I was a bit skeptical at first if this was a good fit for me being so close to the college but after being here now for three years I realize it was the BEST decision I could have made. Its in a great location, walking distance to several fast food restaurants, city park, and a serene pond w/walk around sidewalk where you can even fish in. My apartment was all freshly painted before moving in and very clean. If you ever have any issues with plumbing, heating, etc. one phone call and they are on top of it. Worried about bugs? Not here, quarterly spraying is automatically performed in all units. Plus, the monthly rent is very competitive compared to other rentals.Jay and Suzanne are the best and do everything within their reach to make you a happy tenant.

I have been living here, combined, over 3 years and have never lived in such an amazing location. The management is extremely friendly and very caring. The maintenance crew are very punctual and get everything done in a timely manner. They are very good at working around any bad situations that may come up in your life as long as you communicate everything to them. I could not have asked for a better place to live to get my life started and I know that if I ever need to come back to Levelland, that they will be the first people I call. Highly recommend to anyone.

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Suzanne on more than one occasion and she went out of her way to make me happy! All the staff are helpful and they keep the apartments great!

I love our apartment!! We’ve been here 3 years and don’t plan to go anywhere else. Suzanne works with you and helps when you need it or have any questions! Our cats love being outside on the balcony and it has great views! 5 stars always!

A nice neighborhood, helpful apartment manager, and very close to basic amenities. Suzanne was very helpful, caring, polite, and respond to maintenance call making sure that you get the value for your rental. Thank you!

Suzanne, the office manager is a sweetheart, and takes care of any issues promptly as well as gives us timely notice for any needed maintenance that calls for out-of-house maintenance coming into the apartment (i.e. spraying for pest control). The maintenance crew is always very polite, and respectful. I love our apartment and neighbors. Everyone is very sweet and we’ve never had any issues. Safety is yet to be a concern and we enjoy our kids being able to play outside the apartment with other kids who live here. Location is great and close to many schools as well as SPC.

Ive lived here a couple years now and love it. Across from the lake with two parks in walking distance. Suzann in the office is friendly and helpful.

Suzanne and the staff went above and beyond for me and my girls! They are very tentative when it came to any issues I had and had them resolved as soon as possible. They were and still are considered like family for us!
