I have been staying at these apartments for a few years and I have no complaints. I love my leasing agent and assistant manager they always made me feel welcomed, when I visit them. And the new manager Tameka she is wonderful!! I am very blessed we finally have someone who is there for us.

The staff in the front office always very helpful and friendly. Also MAX and Jesus maintenance, very efficient and professional will come and complete anything I need fixed always on top of anything we need.

I defiantly want to encourage residence like myself to write a yelp review because their yelp review for Overtonpark Townhomes is negative and it shouldnt be! This is THE most absolutely amazing place to live. This is a quiet cummunity of people who work together to maintain a safe and positive living environment for one another. Yes of course the property is BEAUTIFUL and I see the maintenence out every single morning picking up the grounds to maintain it, the office staff is just incredibly welcoming and loving, they are so timely with any little request or concern, but lets talk about the community for a minute! And NO I wasnt paid to write this review lol. I simply believe that where credit is due, it should be given!If you have children, there is a large group of children here, and I have never in my life seen so many children from different homes and backgrounds all come together and create this wonderful group of just fun, respectful, and responsible group of kids. As a mother of this community of young children I do not have any concerns at all.Not one day has gone by that when Im outside that a resident is walking, going to their car, or driving by, that Im not greeted with a big smile and a wave lol. And I mean of course nothing in life is perfect and there may be this or that problem here and there. But there is just this peace and surrounds this entire community and I love it! Okay my love rant is over lol. Carry on, have a great day!

I moved in 12/15/23. The easiest moving transition I have ever experience. The Assistant Manager and Leasing Agent on site, are the best. They are always professional, and very helpful. The maintenance crew are always expendite, anytime I need anything repair in my apartment. You guys rock. I would highly recommend these apartments to lease. Love my apartment.

Them ladies in the Overton park townhomes are AWESOME THEY MADE ME FEEL WELCOMED, MADE ME FEEL READY TO CALL THIS PLACE A HOME…. Kelvin (sp) with maintenance Very Efficient and professional. Also, Beverly & Lisa are Fantastic in the front office. Lived here for approximately 3 years & Love my 1 bedroom Apt. Just wish my rent isn’t going up $100. Tough on Seniors with No help.

Although Ive only lived here a short, I love my apartment. I think the complex as a whole is a awesome place to live. I feel very safe here. I love how the grounds are maintained and clean. The office staff is great and are kind, professional people. Emanuel is wonderful and extremely helpful. I totally recommend applying here. I simply love it.

Just renewed my lease for a second year, absolutely love living here! Beautiful, clean, spacious apartments, and the community is great! Never had any issues! The office personnel are very kind and helpful as well.

Gracie has been the best helping me through every step so I could be able to move in before I have my baby! I really recommend these apartments they always answer the phone and answer any questions you have! Thank you Gracie for making the process fast and easy! Very nice apartments as well

I have lived here 6 years my husband 12 years. The staff is awesome including maintenace. Weekly activities for the children and adults. After school and crime watch program which makes us feel protected. Neighbors are like family we look out for each other. Very attentive to tenants needs. Nicole and Lisa ( office managers) address all issues in a timely manner.

Hello my name is Jerrmal Williams. I found out about this apartment complex through Google search. I called and spoke to a young lady by the name of Ms. Lauren. She was so polite and very eager to take me step by step with any questions or concerns. I then came out to take a tour of this apartment complex and they were so beautiful in person. I love the area this apartment complex is in, when I walked into the office I felt right at home. Meeting Ms. Lauren in person was even greater, we discussed every detail about the rental. I would highly recommend anyone is who looking for a nice affordable place to contact this facility. When you contact please ask for Ms. Lauren and you will not be disappointed!

Well I left that review when I was still waiting to move in here at Overton Park Townhomes and now I am living here and I am blown away by the service Lauren and all the staff here bend over backwards to help you. And again I wish there was a higher rating then 5 stars this place is truly amazing and the people and office staff are top notch they help with everything I will not be leaving here any time soon thats for sure. Thank you Lauren and all the office staff for being so so amazing.JerryIf I could leave 10 stars I would but five is as high as it goes. I am really beyond excited to move here as I am disabled and have been living at a nearby apartment complex that does not care. This place from the moment I walked in the door I could tell they cared. They even took care of my sister in laws grand baby while I was having trouble filling out paperwork but they again came to the rescue I think I am really going to love it here I am just praying that when my current lease is up here in May 2019 they have a spot for me because this is the place I have been looking so so hard for people that actually care about people.Despite there disabilitys..I love you all fingers crossed I get to reside there I wont be leaving anytime soon thats for certain..

Let me start by saying that i have always wanted to live in a townhome, my own little 2 story house. Overton Park Townhomes are amazing, absolutely great townhomes..I just love my apartment it is very big and spacious, high ceilings a bunch of wall space for frames, nice big closets...etc i could go on... community is very friendly, pool has a nice spa and very clean and convenient restrooms right outside the pool area. Thanks to the awesome Emmanuel and Nicole at the front desk me and my family got our apartment right on time. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

In stark contrast to the last review, the front office girl Chelsea was nothing but kind to me and when I came in on the verge of tears because I was having no luck finding an apartment, she sat with me and helped me find several options. I am signing up to get on their waitlist and am currently applying at another PACE property.

I been living here for 14 yrs its a nice quiet gated community the office staff is great. I love the peace and quiet very clean phelpingtheres a after school program for the kids Ms.Laretta and her assistance does a great job in help the in the community THANLS YOU GUYS

Its pretty cool for this type of area convienience. Even if u dont have your own transportation, if u live in any of these 5-7 complexes here on Overton Ridge u are within walking distance to whatever you need to get done...and I mean everything...except school visits, lol. Pretty good staff especially the managment.(Mrs. McRay)
