**Will update review the longer i live here**So far the move has been very easy and the leasing agents have been incredibly responsive and so nice. Provided i call within business hours someone is always available and willing to help or answer any questions i have.Abbey was our leasing agent and she was new when we first toured our apartment but she has honestly been so nice and attentive to any questions i have, all of the leasing office girls are wonderful. Not sure why this place isn’t rated higher honestly, it’s a nice, safe, and quiet area.The trash is picked up consistently and the complex is really well maintained.

I recently visited Oxford at Lake view inquiring about a two bedroom. I was greeted with a lady at the front desk named “Abbey”. She immediately stood up and greeted me with a friendly smile. She was extremely professional and answered all of my questions. I noticed that in the office was decorated for Halloween. This community looks like it would be a fun place to live!!

I came in yesterday and Abrielle was fantastic! She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and really listened to my needs. She allowed me a tour of there units and made the process smooth and stress-free. Also, not to mention the lobby area makes you feel at home with plenty of snacks and beverage options, while you wait. Keep up the great work Oxford!!!!

This is my first real apartment (Ive always rented houses with friends) so I was worried because you always hear horror stories about apartment complexes and how horrible they are. But I have lived here now for 15 months and love it.The management is great. There has always been someone in the office when I came in and I have never had a phone call go unanswered. Abrielle is one of the nicest people Ive ever met, the most recent negative review stating otherwise is very wrong. Hailey has also been awesome and so helpful with my lease transfer. I know I annoyed her with the constant questions and repeating of herself but she never showed it.The apartments themselves are really nice. They are only 6 years old, which is a plus. The area is super quiet and I have seen packages left on peoples front steps for weeks at a time without being touched. The walls appear to be rather thick. The most I have ever heard from my neighbors is their dog barking from time to time and even then, it wasnt loud. not louder than a normal level conversation in my apartment.

Ive been living here for almost a year and i have loved it! very little complaints. its usually quiet, trash gets picked up consistently, the pool and gym are nice as well. the front office people are also very sweet and helped us get into an apt. i deducted a star cause there is trash around the property a lot and the elevators get nasty but that happens with humans around. there can be disrespectful kids around as well.

The gym is also very nice for an apartment complex and the patios are also nice. I don’t live here yet but overall I had a pleasant experience.

I love this community! I’ve been here for over a year now, and the new staff is awesome!Abrielle, Haley, and Shannon are taking great strides to make improvements in our community. I’ve seen the effort and care they’ve put into the place! They’re quick at answering the phones and with questions I have had.I also love the response time from our maintenance here. We had an issue with our sink, and they answered right away. They were there the next day and were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciate all the hard work they are doing for us and the community!

We had some initial issues with the property, but after the management and staff were replaced, the property turned around quickly. The maintenance team is excellent, and the new manager takes care of the property as if it were her own. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. We are looking forward to renewing our lease when it expires

Abrielle and Tressa are the best representatives I have ever had! When my door key stopped working they brought me to the front office where it is air conditioned instead of waiting in the heat and offered water and beverages as I waited to get the door fixed. They make great conversations through it as well, very sweet people. And the maintenance guy Kea was really sweet and immediately started working on fixing the door. Amazing people here and it’s very nice layout as well!

These reviews eating this place up lemme give a real review.PROS:- ABRIELLE IS THE FRIENDLIEST AND MOST SINCERE PERSON ON THE STAFF and is easily the only person I search for to help me out.- maintenance is pretty fast on getting things fixed- price for the level of luxury is top (I’ve done some shopping) (each room has a mini cooler for wine, stainless steel appliances, w&d and granite (or imitation) countertops.- location is unbeat (right across the street from Walmart, next door to donut shop, and within walking distance of a tire store in case you deal with car troubles, there’s also a few banks, lots of eateries, and car washes within a 2 mile radius)- safe trustworthy community (I’ve seen packages left outside someone’s door for 2 weeks and was never touched)(the worst thing I’ve seen was a domestic dispute and it was solved in minutes by on site police)CONS:- Trash is a legitimate issue. Aesthetically it looks bad but if you live a busy life and don’t get bothered by problems that aren’t yours, it’s not that big a deal and they do get to it eventually. But it’s summer, staff is short and move ins/outs are higher than ever so there’s probably a lot of trash and not a lot of trash people.- maintenance is fast but they are not organized. They will probably knock on your doors 4 separate times to fix a problem that’s already been solved- parking is almost nonexistent. First come first serve so good luck- dogs run the place. There’s probably pee and poop in every patch of grass. But sidewalks is 99% dog emissions free. (Almost like it’s an unspoken rule)- they will tax you for every single hole, paint discoloration, or second of cleaning labor they have to do when you leave (that includes your dryer lint😂) so just be aware of thatLong story short is every apartment has its issues and while this one ain’t exactly gold standard, I’ve renewed my lease happily because as a man I can trust my family to be safe and it’s affordable. I can deal with the rest easily.

Key is quick and knowledgeable! He got a fan fixed in my apartments that has not been work for almost a year because previous maintenance claim they needed a “part” etc. It never got fixed. He came in did some wiring or something and boom! Fan fixed just like that. He don’t procrastinate and will get the job done. At least 3 other issues that was a problem and he fixed it in no time.

The maintenance department here is outstanding. I had a small leak under my sink with a garbage disposal issue, within 12 hours maintenance was here replace the garbage disposal and put all of my supplies that I pulled out from underneath the sink. They put everything back where it belong..

The apartments here are nice, as well as the surrounding area having most of your everyday needs.The staff here is great and very accommodating! Move in day was very smooth and my apartment was clean and ready for my arrival. The staff is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.All I can say is I am very pleased with my apartment and the staff here!!

Stayed here for 1 year and a half. Parking is limited but no extra fees (unless you want a garage). $30 trash pick up is worth not climbing up and down stairs to find a dumpster. Great management (Tena is awesome!), and they are doing their best despite challenges from Covid. Kind and fairly prompt maintenance. Interiors are nice and we never had bug problems or issues. They also provide discounts for working in the medical field, which was a plus. Aside from minor things, we never had an issue and loved this place more than any apartment complex that we stayed at!
