I absolutely love onion creek, they make me feel so welcome here. The amenities are great and the clubhouse is my favorite place to be. The staff is absolutely wonderful, from upper management, to maintenance, right down to my favorite part the leasing agents, Mary Lou, Marisa, and Kobe, they are always professional and kind to me when I stop by, always making me feel welcome. My apartment is always taken care of when something goes a miss. I thoroughly recommend coming down to check out Onion Creek luxury apartments its a great, wonderful, safe place to live.

Excited to call this place home for the next year! The staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful, and Koby was especially great. I really appreciate how flexible and accommodating this complex is compared to others. Plus, the value for the square footage you get is unbeatable in the Austin area.

Been living here for about 3 and a half years now. I absolutely love this place! The apartments are beautiful, the grounds and landscaping is always kept up on, maintenance is super responsive when I put in a work order. Management and the office staff are top notch and so nice! I absolutely love the pool area which was recently renovated. The gym and clubhouse area are amazing too! Very safe and secure place to live. I highly recommend signing a lease here and making Onion Creek Luxury Apartments your home. ❤️

I just moved with my family to this beautiful condo and my moving experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly. The delivery of the apartment was in excellent condition and the details that were minimal were resolved as smoothly as possible. The maintenance staff is very efficient and respectful with a lot of professionalism. Today we are well settled and we are all very satisfied to live here and be able to enjoy a healthy, safe and quiet environment. My family and I thank all the staff and the administration of the complex.

Great place to live, especially with kids- kids playground, sand (its a volleyball court if you want to play volleyball) but it just as well can be used for kids to play to build sand casltles or run around. I absolutely love the pool. I think its very kid friendly, not too deep, with a nice wide shallow platform for very little kiddos. And decorated with a fun little fountain! The pool and the fountain light up at night with different colors. A lot of renovations were made before this summer: the gas grills were upgraded and expanded, and more tables with chairs and umbrellas were added to provide shade. The water in the pool is being treated regularly, the pool is being cleaned regularly, and overall serviced and maintained far far better than some other pools I have seen around the neighboring apartment complexes. With the inflation across country, rent prices are going up, however, the office staff and the manager are very patient and are willing to go the extra mile to help with each individual situation. I myself am not happy about the rent going up, but other apartments complexes are charging the same if not more and for less space and not so great amenities. Also, maintenance responds fairly quickly, within a day or so, if not the same day, which was so surprising to me because in my previous apartment complex, it took weeks to get anything fixed, whereas here the response is very quick. Another great thing I like about this apartment complex is that besides a regular maimail room, also have a package locker room, which saves the extra driving to the post office or other places that have the lockers. Overall, great place, great management team, working with each resident and working though any issues that may arise.

I have lived at OCLA for about a year now, and I just resigned for another year. I waited to leave a review because I wasnt sure how living here would be. My experience living here as been great. Moving in was easy and the place was in great condition. Everyone at the office is always helpful and kind. I havent had to deal with maintenance because I havent had any issues! Very much happy with living here at OCLA!

I absolutely like it here! It is always a pleasure to speak with Mary Lou in the leasing office. If you pick up packages regularly she has yours memorized...haha! I have lived here going on 4 years now and anytime I have needed maintenance they have come right away!

I really like living here at Onion Creek. I love the indoor basketball court, and the pool. They answer quickly to my complaints. My favorite part about Onion Creek are the kind people at the leasing office, BIG shout out to Mary Lou, Haleigh and Julia. I recommend this Apartment complex.

We relocated to Austin for work. We had never seen Onion Creek Luxury Apartments until the day of move in. While I will say if you have kids opt for first floor, as the walls are thin and foot steps can be heard much louder than you think. Our family was happy here for the year we lived here. Also, take care of your apartment as you should. Move out process went so well! Our account was closed within 24 hrs and we are actually getting part of our deposit back!! There were four of us and a lab in the apartment. Youll love the pool. The only suggestion wed have is fixing up the dog park as it doesnt look like the pictures online. The girls in the office are great! So helpful. Understanding. Efficient. The maintenance guys have a lot on their plate. They are nice once you get to talking with them. They should be appreciated much more than they are.

Weve lived here for several years (apartment living for over twelve years) and as my family needs have grown, Ive moved into different units. We have enjoyed living here, and found the customer service to be some of the best ever ever had with apartment staff. The units are decently priced and my family had plenty of space. The community was friendly and helpful, which is good and not always present in an apartment complex. We felt safe and concerns were responded to promptly.If we were going to stay in Austin, we wouldnt live anywhere else.

I have lived in this apartment since January 2012. It’s the most spacious 1 bedroom in the area. Easy access to everything. There has definitely been ups and downs but apartment living isn’t for the faint of heart. Some negatives are the the walls are thin and you always run the risk of inconsiderate neighbors. I have gone through my fair share. The staff aren’t the most efficient but have always been friendly and have always corrected any mistakes. There has been a lot of turnover in the staff over the years but the current ones are great! The maintenance guys are awesome and take care of issues promptly although in the 6 years I have lived here, I haven’t had many issues. The parking definitely sucks and there is no designated guest parking so many people take up spaces. I eventually got a covered parking space and that has been awesome. The apartment rules are strict but that’s because people don’t take care of what isn’t their’s so people have ruined things in the past, like bringing glass to the pool and the pool having to shut down. My biggest complaint is the mail... I order a lot from online and I am not home when the office is open so I usually have to wait till the weekend to get my packages so that’s super irritating. It would be cool if they had a better system. Overall, I love this place and don’t plan to move until I buy a house.

Lived all over Austin in the past 25 years. Just signed a fifteen month lease and so far in the past couple of months things have not been so bad. I was notified by the staff that information on my occupant would be processed, I was okay with that at least I was notified. I agree with other writers, the rent is pretty steep for what you get and the walls are thin; but the economy speaks to that in Austin. The apartment itself is not bad, make sure you spot check any apartment you choose and take pictures or walk through with a video cam. Right now, Im happy with my new place but lets see how things go in the next several months. Ill be back.**8-15-2013 Okay, so I completed my fifteen month lease; and renewed a one year lease, heres my review. The first year there were constant repairs on the security gate which can potentially increase rent to re-coup repair costs. A suggestion was made; post security cameras, since then; there havent been as many repairs, maybe one - kid you not. The office staff has changed from a year ago; the staff always seem to be OCCUPIED, you can find yourself waiting for someone, anyone to acknowledge your presence. No complaints about receiving packages, no complaints about rent payments, no complaints about unit service requests; they are usually pretty quick about repairs. Some neighbors are a bit more careless; when it comes to placing trash in receptacles; than others but youll have that problem anywhere you go in Texas. So, no major complaints about the Apartments here. I choose to give them a high rating.

I moved here a few months ago because I needed to live closer to downtown Austin. I recommed this place 10/10. The move in procedure (signing all documents, paying the security deposit, etc.) was super easy and quick. Shout-out to Megan, who from the first minute on interacted with me in the most professional and friendly manner. She answered any questions I had in a very timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure that my happieness as a resident was ensured.I have amazing neighbors and feel very welcome and safe here. The units are clean, modern, and definitely worth their price.

This place is such a breath of fresh air, the neighbors are kind, and I like the gym. My boyfriend loves the racket ball court and basketball. This is a good place to live. Highly recommend it.

I lived at this place for four years. The apartment was nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. The maintenance staff was always very prompt to respond to request. As far as the leasing staff goes, they were always nice but not always helpful. I think it has to do with the training and direction they get from the management company and not a personally trait of each staff member. Brie was great though! kind, understanding and helpful. Overall I had a good experience renting at this complex and recommebd it to others.

Not sure why they have bad reviews, the office always answers when I call (which I do a lot because idk how life works most of the time), we had the amenities for most of the time in our 14 month lease (occasional closing for repairs but never for more than a couple months), I never had a problem with maintenance they were always there the very next day I put my service request in, nothing was ever not working for more than a day (a lot of the time it was user error 😬)Heres a few things that i had a problem with but isnt a big deal: Parking wasnt too great, working night shift I never had parking near my building, the only thing I would say bothered me so much was the fact that I couldnt keep a storage container on my balcony, but also my 1 br apt. did not come with any storage space whats so ever so for the last 7 months I had to keep it in my dining room which kind of sucked 🙃, trash valet drops trash al over the complex and doesnt pick it up, trash sits on the stairs in my building and in front of the dumpsters forever.Other than those things, I loved living here, price was good for being in Austin and I loved living South. ❤️

Easy place to live. Been here almost two years. It’s on the frontage road which I like because it avoids pedestrian traffic. You can barely hear cars driving on the highway. Downtown is a 15 minute drive - Buda is two minutes away. Large complex with lots of families so keep that in mind.

I have been living here for approximately 8 months and for me it has been the best experience. It is a very very quiet, comfortable and clean place. The apartments are spacious, they have old things but everything still works perfectly and if there is a problem they quickly attend to it and fix it, which is another thing that I really liked, in addition to the fact that they are renovating a little little by little So far I have not had a single complaint and I recommend it 100% for quality and price, the staff is very friendly, they all do a very good job.
