Ive been living at Parks at Addison Apartments for the past year, and overall, its been a positive experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The management team is friendly and responsive, addressing any maintenance requests promptly.

Thanks to my leasing agent Cindy Garcia for renewing my lease again . I have a 6 year old in school and changing schools wasn’t a option for my son so I’m glad I’m allowed to live here another year because it’s close to my child’s school and I feel very safe . I would suggest this property

Moved in a few days ago after a log cross country drive and the entire application and move in process was very straightforward and easy. Diana was responsive, professional and very kind throughout the whole process and answered all of my questions quickly. I am very happy with my experience so far, the amenities and well kept, and maintenance requests are easy to make and taken care of quickly. Looking forward to calling this place my home for some time to come!

My kids and I moved here from Washington and I have nothing but good experience living here. Diana and Cindy are always respectful and easy to talk to even when I feel like I call them too much they never made me feel like a bother. These ladies and the maintenance team always made sure they resolved all of our issues quickly and effectively and I am so thankful. I recently just got a car and was afraid of the parking situation but Diana and Cindy cleared it up for me and assured me my vehicle will be safe and it has been. Our home is perfectly located as my job is literally within walking distance and so are the schools and shopping and playgrounds (as my kids and I have been without a car for a couple of yrs until recently) and walking trails its just perfect Ive NEVER had a bad experience here that made me feel like we needed to move out. I am well pleased as a resident here.

My favorite thing about my townhouse is that its newly renovated. I also like that I have a covered parking spot. The location is great. You are centrally located to all everyday stores. Plus police department is not far and this is known to be a good neighborhood. Personally Im happy I chose Parks of Addison as my home for now. Been here for 6 months.

Parks at Addison is the BEST! I am not even sure how they only have a 1.6 Star rating because I just spent the last 6 years living here and it has been nothing but great. Its a wonderful location, close to all major highways, shopping centers within walking distance and some of the best restaurants and bars only a $5 Uber ride away. In my 6 years here I NEVER had any issues with bugs, with unexpected charges, parking issues or unaccommodating staff in the front office. Honestly, the only reason I am leaving this place is because I am relocating for work out of state. Otherwise I would probably live here at least another 6 years. There is a trail that you can walk/run, a small dog park area for pet owners, a park right across the street for children(but its never loud), and the pool is usually always open during summertime hours. My neighbors have always been respectful and amazing. If I did have to say anything constructive it would be maintance could be a little quicker with repairs. However, thats always an issue anywhere you live in an apartment. It never bothered me one bit, because if it was a major issue they WILL be there immediately. A few years ago they came out to my apartment at 3AM in the morning because my toilet was leaking water and I couldnt understand why. I called the after hours number and they were there within minutes. This was the only time I ever had an emergency issue, but it was comforting to know they responded so quickly. Anyway, I am sad to leave my home! But I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a greatly priced, well located apartment! 5 stars!

I’ve been living here for 5 years now and it keeps getting better! Maintenance people are top notch, management is ready to go to war for if you need anything else! I always tell my friends: “the only way I’m moving out is in a coffin or different country”!! Love this place !!

Great location everything is close, good price for living in Addison use to have troubles with management before but they hired new people and now everything is a lot smoother thanks to Agustina. She always welcomes you with a smile and is very helpful. They use to lack this before her.

Very nice and clean property Cindy had a great positive vibe she was very nice and had a great personality thanks to her I am now a resident in addison and not to mention free fitness center in the Addison athletic club!!!

I must say I was sketchy about moving here due to the apartments looking old I came in and Cindy was so great her costumer service sold me so I applied I have enjoyed my stay my lease is almost up I will be renewing my lease!Great location highly recommend!

Pros: decent apartments, quiet area, good location (where Farmers Branch/Addison/Carrollton all converge), nice walking trails, close to the Addison Athletic Club (great gym deal). The HOA office ladies (Agostina & Cindi) are nice, responsive and helpful - room for improvement on timeliness w/ management issues, but they are trying. Overall, positive experiences

Very satisfied with the service of the Parks at addison apts rental manager Diana Moreno is a very respectful person with a lot of empathy and always attentive to requests for services and needs of the community and with respect to the area according to my personal experience. The area seems very quiet and safe. I have been living in this community for 6 months... I recommend it.
