    Moved in March of this year. New management is great. They are making a lot of changes to the property, painting, the roads, parking etc. I’ve enjoyed my stay with my wife here. If you’re looking for a good place to call home this is one that should be looked at. They are communicative and are professional. If you talk to them they listen and try to fix your issues.

    I have been looking for an apartment for my family in the Arlington area and had a chance to tour the property recently. The staff was very helpful, and they showed me all the floor plans and explained all my options. It was a great experience, and I am looking forward to moving to the property very soon :)

    This is a great property, and management has been making many upgrades recently. The units that I have recently seen were fully upgraded with new appliances, fresh paint and new flooring, being a townhome community, all units are very big, with private yards and storage area.

    Jinnene Kelly deserves her flowers she posted on tic tok about the property which is how I was able to find my new home 🏡 she responded immediately and walked me through the process with a great heart posture and my needs and wants in mind and didnt stop until she found the perfect unit for myself and children (which is beautiful. Thanks again Ms.Kelly for your knowledge and assistance in helping us find a place we can comfortably call home we truly appreciate you.

    I toured with Miss Cheyenne, she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I’m definitely considering moving here!🤩 I’m weighing out my options at the moment but this is definitely top 3!

    Me and my family have lived here for three years now the previous management had some issues. I have to give props to the new management; they’ve done an amazing job so far and they are the reason I resigned my lease. To top it all off they replaced our sliding glass door with French doors today and it looks amazing. Kudos to the contractors that came out today you guys were awesome.

    I so much love Park City , I have lived here for a year already and have no complaints. The office people are the sweetest Chris is a great Manager .Maria the assistant is so friendly and an awesome person. Rudy the maintenance guy is so full of great energy and always has a smile on his face.

    I love the management!!! Happy, efficient and can get any job done that I’ve asked for!! I can’t wait to use the pool, it’s super inviting and I love the fact you have tables to have a snack. The grounds are quiet and the backyards are a plus with my small dog!!He’s happy, too. It’s just nice to come home to a large place and feel safe and comfortable. 😀

    I have been here for almost a year and i have no complaints whatsoever. The new management is AWESOME! I love the improvements they have made to everything, from communication to costumer service they are always looking for new ways to keep the community happy and together. Over these past few months with the COVID-19 situation they have been looking out for their community with the necessary precautions too make sure everyone is safe and happy. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT 100% 💕

    After a much needed management change i am very happy living here knowing that if I ever need anything I can count on our property manager to listen to our requests, questions, and even complaints. I am very happy I am currently on my second lease here and will be moving into a 3 bedroom for my 3rd year here. Thank you park city town homes for really turning this place around and making it feel like home. Please keep up the good work!!

    So happy with the management. I’ve been in one of the upgraded 3 bedrooms for about 4 months now and its been great. The grounds are quiet and the management is friendly and quick to respond. I 100% recommend these townhomes. They are the most spacious rentals you can find in Arlington for your money!

    I am very happy and grateful to be a current resident here at Park City, the town homes are beautifully done. Ive had the pleasure of living in one of their 2 bedrooms and have recently have been upgraded to a 3 bedroom. The managers and staff are always there to assist and fix and issues we may (which is a few to rare). I 100% recommend Park City Townhomes.

    The new owners and management have really up their game. I have been here for three years and this is the first time that I had an issue and it was resolved immediately. The maintenance man was professional, courteous and he fixed the problem and fixed some things that should have been done years ago without us asking them. Thank you Maintenance Man and Property Manager, we appreciate you.

    I finally finished the application process and want to thank Layla for helping us through everything. She really knew what she was doing and made sure everything got done in a timely manor. She was a big help and didn’t seemed bothered to help us like other people have been in the past. This property needs more people like her. Based off of other reviews you probably wouldn’t have the same experience if you spoke with Layla.

    We moved in last week and I was told that if my girl was going to live there she has to be on the application. Well sounds fair but that’s another app fee I need to pay now.? The manager I’ve spoke to a million times never got annoyed by us. And the girl in the office was a bit odd she acted more like our friend than a professional but that’s ok, I guess. The apt is in great condition but the morons who live across from us keep parking in our numbered parking spot.

    The previous management would have received 0 stars from me but this new management have come in so far and have made positive changes. They are trying their best to fix previous problems and change the negative stigma. The friendly customer service alone has made a huge change. They are really welcoming. They are the reason I stayed. I was seconds from moving but heard the management changed and decided to stay.

    Ive been living at Park City for about 6 months. Theres nothing really to complain about. Staff fixes problems usually the same day or the next. The location is great near by a lot of restaurants, highway, and the park. My neighbors are polite, and pretty quiet. Only complaint will be the gates are usually open broken, other than that Ive enjoyed living here.

    Dexy is absolutely amazing at her job. Great customer service, Great communication and always on point when you need her. And I Love her Smile that shes has when you walk in the door.

    I just want to say that I have lived here at these townhomes for about 16 years now, I would like to give a big shout out to Dexy(management) and Rudy(maintenance)! Dexy is truly a person who has a HEART and believe me I know. She deals with complaints and irrational complaints with poise and compassion! Thank you Dexy for your grace and honesty! God blesses those who bless others. Rudy is by far the best maintenance person on the property thus far! He is friendly and does the job quickly and appropriately! He knows what he is doing.

    The original owners are gone and the new owners are great. Just had repairs done fast and on the same day!! The repair Man was a breath of fresh air and had good customer service 👌. Very professional and he had his PPE equipment on. Thank you 😊
