Hello, my name is Maria Cruz, and I want to talk about my experience living here at Park at Summers Grove. About 10 years ago I came to live here with my 3 small children after almost 8 years of living here, my kids grew up and left. All those years living here, the office staff have always been super nice, always been excellent to me and my children. They were always on top of any problems I reported. The neighborhood is very quiet, the property is always super clean and so is the neighborhood. The neighbors are very friendly, all the stores are super close, as are the schools… Well, now 2 years later, I am back here with my daughter and my two grandchildren again, because there is no better place to live than this. My children grew up here and now I want my grandchildren to have the same experiences that I had with my kids. And finally, I want to say thank you to all the office staff. Thank you to Elda, Carolyn, Fernando, Carlos and Jacob who welcomed us with open arms and made us feel like part of a big family. The best place to live is here at Park at Summers Grove.

I have lived here for about 5 or 6 years and have had such a great experience! The property is very clean and the community is very friendly. Office staff is very helpful and alway willing to go above and beyond to help their residents. I want to give a huge shout out to Elda! She has been absolutely wonderful. She is very understanding and always willing to work with me and my needs. Maintenance is also super awesome! They are super friendly and very quick to respond when something needs to be taken care of. 😊

This is a great place to live. Centrally located to about 10 minutes from everything. But really its the staff that make this place so wonder.Weve lived here for a WHILE and Fernando, Carlos and Jacob are amazing when it comes to work orders. They have such a quick turn around, usually same day but if not they always knock on the door and let me know whats going on.Carolyn is always so sweet and helpful, she always has a smile on her face. Elda is amazing, and always explains things in a way I can understand. Krista is the new community director and Im so thankful shes here because shes been making amazing improvements to the property!

We have lived at the Park for about 10 years. Throughout this time, Fernando Huerta has always led his team of maintenance personnel and done so extremely well. Whenever weve had a problem he is very prompt, and he and his personnel perform their duties with great expertise. Whats more, Fernando was the lead maintenance man at the previous Apartment complex where we lived and performed extremely well there. Hes a good guy to have on your side folks.

I Love this community !! Its peaceful, clean and the entire staff is amazing!! The maintenance crew is very helpful and perfectional, I had Fernando and Carlos fix my AC unit recently and they did a great job - they even followed up a couple hours later to make sure it was fully working! The maintenance team here are FANTASTIC. One of our pipes burst during the winter and flooded some of our master bedroom, and we basically needed our whole bathroom entirely redone. I can’t express how much I appreciate the staff here at The Park at Summers Grove. I’ve lived here 6 years and the staff has always been consistent! Elda has always done her best to explain things when it comes to my lease. Carol is always so delightful when I come into the office. The maintenance crew, Fernando, Jacob and Carlos, keep the property looking amazing! They stay on top of everything. If I have a maintenance order, they’ve always come same day or communicated that they would be able to come next day.

The leasing agent Carolyn is awesome. There is extensive paperwork to get in but she was on top of it and super helpful. The maintenance team here is top-notch. And I just met the manager recently and shes awesome too. Very friendly and welcoming. I love it here. Just moved here in July and have had very few issues but every small thing was taken care of quickly. Neighbors are friendly too. Its easy to get in and out of this location no matter where in Austin Im heading. And its on a quiet street with low through traffic.

Sometimes I am compelled to write reviews of people or places that go over and above the usual, especially during these stressful times. What is stressful is visiting apartments in the heat. I stopped by The Park and was very pleasantly surprised at the beauty of the property, the nice office and such a wonderful leasing agent by the name of Elda Loredo. I was shown a townhouse apartment that was extremely tasteful, with an office. Elda highlighted the amenities as well as the financials with a sense of knowledge and expertise that comes from years of experience. I cant tell you how many properties I have looked at with staff that are lazy or generally unenthusiastic. I had fun with Elda, and hope others get to work with her as I did.

I have lived here 13 years and I love my apartment. The complex is in a great location for shopping, restaurants, etc. It is right next to Mopac. The maintenance crew, Fernando, Jacob, and Carlos do a great job taking care of the place. I have never waited more than 2 days (usually much faster) for a work order to be completed. They stay on top of things. The ladies in the office, Elda and Caroline, are very helpful and friendly. They do whatever they can to help you within their boundaries and they work very hard to keep this a decent place to live. I actually consider them friends now. Looks like I may be here until I check out.

I have lived here for over 10 years and love how diverse and peaceful it is. Great up keep, head maintenance Fernando and his son Jacob are amazing, and nice neighbors. The office staff are very kind, respectful, and generous. Carolyn Buss always has a smile on her face, and Elda Loredo is there willing to help. When we hit hard times during covid, Elda was very understanding and willing to help to ease any stress. She still continues to do so for all of her tenants. I also appreciate how she listens, attends, and handles situations. We have had some unkind/disruptive neighbors before, and she handles the situation efficiently and appropriately. Collectively, she is an amazing person and director, and we greatly appreciate her here! I also love how quiet the area is, day and night, the space available to walk my dog, and the ability for covered parking. So far, so great!

Some could say it can be considered a myth to find the perfect living place with just the right space, the most efficient in cost, travel access points to basically all major Austin high-ways, close schools, libraries, parks and frisbee-golf fields and all the favorite nearby stores!It seems staff & management were on top of these expectations future residentsI moved to The Park at Summers Grove with these boxes checked and quickly secured my spot. Its been nearly 7yrs and I still feel the same blissful gratitude I felt when I moved here. With the staff here being so welcoming for holiday events and party gatherings put together by the amazing management and staff.The on-site Maintenance staff is ultimately responsible for every single repair, fixing our precious homes and occasional go-cart waving and even being neighborly goes a long way for most. It really makes a whole lot of sense finding the trusty maintenance crew with 100% success rate of 5-star reviews on the professionalism, fast-response time, and strong talent correcting broken amenities,. Big thanks to Jacob and Carlos! Last week during the freeze, despite my efforts to avoid a busted pipe… The pipe in my bathroom busted and my bathroom, bedroom, closet flooded. The maintenance crew was in my apartment within 10 mins of me calling to report the issue. they had all of the water cleaned up within the hour, and the pipe repaired before the end of the day and water restored! Unfortunately, due to the location of the pipe, they had to leave the wall open in the bathroom but that was all fixed by weeks end as promised! Thank you guys so much for all of your help during trying time, I appreciate the communication and all of your hard work to get my bedroom and bathroom in order!!

I love my apartment complex. Everyone here as far as staff goes, is amazing. They make a lot of effort to accommodate my disability needs and quirks, but there is rarely ever an issue between me and them. I sincerely consider them like extended family..Fernando Huerto always treats me with lots of respect. Whenever I have a work order put in, he has it taken care of near immediately. I’ve lived here for over two here’s and I have nothing negative to say. My neighbors have all been kind. Management has always been helpful. Maintenance has always been quick and efficient in their resolutions to the very few calls I made. I’m only moving because I’ve been blessed to moved on and feel it’s only right that I leave space for someone else to have a great experience if their income is restricted. I also want to move on to a house or duplex. For anyone searching, just know that if you’re anywhere near the back, I would think you’ll have a good experience. I can’t speak for the front, but I’ve never heard complaints. Good luck!

Ive had a very hard time searching for an affordable apartment in this Austin market for me and my family until I ran into this gem off of wells branchThe whole staff here is awesome especially LaBria who sits in the front she was a delight to work with and a perfect smile to match she was very informative and made me and my wife feel at home and like family! she was so helpful and although they were completely full (bummer) she took the time to help us in our search and call around for us and print out a list of affordable apartments because of our situation and our urgency! if that isnt phenomenal customer service and going the extra mile I dont what is! I was amazed! The apartments are well kept and nice. Grounds are nice and the maintenance team is friendly. If your lucky enough to get in I would recommend anyone staying here.!

I really enjoy we’re living here, staff is very friendly the houses are very clean and beautiful. If anything is dirty it’s our personal house keeping but grounds are clean parking lots are clean. I lived here for a year. I never had an issue with the apartment or the management, even when they switched management. The apartments are high quality and I had no problem with safety. When the front gate broke, they had a police officer monitoring the entrance. The only complaint I had was that the breezeways caused echoes in the apartments and some of the neighbors were rowdy so I had to file noise complaints sometimes. The amenities were great and the staff was friendly.
