My husband and I moved in about 8 months ago and have really enjoyed our time here! The other residents are mostly friendly and the office staff is great (shout out to Carmen!) I’ve never lived anywhere with maintenance being so on top of things. All our issues were quickly resolved after moving in.

I came to this apartment complex with my sister to do an impromptu tour, and we are both blown away! First of all, Carmen in the front office is so sweet and knowledgeable, and she took us on two apartment tours. The apartments themselves look so modern with beautiful finishes and lots of closet space. From what I’ve seen, they seem very safe and well-managed. Im definitely interested in becoming a resident here when the time comes!

I came here to Ovation at Lewisville for a tour and was treated so well by Carmen in the front office. She took my sister and I on two unscheduled apartments tours, and she was very nice. The apartments themselves are GORGEOUS, peaceful, and very reasonably priced. I plan to make this apartment complex my next home!

Jenn is such a special person with a heart as big as Texas. She is kind and patient and always goes out of her way to help me however she can. Jenn has been such a positive addition to the Ovation staff. Shannon and Jenn are a great team, and I have absolutely loved my time at Ovation at Lewisville

Leasing agent Jenn Jackson thanks! Visited the sister property as well i think her name is spelled Brianna over there at Cypress but both ladies very great & knowledgeable of what they do. Real GATED COMMUNITIES (gate wasn’t broken)😊 I liked the amenities in the kitchen at Ovation (wine slot addition in cabinet) & how quiet the community was it was a delight. I was always sold on all the things the complex has for residents (fitness perks, gatherings & more) I like both properties but rode around both & seen more kids at Cypress than at Ovation which was a deal breaker for me, the Ovation seemed more suitable to my liking of quietness. The breezeways were clean in the building i viewed at both locations trash wasn’t everywhere in the hallway (i think people should get fines for that) & was well kept & the grounds were very clean & maintained which was a plus. Oh did i mention GATED COMMUNITY 😊lolThe office seems a little gloomy (outdated) in both locations just needs a little updating but nevertheless both seem like very nice properties. I’m very happy i stumbled upon them being new here to this area & will be deciding soon if im gonna lease since the prices are very reasonable with alot of space in both places. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK PRICE BROTHER MANAGEMENT 😁

Ive lived at the communities here for almost 6 years and have loved it! Its quiet, love the side by side frig with water & ice in the door, management and maintenance are awesome!

Best apartments we’ve lived in. The only reason we’re leaving is because a new job is moving us, but we have been taken care of since day 1 here. Christen has been the best. We couldn’t have asked for a better leasing consultant- she made moving in easy and during our time here, all of our needs were met. She simply cares about us as residents and that’s hard to come by. We’re going to miss Ovation. Thank you all.

If I could give this place more stars I would. Its a shame I cant because this place is top notch! I moved in three weeks ago and I must say Ive never been more impressed. First off, let me tell you all of my interactions with the staff have all been more than pleasant. Especially TJ, the assistant manager, she rocks! The community is quiet and very well kept and the apartments themselves are spectacular. They are a newer complex so the apartments are spacious, and modern looking with updated appliances. The maintenance team is awesome as well, they respond very fast and are thorough. I havent had any issues or anything, but the few ticket items I did have after move in were taken care of immediately. I cant stress enough how amazing my experience has been so far. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay. This place doesnt just look amazing, it is amazing!

I have lived here for a year and have nothing but good things to say. The leasing office is responsive, the grounds are well kept, the maintenance weekend emergency line is actually responded too. The people who complain about the gates being broken are lying. I have granite countertops tops, stainless steel appliances and the closets are nice sized. The valet trash is picked up Sunday - Thursday. I really like it here and the pool is nice. Best place I have lived in the metro area in the last 5 years.

My daughter and son-in-law have been living at Ovation Lewisville for over 4 years and enjoy it. I dont understand the ratings I see on Google reviews. Its a luxury apartment complex that is very well maintained. Ive never had issues parking. There are several R2park spots. All you have to do is register your car to avoid towing. I walk the dogs sometimes while there in late evenings and see several empty spots available. The apartments are beautiful. The only person Ive spoken with in the office is T.J. who is very nice. Since I myself worked in apartment management for a different company, I get it that usually the people who are angry and not following rules like to slam the staff and properties on reviews. Thats all I can figure.

Christen is my leasing agent and I just have to say she is by far the most amazing person ever. She has gone above and beyond to help me move in to these beautiful apartments, I had no idea what I was doing and she guided me every step of the way and made this crazy experience so so easy. I could not be more thankful for everything she has done. She has made me really excited to live here!

We lived at Ovation for a year. We would have renewed our lease but we moved out of state. Cindy and Nick were so easy to deal with during our stay. The apartment was quiet and never had any issues. Moving day was hassle free and sad to say goodbye to an amazing apartment complex. If you follow the rules and leave the apartment clean you will get your security deposit back just like we did. Thank you Ovation staff.

I lived at Ovation for 5 months and enjoyed the complex. It is well maintained, the staff were nice and responsive. I was fortunate to have quiet neighbors so noise was not a real issue. I can see how parking could be a problem if you dont have a garage. I received all of my deposits back when I left in addition to prorated rent since my unit was re-rented quickly. They are picky about their rules, but you want that to happen so the complex remains safe and in good condition. There are many rules, but you know that up front when you sign the many pages of the lease. I hadnt lived in an apartment in many years and was apprehensive about living at one while waiting on a new home, but was pleasantly surprised by Ovation.

This is one of the best run apartment complexes I have had the good fortune to work with, and TJ is an absolute angel. She expedited our lease and move in by several days, because we had to move in my elderly father very quickly and unexpectedly. She has been exceptionally professional and kind and just a super lovely person. And then Armando came within (literally) 3 minutes of my phone call when we could not figure out how to program the AC. It is a clean and well run complex and I could not be more pleased that my father is living there. I highly recommend Ovation.

The staff and community are top notch. Super friendly and courteous. The grounds and facilities are always so well maintained. I have lived here for 4 years and enjoy everything about this place. Friendly neighbors, dog friendly, work-out room with easy access. The finish-out in every apartment is luxurious. Highly recommend!

Ovation is a very quiet adult community. I love it here. I have lived here for 5 months. The staff is awesome. especially Cindy and Mike. The facilities are clean and the neighbors are friendly.
