I am a Spectrum Representative for the Orchids at Carrollton. I’ve been visiting this property for the last 3 months and I had to write a review.The staff at this property works extremely hard to take care of each and every single individual who lives here. Both Jholiseth and Imelda are very passionate about their jobs and have contagious personalities.I 100% would recommend anyone who’s looking to move to Carrollton to give them a look and see for themselves how great of an experience they’d have living here!

Every Great company deserves a Great Review! My family and I have entered into our second year here! We were treated with the utmost respect and care from the moment of introduction. The office staff is always very polite and Imelda has always showed nothing less! They are very professional! Prompt and courteous return of phone calls and emails! I have spoken to several tenants and they all love it here! The units are nice and homey! Outside is always clean, the areas are well lit at night. Convenient parking, sparkling pool, easy coded access to the mail room and laundry facilities! It is very easy to submit a maintenance report and if in early in the day, they are coming the same day!!! This is a convenient area with nearby parks, shopping, restaurants, etc. One more thing I really love...the delivery parcel (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) has told me it is easy to locate units inside of this complex! I get the same response from Door Dashers!

Update: after moving in, we have found the new owners of Orchids of Carrollton and especially new management team to be incredibly helpful and responsive to any needs we have had! Thank you Imelda, Luis and the team for welcoming us with open arms!! My family and I were treated extremely well in our search and choice of a rental property at the Arbors. The manager Johanna was very nice and accommodating to us, assisting us with online application and lease application completion. She really made us feel like family and we absolutely look forward to joining the Arbors community this summer! I would recommend the Arbors and the staff to my family and friends.

Wonderful management and maintenance team. Imelda and Jole are the best. They have helped me out so many times. Most of my maintenance requests have been completed within 24 hours, their maintenance dept is like the Jimmy John of Apartments, they are Freaky fast. some even in the same day. I have been here now for about 15 years.They definitely keep the grounds clean, they have someone picking up trash everyday and the grounds are mowed at least once a week. And what drew me initially to this complex is it is always well lit and you feel safe going to your car or checking your mail at night.For the most part the complex is very quiet. great place to raise kids.I love this place and no major complaints I just wish they would put out another notice for people to clean up after their dogs so the maintenance wouldnt have to always do it.I hate sounding like a commercial but I really like it here LOL

Just moved into this beautiful apartments and I must say I made a right decision by coming here. The staff here are very friendly and super sweet. Blanca and Johanna have been really helpful throughout my leasing process and even after. Also, the maintenance supervisor Jose is really nice and hard working. He takes all the work orders very seriously and resolves your issue the same day. I would highly recommend The Arbors of Carrollton to anyone who’s planning to move!

The property manager and staff has been very good to me. If I have a question are any issues with my apartment, theyre on it. I would recommend any single or small family person whose looking for a nice community in the Carrollton area to come check out the Orchids of Carrollton Apartments before looking at another property.

I’ve been here almost 4 years and I absolutely love it here. It’s very comfortable living. The new management Emelda and her team have done an excellent job in keeping up with the entire property. Johanna did an excellent job here as well miss her bunches. Maintenance does an excellent job and quick fix when needing something done. It’s a perfect location especially during school year. The bus picks them up in the front of the office and drops them off in the front of the office. Cops are always keeping an eye around here and the surrounding areas. Again I feel very comfortable living here. I would definitely recommend these Apts to everyone. Keep up the great work The Orchids of Carrollton team!

I’ve lived here now for 3 years. The manager Johanna is very understanding especially through this Pandemic. Work has slowed down for so many people. She will help figure out options for you to better help you. This place is very peaceful and quiet. Residents are very friendly. And my son loves the train so we spend a lot of time outside in our porch.

I visited this property recently to look at apartment homes, Johanna and Blanca were both very kind and courteous and answered all my questions. They also took the time to show me their remodeled units and I must say, their contractors did an amazing job with the interior renovations! While I toured the property I also noticed how clean and well kept it was. Great experience and if everything works out, Ill be moving in soon! 😃

I had an issue with my boyfriend that lives at Arbors of Carrollton and the manager, Johanna was so kind and sincere. She did such a good job helping us resolve the issue. Whenever my lease expires at my current apartment, I plan on moving there. She truly acted like she cared about me, the residents and their safety. Will definitely recommend.

The Arbors if Carrollton has been home to me, my husband and our now 2 year old son for about 3 years now. We first got a 1 bed 1 bath place. It was so nice and cozy for the both of us. The community is very peaceful not too many noise complaints. Now with COVID it’s fairly quiet. The pool is open for a couple hours a day. It’s never full. So that’s a plus. We moved into a 2 bedroom last year and we love it. They upgraded flooring and kitchens. There is way more room for our son to run and play. We have a chihuahua so they are both able to run around. Our property manager Johanna is very attentive to complaints. She’s there for the residents for any question or concern. Since COVID things have ran smoothly. We are notified about any news or information coming up. Over all living here has been peaceful and the residents are very friendly.

I absolutely LOVE the new management here at the Orchids of Carrollton! I’ve been a resident at this property for almost 5 years and I truly feel comfortable and safe and I feel like they actually care about their tenants and will go above and beyond to make sure that we are happy. I feel that they actually listen to our concerns. There’s never been a problem with communication with the staff (even if they can’t necessarily achieve the desired results that we may have) , no matter what there’s open communication and I couldn’t ask for anything more.

This place by far has been one of my favorites!! I can start by saying Joanna the office manager, is very sweet funny and HUMAN! Very realistic and understanding. She gets the every day real-life-people-problems! My lease just expired 2/22/19, I cant complain. Ive never seen a roach in my apt since day #1. I had my dishwasher break/carpet lifted where the spikes were sticking out of the floor, I originally submitted a maintenance request online, it had been 2 days that nothing was fixed, so I marched to Joanna and she called the guys on the phone, while I was standing in her office, they were there to fix my dishwasher and carpet the next day! She got it done! Once I even called her non apartment related she was there to help me! I would have extended my lease, but the rent went up and I wanted to stay in my range, I think new management took over and from that point, it was out of her control. I understood, she has been so good to us! :) I left a happy resident! Thanks Joanna, you rock girl! :)

My sister referred me to these apartments. The manager Johanna is really helpful and understanding. Any concern she can get it answered for you and is always willing to help. She sends out emails to the residents about any upcoming changes due to COVID and before any events taking place. The apartment complex is very calm and peaceful. They have a dog park, pool, and laundry area, and a grill and picnic. These place is a great place to have a family.

Viewed the property a few weeks ago. Its really quiet & super clean. They wore masks & were cleaning when I walked in. Had to wait a few minutes to see the apt because they were sanitizing it since they had just shown it to someone else. Manager Jo was really nice & helpful. Not crazy about train but use to live near tracks a few years ago so they dont bother me much. Prices were about the same as other places I looked at that were not as nice as these. Now I have to clock it from the apt to my job during traffic.

My time here at the Arbors was such a delightful experience not only are these apartments Spacious, well maintenance safe, & quiet Its surrounded with so much love starting with the Property Manager Joanna R aka MaMa Jo Because thats how she treat you like family from the very beginning she was so wonderful with us giving us her personal cell phone number to be reached anytime. Always lending a helping hand in time of need babysitting etc Making sure our apartment run smoothly. Putting in any work orders we had requests. Great location! Close to the freeway, restaurants, grocery stores, and well managed and maintained facility overall. Called because there was a leak from the apartment above, fixed right away. Father needed a handicap spot near his entrance, done within a coupla days! Becka is the go to person and she handles all situations professionally and politely! Been here about 9 months and I would highly recommend it!
