    This is our second time back at Oxford. Our first experience was horrible due to the management. My previous review was a 1 star. I did delete that to provide a new updated review as the management now is amazing. Maintenance issues are addressed no later than 48 hours unless an emergency. The property is a lot cleaner than it was previously. I would recommend to others. One area of frustration is the gym and the equipment. Treadmills and cardio equipment are good. But, most of the weight machines are broken and not too many free weights that match. I was planning on canceling my planet fitness membership upon moving in, but am glad that I chose not to. But other than that, very happy with our 2 months back so far!

    Been living here for almost 4 years now and its been great for the most part. Now not every place is perfect 100% of the time but they do their best. The only area of concern is the gym. A lot of weights and plates are missing and havent been replaced with enough fidelity. Other than that the place is quite nice and clean and management is really amicable.

    My boyfriend and I have lived here for a good 3-4 years and have recently renewed our lease for another 15 months. It’s been a very pleasant experience so far! There have been a few hiccups here and there but it’s overall been positive. Would recommend. :)

    I do love this place. It’s been my home since November of 2020. I have all the room I need to live, be happy, make music, and cook. I do have one complaint: the parking. I feel it needs to be repainted to fit ALL vehicles both small and big.

Theyre always available to lend a helping hand, offering top-notch support and guidance with a smile. Their patience and kindness are genuinely impressive.Living in the Travis model has been a dream come true. The spacious layout and modern amenities have exceeded my expectations. Plus, the central location makes it easy to access everything I need. From shopping to dining, entertainment, and more - its all just a short walk or drive away.Im thoroughly enjoying my time at Oxford at Tech Ridge and cant recommend it enough.     They are ALWAYS trying to do things to make you smile, feel welcomed and appreciated. I also love the fact that when you have a concern they actually listen and take action. I love how they try to keep the property clean and safe. It’s a great place to live if you are looking for a safe, clean and friendly place to live. They will try to work with you if situations arise so I can truly and honestly say I am a satisfied resident.

    I’ve lived all over and I must say by far this apartment is the best accommodation I’ve ever had.Move-In: Seamless, easy, efficient. I was in a situation where I had to move very quickly. The Oxford team, especially Ty, made the process a breeze. I was out of my old apartment and into my new one within a week.Location: Perfect for me. Proximity to any amenity you could need is right here. HEB within 4 minute driving distance. Bowling alley. Food options. Movie theatre. Close enough to the interstate to utilize easily, far enough to not be bothered by the noise or a hectic amount of congestion when you’re off.Unit/Grounds: I find them to be nice and well maintained. Nice to walk in and around property. Close to the greenbelt. My unit was clean and well maintained upon my move in.Again, this is the best place I have lived by far. I’m grateful to Oxford team as well for their responsiveness in handling tenants’ matters as well as their commitment to making this a can’t miss option to live!

    Great service from the Oxford at Tech Ridge office and maintenance team. Work order request always get addressed in a timely manner and office team is always very responsive. Currently working on transferring to a new unit within the same apartment complex and office staff have been great throughout the process. They have been able to provide a detailed description of all the requirements and have always been very responsive to any questions or concerns. Thank you Oxford at Tech Ridge!

    Ive had an amazing experience during my first year here, and the management has been incredibly helpful with my transfer. Theyve been patient and kind, even when Ive had a lot of questions. The maintenance team is always quick to respond to requests. Thats why Ive decided to stay longer! Highly recommend this place!

    Nothing but positive things to say about this complex after being here for the better part of a year.Management is very responsive and fair when it comes to dealing with maintenance and account issues. The complex is older, but still well maintained. Only gripe I have is from move in day when my apartment was not cleaned after scheduling two cleanings with an outside company prior to move in who never showed up. I ended up having to clean the unit myself and leave all my stuff in Uhaul until that was done, creating extra expense, but Ty was gracious enough to give me a credit on my first month for the headache so I cant really complain.The amenities are decent- nice enough gym with equipment youd actually want use, basketball court, and a decent pool. The pool is subject to random closures (like most complexes I have lived in) which prevents you from actually being able to use it most of the time, but I think is more due to residents not having any respect for where they live and others who share the space rather than being at fault of management.Great location with easy access to toll roads and I35 and close (15min ish) to downtown. For day to day shopping, you can really avoid the highways altogether, and being this close to Round Rock, you can avoid Austin traffic headache almost entirely. Never felt unsafe here- I have construction tools and materials in the back of my truck all the time , and nothing has ever disappeared. Also, never had a problem with packages missing when Im not home for a couple days. Ive not had any pest control issues either, which has been surprising in that Austin is notorious for roach infestations.If youre looking for a community feel, this place has that as well. The office staff is always having get togethers and cookouts for residents at the pool. They seems to care about the quality of life of residents here, which is rare among apartment management companies nowadays (in my experience at least).Recommendation to management: figure out the entrance gate situation. Pretty annoying that its wide open some days and not others. Leave it open during the day, lock it at night! Repair the keypad on the package room door.

    Ty (assistant property manager) is very helpful and nice. The apt itself is spacious and well laid out. The grounds are beautiful. So much greenery around with the mature trees allowing for much needed privacy and shade.

    Review Late 2024-Early 2025 v1.10.14:Hello,I moved in since November 2022 and I have been here for almost two years this coming December. I have renewed my lease here for another year and a half! I would like to express my gratitude to the amazing staff here at Oxford at Tech Ridge. Jessica and her leasing staff and her maintenance staff do a wonderful job making sure my residency at Tech Ridge is a place I can call Home Sweet Home.The community here is great-its mostly quiet for an area in North Austin, Texas. The staff makes sure the community is clean and repairs are made to keep our ammenities functioning. Did I mention the maintence staff do a excellent job? In my experience living here the maintence crew get my work orders completed within the given timeframe and so far- no complaints! The leasing office have always been responsive, attentive, and shows great care for the residents here.What makes Oxford at Tech Ridge so great, in my experience of course, is that the staff here go out of their way and take initiative to host neat holiday events. Sometimes we have food trucks up at the office, sometimes we have little snacks from the staff, gifts and rewards for just having fun at the office, and during special occasions there are get-togethers!Not only is the apartment community here is great but the Tech Ridge area is close to some really good shops! Were about 15 to 18 minutes away from The Domain shopping center. We also have a walmart and H-E-B nearby, medical service centers, $-$$ food spots, and of course if you work in North Austin- its not a too bad commute from home to work and vice versa.I could keep going for another spell but I think Im good for the time being.     This is one of the most beautiful apartment communities Ive ever had the pleasure of living at. The grounds are amazingly well kept,vast and quite serene. The staff here are all so kind and always eager to help with any issues. Kaylynn is by far the most sincere and kind young ladies Ive ever encountered to date. I dont plan to be moving away from here any time in the near future. If you want to live in a place that welcomes you home everyday, then look no further, you have found your home.

    The staff and maintenance are very friendly and accessible. The community is largely quiet. The commute from downtown, is not too bad. The only downer are the size of the parking spaces. They are mostly compact car size, which makes owning a full size vehicle (or a pick up truck, in my case) very difficult.

    I have lived here for a year and a half. The apartment is great with cleaning and the office always responds when you need help. . This apartment is 8-10. Ty has always been upfront and very attentive to what ever I needed for the apartment. I definitely recommend these luxury apartments that are decently priced. I have left my garage opened multiple times, nothing was ever stolen. The community is trustworthy, now I can’t really say nothing about bad people that don’t live here who want to do bad things. Other then outsiders, the community is a safe space!

    The best part about living here is definitely the basketball court its fantastic! The office staff always keeps the office and property looking and smelling great.     I truly recommend OXFORD @ Tech Ridge to anyone looking to lease an apartment. The constant and FAST communication the front office leasing agents provide is UNBEATABLE. Saying they’re on top of it would be an understatement - I applied and got approved on the same day!!! Ty did it all with a huge smile on his face and made me feel right at home with his OUTSTANDING customer service. I also wanted to shoutout Kimberly from the front office for giving me a lovely tour and showing me around the property and showing me their great amenities. 10’s all across the board!!!     I have worked with the mgmt team since March this year. They were great to assist me through the application process. Though I originally took a 2nd floor apt, I had wanted a first floor…the team knew I wanted the first floor and as soon as one came available, I was contacted and was able to make the switch. The only hiccup, and why I give a 4 star, was during the actually online application, as I had been referred by a current resident and the “resident” option did not appear in the drop down box. It caused a slight problem, but after talking with the manager it was quickly resolved.All in all, the team was very pleasant to work with during the whole application process which helped me stress less on the admin and focus more on the process of my move.

    Man the community here is so positive and you don’t pay much in rent. It’s very affordable for a 1bed 1bath and as well as you have a great staff and it’s not rowdy like other apartments. You have a great pool and barbecue grills outside with an amazing cabana. So you won’t get sunburned while you out there. Also a gym (weights and basketball) open 24/7 if you need to relieve stress. Come over to Oxford at Tech Ridge and live comfortably.

    Great staff. Very helpful and eager to help no matter who Ive spoken to. Ty has been awesome with my application process. Its been seamless as hes very friendly and efficient. I did like communicating through text and hes very transparent with the process. Feeling very welcomed and looking forward to my stay at this community. The maintenance guys are very attentive and friendly. They maintain the property really well. Its always clean and well run compared to other ones weve been at. Ivan and Juan are always quick to take care of us when we need.

    I’ve been living here for almost three years and it has been the best decision I’ve made when I moved from Arizona to Austin. Something that I love is that the maintenance crew is always fast and polite, the staff is always helpful and I’m close to HEB, Walmart, Walgreens, QT, Starbucks, Mc Donald, Dominos, Dollar General and I’m just 15 minutes away from downtown, the domain and Round Rock. That being said, I love to live here.

    Going on a little over a year living at Oxford at Tech Ridge and so far my experience here has been exceptional. Front desk staff have been very helpful with requests and have always responded in a timely manner. In addition, the community as a whole is a great spot to live in! From the spacious and well kept units to the great amenities like the community pool, gym, and basketball court; my experience here has been at a 5 star level. Lastly, shoutout to Ty (one of the new managers) who was very helpful in getting my paperwork straight to renew my lease.

    This is my first week here and so far everything is going great. The office staff was attentive and helpful through email and phone . We had some issues with the lease but it was sorted out. We got a great deal on our apartment and even their higher rates were reasonable for this area. The landscaping is nice and all the community areas look good as well.     Okay! So last week I hit my 5th year in Austin and so I’ve moved around Austin a little bit while being here. Now going through several office changes and staffs through the years let me tell you why this current office staff is the best! I don’t often find myself needing to go to the office aside from gathering my packages. But in instances Whenever I have an issue with either not receiving my Amazon Locker code from Amazon or my garage door clicker getting busted and me needing a replacement, they were on it super fast and super efficient!The staff always has a great attitude towards all situations and they even do a bunch of cool fun stuff through pmuch every month/holiday!!!If you don’t decide to live here just based off the staff then go based off how great and affordable these apartments are!!! 10-5 stars!(All staff is great including maintenance)

    So far so good liivng in this community. The staff are friendly and they have great attitude towards problem resolution. Its an environmentally clean and safe community. I like the proximity to shopping centers and fine restaurants. I recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a cozy and restful place.

    So I spent almost 2 years here. Moved out Feb/2015. Management is professional and friendly. The area is very safe, Apartments near many shops and restaurants.There is a pretty big dog park that is fenced in for dogs to have fun. They have a good clean gym. Fitness classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.The pool is big, feels like your on vacation! Gated entrance. The apartments are good looking. Stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer included.High ceilings.Good size patios. Garages are available, they also have storage rooms.Always had my maintenance issues resolved the day of, or the next day.No major issues or complaints in the two years i spent here. I highly recommend these apartments. Only reason i moved out is because i bought a house.

    So far we have lived here for roughly 1 1/2 years, and it has been a great experience overall. The management team (Yvonne, Valeria and OnaLee) as well as the new maintenance staff are some of the most professional, kindhearted people weve come to know. Valeria has always been accomodating and gone the extra step. They do an excellent job at managing the apartments and creating a safe, friendly community. Being in Real Estate for a living i have seen many types of workers and these are by far some of the best. They took an okay at best apartment complex and turned into a great place to live.

    I would give it 5 stars but only because upon move in the make ready was not complete, the GD was not working and we had leaks in the kitchen sink due to that. It was just some oversights that could of been prevented, but i understand that unforeseeable things can occur and you cant always have it perfect. Other than that the staff is wonderful, very kind and welcoming! Love the maint. crew they are so helpful and speedy when it comes to work orders. I loved the fact that the leasing staff dont mind staying a couple of min late so you can catch your packet when you also work 8-5, that to me is beyond considerate when they are going out of their way to ensure their residents are happy and understand that we cant all make it by 5:30. Good job guys! Keep up the good work :)

    I want to start by saying that I really enjoy living here. I have been here for a year and I am content with the treatment from the staff and the amenities that I decided to renew for another year. This is a great place to live for families and young professionals that are looking for a safe and peaceful place to live in the North Austin area. The location is very convenient, because it is very accessible to the highway, grocery store, and many other shops. The gym is well equipped with treadmills, elliptical, stationary bikes, free weights and so much more; they also offer free workout classes Tuesdays and Thursdays nights. I really enjoy living here!

    Out of all the properties I went to see this one seem to have everything I was looking for and prices I think are pretty decent. Good location, close to the 35 but not to close so you get some quiet. Gym is a good size. Nice realxing pool. Buildings are well spaced out so doesnt feel cluttered. Ive had a wonderful experience with the staff, theyve been very welcoming and informative. Overall great property

    The first time I came here I had an ok experience. I decided to give them a second chance and it seemed to be new people and I had a great experience and decided to sign a lease. Nice apartments and decently priced. What really made me leave this review is how the office answers the phone everytime I call! Ive never been able to reach the office via phone through the 8 years Ive been renting. They made moving in easy and are quick to reply. They text me which is very convenient.

    I got to have a tour around this establishment and everything was nice from what Ive seen. The apartments themselves looked nice and comfy but not sure how loud the noise could get yet. Only downside Ive seen is that their fitness center is a bit lacking if youre wanting to do a full body workout.

    I did a visit to this property today and was guided by OnaLee, the leasing consultant. The property is verrry nice and I look forward to moving in soon. Very quiet, the grounds are in immaculate condition and the room sizes were very pleasing. I really appreciate all the kitchen cabinet space and beautiful appliances. If you are looking for a community that is near everything but yet discreet, this is your place.

    The recent management change has really shifted the place. Before it took an act of congress to get anything done. Now theyre improving public areas (lighting, grills, grounds, etc.) Its a quiet, safe neighborhood and the transactions with the leasing office have been pleasant as of late. It used to feel like a meat locker going into the office with a request. Now I get to have a refreshment and a snack while I chat about anything I need to bring up. Service is light years from just a few months ago.

    I highly recommend oxford at tech ridge apartments. I was researching apartments on-line to relocate for a job in Austin and came across this apartment complex. The amenities available for the residents are by far the best Ive seen from looking at other apartments. They are dog friendly and great location to almost everything.     OXFORD AT TECH RIDGE is Awesome!!! Valerie was very welcoming and thorough. The property is quiet and clean. The model apartment home was warm and inviting. The interior comforts are standard while other communities call them upgrades for an additional fee. Love Oxford #mynewhome

    I had a great experience with Onalee. She was extremley helpful and informative. We were trying to decided between two apartments but the customer service at the other apartments was absolutely terrible compared to how welcoming Onalee made us feel. Happy to be a new resident at Oxford :-)
