    UPDATE: new management team has made a big improvement! Still trash around but not as much and maintenance is improving but Art needs more helpers!!Beautiful views.Trash is horrible, lawn isn’t maintained and can’t get anything done.

    So far I think it has been pretty awesome the staff is friendly maintenance gets things done in a decent matter of timing trash cans have not been over loaded .. havent had any gang activity so far .. all in all I give it a 5 star on their rent specials .. you go team parc at the marina ..

    I Never Had A Problem With Anything Everytime I Needed Something Taken Care Of Art And The Maintenance Crew Was On Top Of It And Miss D And Michelle Has Always Been So Helpful Plus I Look At The Water Everyday So Its A Win Win.

    When I first moved in my apt was dirty and the manger staff fixed it and fit stuff fairy quickly. The manger is super nice.
