Overlook at Stone Oak Apartments truly amazed me at how beautiful and peaceful the location was. I appreciated that this specific location is nearby an elementary school which is perfect for my little girl to now attend. I love how there are many stores nearby, restaurants and how close the clinics/ER is, just in case of a medical emergency. I’m a foodie so I love that there are also many restaurants that are easily accessible. The professionalism from the staff and the maintenance team wowed me! I’ve had horrible experiences with past maintenance and staff. I believe my family and I will be staying here for quite a long time. We are very pleased! I would recommend this place to everyone!

I visited Overlook at stone oak park this week and the girls in the office were truly amazing and welcoming! Makiah showed me the property and 3 different floor plan, she truly was very patient and very helpful. When getting back into the office the manager Kassandra asked me how was the tour and she was very nice and I appreciate she took the time to ask me about my thoughts and I will be applying to live here due to how nice they were all to me and my family. I highly recommend people to come and visit the staff and their beautiful property!

Overlook at Stone Oak Apartments is a very pleasant, quiet, and beautiful complex. The location is great for schools, to include an elementary school in walking distance, easy commute to nearby shopping areas, the airport, medical facilities, and an array of restaurants.The professionalism from the staff, the maintenance team, and the courtesy officer demonstrates how much they care about their residents’ living conditions, respect for quietness, and keeping their residents safe contributes to making Stone Oak complex an enjoyable community with a unique style of apartment living.The maintenance team is absolutely amazing! The grounds are always clean, the landscape is absolutely beautiful, and work orders are completed in a timely and professional manner.The work performance by one particular technician, Efrain, deserves a five star rating! Every work order he has completed for my apartment or any issue with the building I live in has been impeccable. Efrain is extremely professional and very friendly who genuinely listens to the concerns of the residents and commits with such a stellar approach striving to get the maintenance requests completed right the first time.I’ve lived in multiple apartments for more than 12 years on the East Coast and lived in military housing for more than 20 years and Overlook at Stone Oak stands out as one of the best for making my family’s apartment home living conditions a very comfortable, pleasurable and luxurious experience.

This tenant here is still waking up to the noise and possible clean up of the issue that was reported a week ago.Still no follow up from management/office staff or acknowledgement of the issueLawn people where here earlier in the weekContinue to receive horrible customer service from management____________________________________________Sep 1, 2020I waited awhile to see if things would get better with management. They have NOT!!!1. Asked for the remaining keys to our apartment. We still have not received. June was last time we referenced with staff and management and no follow.2. Major water comes through our front and patio door. We have put in service request, sent email and called (first service request was back in April 2020). We were told there where several people who experienced the same thing and maintenance will get to us ASAP..... WE ARE STILL WAITING... on top of the other rainy days we’ve had. I explained to management that our rug at the front door was ruined and we just dont want to end up with water smells in the unit. No apology, no determination to follow up with us ... nothing!!! Oh, let’s not forget the add-on of a broken sprinkler in front of our unit. So when the sprinkler comes on it shoots up like a fire hydrant.. Sooo I have to wake up at 2am to catch the sprinkler that shoots up and knocks water against my front door .. then water comes in and there goes another rug and furniture.2. Since the complaint of bugs in our garage; the back and forth with both managers of the difference between a roach and waterbug I asked to be on the list for them to spray our garage and outside area on the dates that pest control comes. THEY HAVE ONLY COME ONCE (thats was back in June)3. Asked for the trash to be picked up around the unit and the valet trash can that has been sitting outside the neighboring unit of the previous people that moved out... almost a month and same trash and valet can sitting outsideManagement is very incompetent. I have asked for the Regional Managers information and in response received replys from management as to: “why” would I need that?We have been told by maintenance that they are only working on emergencies due to COVID. I guess water coming through our doors with our expensive items getting ruined and bugs crawling around is NOT an emergency BUT NOT PAYING YOUR RENT *IS* A MAJOR EMERGENCY !!!STAFF: Please DO NOT reply with “ we/I’m sorry”, “ contact us” etc. ( you never showed empathy when we reported these concerns not being handled).Your only response should only include “we have taken care of these things and sincerely apologize for the delay. We have spoken with you and given concrete information of getting your concerns resolved. There should not be any confusion of you not knowing what unit we are in if you are actively working on the issues.Would really like a follow up from regional/corporate office.

I moved to the Overlook at Stone Oak Park apartments in September when I needed to move out of my old apartments. The price, location, maintenance, community, safety and amenities are beyond what I could have even expected. The staff has been great from the start when I started looking for my next apartment and a great relief so I am glad I made this place my home. This is a definite lovely place to live honestly as I have lived in many apartments over the years and I have never experienced this kind of great service and pleasant home environment where the neighbors look out for one another and are so welcoming just like the office and maintenance staff.

This community just underwent a management change, and i have to say that Jennifer E. and Sylvia, the maintenance crew, and leasing staff have done a more than exceptional job of providing a fresh and fantastic experience for me and the other tenants at Overlook. I signed my lease in September of 2022 and the old management was sub-par to say the least, as Im sure the older reviews speak to in some detail. Since their arrival, the property has consistently stayed clean, communication has improved 100 times over, and i arrived from a vacation to find out that my apartment had newly installed smart locks, a/c panels, and water leak sensors. Pair that with beautiful views, a top- notch gym, peaceful neighbors and its hard to see myself moving any time in the near future!

Ive had a pretty rough start when I first applied to Stone Oak and almost gave up in the process but Im glad I didnt. As Ive gotten to know the new manager, Jennifer and the staff and crew, Ive come to appreciate everyones dedication to make this complex a much better place to live in. I find the people running the office and the maintenance guys very responsive and helpful (sometimes beyond the call of duty). Now that weve more or less settled down I am grateful to call this new place our home and quite content to be here surrounded by a community that feels like a family!

The staff is very accommodating and willing to work with you. The apartments are very nice and have a lot of variety. Leslie in particular was extremely helpful in helping me find a place to move into, especially since I had to suddenly change my move in date on very short notice. She is extremely professional, prompt with her responses and friendly. I couldnt be happier with how much she helped me, especially with how much stress I was under with moving out of my old apartment complex. I highly recommend it.

I have lived here for over a year now and I have to say I love my apartment and the staff has been wonderful. Michael and Jennifer go above and beyond to insure things are taken care of. The maintenance staff is on top of getting things repaired in a timely matter and really enjoy my neighbors. My view is gorgeous and the floor plan is nice size. My garage is a bonus. I recommend these apartments if you are looking for space and cost.

Recently moved in and first off I have to say Leslie was super helpful in helping me find my new home. She was very prompt in answering my questions, professional, friendly and ultimately found me the perfect apartment.The complex is in a awesome location, minutes from everything (Highway 281, HEB, Target, food, etc).The complex is also super friendly (dog friendly too) and quiet which is great when you work from home.All in all a great place to live. I would recommend asking for Leslie if youre interested in moving here.

The entire staff at, Overlook at Stone Oak Park is amazing. I would highly recommend future tenants too experience a lifestyle of luxury. The views here are absolutely astonishing. The units are very spacious with lovely wooden floors and granite countertops. There’s extras to help us enjoy our lovely community too include our state of the art fitness center, our beautiful resort style pool area and a car washing station, too help us keep our vehicles looking sparkling clean. My hats off to the Maintenance staff whom are very knowledgeable and professional each time they have come to complete a maintenance request. Thank you all, for making our apartment home a wonderful place to call ‘Home.’

I just moved into Overlook a week prior and I am loving it so far! Richard has been a great help and made the moving process very easy for me. He answered all my questions and never got frustrated with me if I didn’t understand something, very patient and professional. The Assistant manager Shauna was just as delightful and helpful.I am very happy with how the apartment looks as well as the beautiful view. I have heard some great things from neighbors and other resident who are either new residents like myself or have lived there for years. UPDATED May 30th, 2024I have been in the Overlook at Stone Oak apartments for going on 5 years now and without question, the manager and maintenance team that we have now, Paige, (Apartment Manager) . . . and Samuel, (Maintenance Supervisor), are sooo professional!.Ive left a couple of great reviews only since Paige has been here because the last management was from HELL, but just today, . . . one days notice and they came and replaced all of my window screens because flies had been getting in somehow and they vacuumed up all the dead flies on my window sill!.Samuel came back to check to see that the work was done correctly!.I have no doubt that most other apartments would NOT have done such a thorough job and especially so quickly!IT IS SUCH A PLEASURE LIVING HERE!__________________DONT LISTEN TO ANYONE CLAIMING TO MISS AND WANT BACK THE OLD MANAGEMENT - JENNIFER!!! That has to be a setup because she was ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - stated by MANY residents here!TODAY, . . . The overlook at Stone Oak apartments is a COMPLETELY NEW and BETTER place since it has been taken over by new management with MS. PAIGE as the NEW property manager!She is an ABSOLUTE ANGEL, she is a saint, she is a breath of fresh air compared to the demon that managed that place 2 managers before her before her.Paige is the nicest and also has the friendliest staff members as well. So far so good, Im a big critic and always making and looking at reviews and since we moved here in January 2, 2018 me and my fiance are very happy here. The staff is very nice and friendly always making things very easy for us when we have any issues. When we made our lease we got a Cruise for 2 to the West Caribbean and are very excited. The apartment complex is pet and people friendly. Plenty of parking space and great neighbors. Plus we have a walking trail just next door...Love this place!Five Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

He’s been so patient with me from wanting to lease, to having to cancel since I moved cities, and now wanting to lease again now that I’m going back to San Antonio. Not once did he ever seem frustrated with my situation or try to convince me to sign a lease sooner than I needed to. I appreciate the respect and kindness! New resident at this property found this hidden gem threw an amazing apartment locater, and I love it . I almost went with near by property but Im so glad I didnt. Betsy my leasing agent here was great threw my leasing process. Was one small snag with the carpet but within minutes of me notifying Betsy I was unhappy with its condition the manager herself called me to tell me it would be replaced with 24 hours and it was. I couldnt be happier with my decision quite property beautiful interior and huge garage tons storage space big restrooms . Energy efficient appliances and windows looking forward to my low energy bill ! The parking is great plenty room for your friends and family to visit ! Highly recommend this to anyone tired of the other apt communities that dont care about there residents cause here they do and did mention valet trash Monday thru Friday this place is truly a step above the rest !

My experience touring this place was great. The staff was very informative, friendly, and organized and the prices for what was being offered was very enticing. The property was clean and quiet, and the apt I viewed was very nice. I ended up not leasing here since I found a floorplan that fit my needs better but it was a tough decision between Overlook and the apt I chose.

Lovely apartment complex. I love how beautiful the area is. The staff is also awesome. Jennifer and Shauna are very kind and patient people, and were super helpful through my moving process. I would definitely recommend this place.

It’s a great place to live at. The staff is very friendly and the view is amazing. It’s a peaceful ,quiet neighborhood. They do have a dog park in the complex for all of you dog owners. I recommend checking this place out.
