When it comes to being picky, my partner and I are it. We toured over 10 apartments in the area, and we are so glad we chose this one. After more than a year and a half of living here, I can confidently say that this would be the best pick in the area. Everyone in the office is kind, quick to solve your problem (when there rarely is one), and can tell they genuinely care about their community. Maintenance usually gets done in less than 2 days. Usually same day or next day (and even on weekends!). The community is clean, they offer events, a large saltwater pool, playground and a nice gym. Neighbors are kind, walls are thick, and sometimes forget I’m even living in an apartment! Overall, this is a great choice in the area and we are very pleased with our choice and our time here.

My review is for AARON. I’m not sure if he’s the groundskeeper or a maintenance guy (or both) but he’s very kind and helpful! I’m currently 7 months pregnant and when our washer decided to go out on a Friday night laundry had to be done before school on Monday. Aaron saw me lugging laundry down and he offered to help me carry the rest down from the 2nd floor apartment. He offered to help me bring everything back up upon my return too. We need more people like him!

I’ve lived in quite a few apartments and you’re not always sure what you are going to get.Parc at Windmill Farms has been pretty great though in our short time. No issues with parking ever, which has been an issue in the past at other apartment complexes. No problems with neighbors and the community is pretty quiet as a whole.The apartment itself has been as advertised. We’ve had a couple of issues, and maintenance has been quick and thorough with responding each time. The staff has also been fantastic when dealing with questions or concerns of any kind. They’ve made the whole experience just so easy.Just an overall fantastic experience thanks to the team.

So far the amenities and office staff are fantastic. Its no wonder they get such great reviews. Everyone is polite around here. Even maintenance is prompt and extremely polite. The pool is great its cleaned daily even if nobody has even used it, the gym is well maintained. Overall, I would recommend living here if there is availability.

Me and my family stayed at this apartment for two years and our stay was wonderful. Really appreciate the management team here, they are super kind and caring! Anytime we had an issue which was rare they showed empathy and had a sense of urgency. I really love how they host community events as well! Took my kids to the pumpkin painting and we were welcomed instantly surrounded by our neighbors.We had the B2 layout (2nd floor) and rarely could ever hear our neighbors, the walls and floors are thick. If I’m being honest we are so sad we left this apartment complex it was perfect and felt like home. compare to the management I’m dealing w now with the complex I’m at, I wish they were here to assist me instead.Overall I would definitely recommend these apartment to my friends and family.

I’ve been living here almost three weeks and so far everything has been great!! The move in process was seamless! What you see on the property’s website is what you get. The property is well-kept, quiet, with beautiful and spacious apartments. I also love the fact the complex is gated. A friend helped me moved in and is now considering moving here as well. I absolutely love it and don’t mind being close to the highway or hearing the train.

Ive had an incredible experience with the management team at my apartment complex, all thanks to Lizette and Kaitlyn. From day one, theyve been nothing short of amazing. Lizz is always on the ball, handling any concerns or maintenance issues swiftly and with a warm, reassuring attitude. Kaitlyn impresses with her attention to detail and her genuine care for the residents well-being. Their combined efforts make living here feel like a true community. Theyre not just managers; theyre the heartbeat of this place, always going above and beyond to ensure were more than just tenants – were neighbors in a community theyve helped flourish. If youre looking for a place where you feel valued and taken care of, you cant go wrong with Lizz and Kaitlyn at the Parc’s Of Windmill Farms.

I love the apartment floor plan and finishes. The huge island with storage is a very nice touch. The complex has been under new management now for a few months , and things in the community have really made a compete 180. The office staff is great!If we were not buying a house, we would absolutely be staying here.

I moved here last fall. Very nice apartments. Quiet and clean. Maintenance is very fast and efficient in addressing any issues that I have had, which arent many. Management is readily available. They always respond quickly to inquiries and questions

My apartment is great with efficient floor plan and great amenities such as washer and dryer and appliances. I have been here since September 2020. Parc also has first class fitness facilities, swimming pool, and conference room! Parc has a new manager and assistant manager since October, ready to help make living here, a pleasant experience 😀! I have met with the new manager and she is talented and committed to outperform the surrounding apartment competition!

Apartments came out nice although the residents of Windmill Farms tried to protest building apartments there. They had to be 80%brick( exterior) and some other things. If you are single or a couple without kids it may be a good fit, depending where you work. If you work downtown traffic is absolute HELL!!

Ive been living here for a few months now and have nothing but nice things to say. The office staff is friendly, attentive and makes efforts to answer all my questions and request. The maintenance staff are great too - quick response, friendly and have gone out of their way to help us. Living here makes me feel comfortable and cared for.

Amazing experience! I live in a two bedroom, and Shonda made the move in seamless. All staff is responsive and just wonderful to deal with all around. I love the community and we havent had any inconveniences or problems at all. Definitely recommend living here, especially a great location to enjoy everything around in the area.

I moved in 3 weeks ago and couldn’t have had a more smooth transition moving in from out of state. Daisy was amazing at answering all my questions. She was quick to respond to my email questions and upon arrival everyone greeted me with a smile. The move in was smooth and easy. I have since had some things that needed repair (nothing major) but maintenance was so quick to handle and get it done! Everyone here is top notch! The community is quiet, surrounded by single family homes, growing community, the apartments are gated, the apartment themselves are high end new & great quality to granite countertops, new appliances, large tall windows & regular size washer & dryers “comes with the price of the rent nothing extra” like some in the area, the apartment is extremely spacious & AFFORDABLE. The flooring is great easy to clean (I was thrilled at that alone, most apartments on a top floor won’t do anything other than carpet)! I have a one bedroom and SOOO MUCH room! I never hear my neighbors, like some apartments you can hear conversations, moving about, etc the builders did a great job with these. I could go on but if you’re looking to move to the Forney area and need an affordable apartment I would highly recommend Parc at Windmill Farms! Also, there is lots around the area, food, grocery and more!

Just moved here last weekend and I LOVE my apartment. Karla and Lizette from the leasing office had been so friendly and helpful during the whole process. The community is beautiful and the neighbors have been so welcoming. Wonderful experience so far.

Absolutely love our apartment!!! Big rooms and kitchen for such a great price. My husband and I paid double what the rent is here back home in California and the townhome wasn’t as nice as these or as spacious. The leasing office is so friendly too.

I just want to give props to KARLA, Shanda, Kayla, and the maintenance specialist Jermiah here at Parc at Windmill Farms for giving me the best experience ever! This is the first time I’ve only had to call and get answered at 1 or 2 rings at the most. The apartment is so spacious and NEAT! We definitely have a very fair monthly rent for what we are given in return. You WILL have the best customer service ever! If you are looking for apartments to move into… THIS IS THE ONE! I would give a TRILLION stars if I could.

Me and my Family moved from Ft. Worth to Forney. We walked into these Apartments one Sun afternoon in March of this year and met Daisy! She was so sweet and helped us get our beautiful home! It has great upgrades and appliances. Just a beautiful well-kept community with great people living here. Shonda is always do nice and works with me and my fiance when needed. Anybody looking for a great apartment in Forney, this community will be the PLACE TO BE!

If you are looking for an apartment stop looking PARC at WINDMILL FARMS is the best community. And the best part is the leasing office. I had been given the wonderful service by these two wonderful people DAISY who helped me through the whole Process so i didnt had to worry about anything and the manager SHONDA who is really great and the best leasing manager i have ever dealt with. So if you had any bad experience before you wont have to worry this time because DAISY and SHONDA will take care of you.

Parc at windmill farms has been the best since the beginning. We were searching for a place to call home during our big move from California and we found it here! Shonda was an absolute delight to work with, she went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible and was always readily available with any questions or concerns we had. Recently we had an air conditioner issue and Shonda took care of it right away. Wayne came out on a SUNDAY to check on it, he advised us that he would contact the company to fix the problem Monday morning. After the company failed to return calls or complete the task Wayne returned to fix it himself. With having two kids in Texas with this humid weather we definitely appreciated their fast and efficient response to the issue!Thank you to Shonda and Wayne and too all at Parc windmill farms!
