lets not forget about my furry friend, hes always welcomed in the office, and they even have treats for him, which he absolutely loves and only likes it when Yolanda gives it to him lol!In summary, Parkside On The Creek Apartments is more than just a place to live; its a fantastic community that Im proud to call home. The well-maintained environment, friendly office staff, quick maintenance response, and the sense of belonging among neighbors make this a truly special place to live.

I am very sad to leave these apartments. The only reason I am taking off is a new job opportunity. This is a very convenient location close to DFW airport, and there are a lot of things close to the neighborhood here. There is a nice dog park, as well as a few parks down from the dog park for kids. There are some walking trails if you like getting outside, and some pretty good restaurants as well. The apartments themselves are a good size, but what I appreciated the most is how timely their maintenance is. I would usually see someone the same day if not the next day that I put in a maintenance request. If you look online at other apartments youll see that something like that is really hard to come by lately. Office women are nice, but about business so make sure you are adhering to property rules. I have been here for 5 years and Ill say it has kept the property clean and tidy, and kept things moving nicely. ONLY 2 cars per apartment

This is a quaint, small, attractive apartment complex. The ladies working in the front office are AMAZING!!! All of the maintenance staff is AWSOME!!! If there are any issues at all, they are quickly resolved no matter what time of day or night. It is nicely located, which makes it easy to go any direction. DFW is approximately 10-12 minutes away with all kinds of shopping near by. Landscaping is very well kept and scattered through out are people of all ages and some families. Everyone is very respect full and kind. Something that has sadly become very rare, Our people here actually clean up after their animals. All of which makes this a remarkable, wonderful place to live.SMILE ALOT and EAT TACOSC & E SKINNER

I have lived at Parkside on the creek for 16 years and I highly recommend it. It is a very family friendly and pet friendly complex with excellent staff, and maintenance. Great location close to DFW airport, schools and shopping. If you are looking for a great place to live, please check it out.

I have lived here for 3 years now and couldn’t imagine living in any other apartment. The size for what you pay is almost unbeatable, as the apartments are very spacious. I’ve never had issues with noise, and I rarely even hear my neighbors or the highway/airport traffic through the walls (so, good insulation). The Community is quiet but still has a good mix of families, young people, and couples. I have never once felt unsafe in this complex, even at night. The complex backs into a nice dog park, walking trail and kids play gym so it will fit the needs of just about anyone. The management is amazing and so sweet. They remember everyone’s names and really make you feel at home. But one of the biggest reasons they are so unique is their maintenance team! They handle all service requests (and I’ve only had a few here and there) with extreme timeliness and follow up to make sure everything is working okay. They really care about their work and trust me, they work hard. Overall my experience has been nothing short of amazing. If you choose Parkside, you will not regret living here.

Back in the fall of 2016, after researching and looking at apartments in this area for over a year, I finally made the decision to move into Parkside on the Creek Apartments. Management and staff are the best, maintenance is excellent, and the grounds are always kept up. Besides being the best apartments around, it’s conveniently located to all major highways, shopping and the airport. As a bonus, it borders the park where there are miles of walking trails. Moving into Parkside on the Creek Apartments was definitely the right decision.

I moved here one month ago into one bedroom with study. It is very quiet with many pet lovers! Absolutely love having the option without carpet - I love having plain flooring with my pets.Living next door to the doggy park is really nice and convenient.Management and maintenance is AWESOME on this property.I was nervous about renting an apartment after nearly 30 years of owning but I am very pleased with my decision. Im so glad I got an apartment here! I was looking for a new place on short notice, coming from a property that had 100 issues (grounds, neighbors, units, maintenance, management, etc) so I was being extra careful in picking a new development. My apt has a ton of space at a great price, beautiful views and best of all the entire staff is an absolute joy. The property feels like a closely knit community- everyone is quiet, friendly and I feel safe and cozy when I come home. Adjacent to parks, shopping, highway, its all of the perks that I wanted and I would recommend Parkside to anyone I know without any hesitation.

This place is so very nice! The prices are modest for the great value received. The view from my apt is beautiful, i live on the 3rd floor facing west. Its quiet, maintenance crew are always in sight every morning, keeping the grounds looking clean. You can tell management takes pride in the property. Management is very kind and considerate. They remember my name even though Ive only seen them 4 times! If you ever have a problem, you fill out a form on the website and they fix it the same day if they can. Ive had wasp nest on balcony, and they came out the same day to spray them out. AC went out in the summer, they fixed it the same day while I was at work. I have been here since November of last year, I love this place!

I can not believe I am leaving this place in two weeks but I will miss this apartment so much ! The space for one bed/ba apartment was so big compare to the rent, no bug, one of the largest apartment balcony I have seen till date, New apartment, nice ,Neat,Spacious And very pretty ! The management crew are awesome ,specially Margarita is one of the finest lady .The maintenance team comes every time they have been called but the unit is so new that I hardly had to call them ! This apartment was my first home for me & my husband & we feel very emotional of leaving this fantastic apartment because of job- relocation .No matter wherever we rent our new apt.getting such an awesome package is rare to find !

I have lived here about 4 years. I love this complex. Staff are nice and caring. Maintenance is super. Quick to respond. Location is great, conveniently located in the Fort Worth/Dallas area. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, medical offices and hospitals.

I have lived at Parkside for just shy of three years. I must say Parkside By the Creek is truly a great community. The management staff is caring, personable, and attentive to the needs of the tenants.The community is clean, safe, and occupied by a diverse group of community professionals. I have enjoyed the services,...ie: the workout area, pool, community functions, and the responsive maintenance staff.........I would highly recommend this community as a great place to live............

The apartment Assistant Manager Mrs. Margarita Patterson is rare Jewel, her customer service extended well beyond whats required for her work and for that reason alone I will be making Parkside on the Creek Apartments my new home. From experience as well as from the reviews I believe this would be a great community to reside in.

Moved to Dallas due to a job relo.....Ive been here a month now and ive enjoyed living here....The management staff here is awesome, i rented my apartment back in December of 2017 but didnt move in till the end of January 2018...they watched over my place when the cold weather hit, they let Best Buy in to install my washer/dryer...As far as the maintenance crew they are on top of things....While I was away they took care of a bad water heater when the cold weather was bad...I love the Proactive approach they took....
