I moved in about a week ago. So far everything has been good. The staff was really helpful explaining things to me and answering all of my questions. These apartments are great and I love my unit! I think Ill like it here.

We moved in during the first year of the property opening and had the pleasure to call this place home for nearly 3 years. A big plus for us deciding to live here were the washer and dryer combo, beautiful pool and access to nearby places such as Alamo Ranch. We did have a management change and weve never had a major issue! Our AC went out one year and it was quickly back to working within one day! The grounds of the property are kept very clean and its a very quiet community.Some minor cons:1. The gym is small and one of the treadmills in the gym I believe has been broken for at least more than a year which leaves one working treadmill that is not ideal for property that size. It would be nice to ensure that all equipment is up and running properly! Hope this can get fixed soon!2. The pool will be closed down a lot. Although not the fault of management however it doesnt seem fair to the rest of the property to have that amenity restricted based on the actions of a few. I would suggest investing in more security around that area to monitor offenders and take action accordingly.3. We paid a one time fee for the lockers in the beginning and then it changed to becoming a charge every month. Additionally, the smart home technology package was installed in our apartments and that became an additional fee. Be aware of all of these fees, including the valet trash.4. If you live on the second floor, be prepared to tolerate all the movement.5. There were some minor incidences that occurred such as cars being broken into so just be aware and never leave any valuables locked inside your car.Other than, I would highly recommend Paragon at Westover Hills!

I’ve lived here since summer 2021 & I finally gave my notice to vacate as I was in the process of buying a house. Unfortunately when the closing on the house fell through, I was not able to remain in my apt as it had already been leased out. However, the office allowed me to transfer to a bigger unit at no extra cost and have been super flexible. I’m very thankful they were so helpful in the process.

So far so good, management is nice and helpful. Move in was seamless, other than being forced to get internet with ATT. Never had ATT before because Ive heard so many negative things, and dont forget about those two times ATT customers went dark and without service for hours even a whole day. I sincerely hope I dont have any issues with ATT as I need internet for work. And if I cant work, I cant pay rent. Thats my only issue. Not sure why I cant get Spectrum, when the Spectrum building is practically next door and my old apartment at corner of 151 and Hunt Lane, just across freeway next exit down had Spectrum.

I’ve been here for a year now, The move in process was so easy. The complex is always clean. The communication is great with management . If there has ever been something that needed fixing, the apartment maintenance has always been quick to fix it and super friendly.I really have loved living here. 😊

1/22/25 Update. I renewed my lease 2 months ago. This is a wonderful facility! The staff is extremely attentive to any needs. It has been a long time since I lived in an apartment, but I love how quiet it is. Yes. You will hear your neighbors occasionally, but it’s not terribly loud. I love that it is a non-smoking environment. People still break the rules, but they remind them of the rules. I don’t think they’d have issues, if there were signs around the facility stating it is non-smoking.I’ve been living here for about 4 months now. The staff are attentive to any request I have had and they’ve been completed in a timely and efficient manner. The complex is quiet and everyone is friendly. I’m loving my new home and location!

Settling into my first apartment and it’s been such an easy process. Aubrey was so nice and informative. She represented the community in such a way that I could not pass up. So far, I’ve been provided with everything I need to call this place home. The services they provide are exceptional and quick to install. The fact that these services come to you instead of you having to go to them makes this process even that much easier. I can’t wait for my future here.

The units are a little pricey but nice and amazingMaintenence is on top of everything hands down washer could break down and they fix it in like 2 hours max kitchen sink messed up fixed in 4 hoursThe front office is super helpful they always look for resolutions regardlessI just wish the price was lower and amenities maybe next year Ill come back if they let me after my studies are doneBut they are amazing over all

I’ve lived here for 3 years. One time I got my car towed right out of the car port I’ve been paying for because the parking tag wasn’t on the mirror (it fell off and was inside the car). Other than that, it’s nice living here. I feel safe walking my dogs at night and maintenance does a good job at keeping the grounds tidy. Yes the apartment walls are thin but it’s like that anywhere.

Been living here for two years almost three and i will say we have had the ups and downs. It’s a great facility and it’s very dog friendly. They finally added patrol however the trash pick up has its moments. Dawn is a great leasing agent and is always helping us. She used to also be our neighbor here. However the only down side is that if you have kids, don’t go to the third floor. Cause trust me we hear it all. The running and if the neighbor fight. But overall we are moving but had a good experience here. I’m glad they addressed the safety issues when the transition happened

Toured today with Lauren, she was very helpful and super friendly. This is a pretty property, very clean and nice pool setting. The apartment was nice and price was fair. The living room of the apartment could ve a little bigger but glad kitchen was spacious. Once we are ready we may consider this location.

Paragon at Westover Hills is a great location and residential apartments to move to. Excellent amenities, Aubrey, Melissa and Roberto Cisneros in maintenance do a great job helping you through the process. Pricing is better than others around them and the property in and out is well maintained. I like living at this apartment complex because it is generally pretty quiet and the staff is very friendly. The trash pickup is sometimes hit or miss but I do appreciate the service. I appreciate the availability of the dog park and the dog wash station. Sometimes the dog wash station is unavailable because the drains are clogged but the management typically services the station within a few days. I would recommend my friends and family to live here if asked.

I have lived here about 8 months now , i have not had one complaint at all! The staff is helpful, the pool is nice and beautiful place to hang out too during the summer, We are going to renew our lease here once its up ! Jake on the maintenance team is the best , he came out on a sunday (not open on sundays) to fix my ac which saved our lives ! Emily and adrian help me during the move in process which was awesome because i had no clue what I was doing ! Thank you vantage yall are the best !
