What I like most about living here is the sense of home youll have because youre supported and acknowledged by the workers on the property and management. This is my first apartment and Ive was very scared about the process. Ms. Argueta and the newer leasing agent are understanding and patient when they explain what it takes to move in, what they expect from tenants, or anything really. Just ask and they respond.even if you dont AGREE, youll understand. I have a lot of respect for my neighbors and Parkgreen and feel it is shared. If they continue to make renovations and monitor the residents, youll appreciate the efforts the company is making to improve the living experience for residents. New renovations and the basic amenities covered. They arent advertised as a luxury apt, but it will it feel like luxury if you can appreciate what you have because I have really grown to like it~Biggest Pros:Value!!Spacious apartments!!Good maintenance+ responsiveness to your problems!! Try and move in a renovated one.Flexible + Patient Leasing agents, helpful Team working at the propertyCons: Visitor parking is a bit awkward, hopefully we can get a fence someday to increase the feeling of safety for our cars because of the neighborhood.

I wanna thank Nora Argueta, I have been a resident for 1 1/2 year and honestly this new management with Nora Argueta is much better because she is doing things right I feel safer it’s cleaner and now when I report something it actually gets repaired they don’t just go and put online done and it’s not true. Nora Argueta came to my apartment and for the first time things actually got fixed properly all complete. Last management had a lot of preference to tenants, and was rude always gossiping with tenants very unprofessional, and the property was not clean or I didn’t feel safe. Thank you Nora for making Parkgreen of Gessner better. Wishing you a great new years I hope you please stay don’t go. Park Green of Gessner is better because of your management Thank you for all your effort and hard work. Blessings

The lady nora is a huge help with everything that you need. Just know if your one of the those ppl that make a bad review for these appts just know make a good first impression if you want good service. WE ARE ALL HUMAN PPLS.

Good morning,I just want to comment that I was looking for an apartment and Miss Nora from the office helped me and she was very kind, what a shame I didnt have a studio. The lady found me another apartment from the same company and Im going to see them today.I really like the apartments in Gessner because they are very clean.

It is very economical but lately, for a year now they have had the worst maintenance and the manager named my roof as it has been two years since I have been begging her to fix it and she just doesnt send anyone and I got mad at telling her and I dont tell her anything better but from there everything is fine the parking is also a problem I cant have parties because there is nowhere to park I have my private parking but it is quiet there I have been living here for 4 years now
