    I recently moved into Olympus Apartments, and I couldnā€™t be happier with my choice. The apartment itself is absolutely lovely, with modern finishes and a welcoming atmosphere.My transition to both the new city of Fort Worth and the apartment was incredibly smooth, thanks to Autumn. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of, making me feel at home right from the start. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out.Olympus Apartments has exceeded my expectations, and Autumn made the experience even better.

    Autumn is the best tour guide !She was really kinda and answered all our questions. She told us about options for carpet and finishes we found a layout that fit our specific preferences.     Leased for a year and highly recommend living here, no complaints!! All of the leasing staff & maintenance team are diligent and friendly. Apartment is updated, community is clean and not rowdy for the area. Canā€™t beat the location and walkability to restaurants, bars, and Trinity trails. I wouldā€™ve renewed if I wasnā€™t relocating out of DFW. Special shout out to Chrissy & Autumn!

    After living here for 2 years, but recently moved out, I will say that I had a really enjoyable time here. The location is fantastic and love how walkable and how close it is to many things: tons of restaurants, 2 grocery stores, near a great park, coffee shops, etc. The staff were very helpful and diligent about addressing problems. Thank you Autumn and Chrissy! I wouldā€™ve stayed but the price is a bit high perhaps for me for living by myself in a one bedroom especially if I wanna pay off student loans in the next few years, honestly if I didnā€™t have that issue I wouldā€™ve stayed.

    I have been living here since about 3 yrs now and I absolutely love the location and the apartments. The leasing office/staff is very kind and friendly. Every time I need something, have questions, or thereā€™s a maintenance issue Autumn makes sure itā€™s taken care of for me. If I ever have to leave a VM she never fails to return my call or email within the next 24 hrs. Very pleased with her and the overall experience.

    Iā€™ve been living here for a few months now and itā€™s been fantastic. The office staff are very friendly and helpful, and maintenance has been responsive and makes proper fixes instead of just putting band aids on problems. The walkability of the area is a huge bonus as well, and itā€™s a huge saver on gas if you need to get groceries or a bite to eat. The noise from West 7th doesnā€™t bleed over into the community, thankfully.

    This place is so wonderful my husband and I wanted some where to live that felt like home this is the place we live on the first floor and Never and I mean never hear our neighbors upstairs or be side us we love the fact that everything is there walking distance. I will say this the staff is wonderful there is no words enough to say about the staff I would love to say that Autumn so wonderful she help us so much we couldnā€™t do this without her help. We have name the 3 women that work in the office Charlie Angels because they are so wonderful. Oh and the apt omg they have so many things at this place from garage parking to a doggy park to trash pick up every night at your apt my husband and I call it the 5 star hotel. We love it here

    Ive lived here for three years so far. Minor maintenance was fixed timely, staff is constant so I know everyones face, and one major maintenance (air conditioning going out) was fixed within a few hours. Apartment amenities are always clean.

    Couldnā€™t be happier living here. Great atmosphere all the way around & super comfortable. From the staff, all the way to living conditions. A HUGE shoutout to Autumn!!!! Sheā€™s the main reason we chose Olympus. Super helpful & just an amazing person all the way around. I couldnā€™t be happier to have her around. If youā€™re considering somewhere to live, consider this place. Ask for Autumn most importantly!!

    So far I have enjoyed our time living at these complex. The location is perfect, we have restaurants and stores at walking distance. The office team are great and the maintenance team is outstanding. The amenities due lack compared to other places. Overall itā€™s a great place to live for a family or anyone that loves the city life.

    My fiancĆ© and I love living here so much!! The facility is well maintained, and we have been very impressed by the amenities. Itā€™s in an amazing location, and we love being able to walk to nearby restaurants and ride our bikes on the trinity trail. All the apartment staff have been helpful and professional, but I have to give a special shout out to Autumn! She went above and beyond!! I needed to print some things for my upcoming wedding, and when the printer wasnā€™t working in the business center, she allowed me to use the officeā€™s printer and supplies so that I could finish my project. It meant so much to me and not many other apartment complexes have staff that care about their residents like that! The apartment weā€™re in is worth every penny and truly feels like home. I highly recommend living here!

    Absolutely love living here. The office staff is always helpful. The community events are a ton of fun. Neighbors are friendly. And they have TOP NOTCH maintenance staff. Kudos to Anthony coming to our rescue after hours on a weekend within 10 minutes to service our air conditioner in this 110 degree heat. Heā€™s out there sweating and still has a smile on his face. 10/10 place to call home.

    Weā€™ve lived here since late June 2023 and we couldnā€™t be happier!First, the maintenance team is FIRE! Theyā€™re so kind and extremely quick to respond to maintenance requests. Any problem weā€™ve had, even if itā€™s at 3AM, will be resolved extremely fast.Second, working with Autumn has been the best. Sheā€™s extremely kind, funny, and helpful not only during the time weā€™ve lived here, but also through the whole tour and move-in process. All the move-in and monthly billing information was accurate, and even when we had trouble with our internet connection during move-in (due to contractor issues, not the complex, she was patient with us and went above and beyond to get the issue fixed ASAP.Third, the units themselves are perfect. Weā€™re in a 2BD-2BA right now and it feels much larger than what we expected. Our master room is very spacious and can accommodate, a king bed, 2 night stands, 3 8-cube IKEA shelves stacked vertically, a computer desk, a bookcase, plus a few other items. The high ceilings through the whole apartment give a very open vibe and allow for more storage across the board. Additionally, the unit is well insulated, especially if your unit is facing into the complex ā€” we canā€™t hear the bar district in the unit and the train isnā€™t very loud when it passes. The only issue is how small the kitchen is. The sink basin is shallow and thereā€™s barely any cooking room.Fourth, the complex feels very united! Since itā€™s on the smaller side, we feel like can really get to know our neighbors. Weā€™ve made so many friends since weā€™ve lived here just by walking around the complex in addition to all of the events they host. Every event weā€™ve been to has been so fun and sociable. We never used to go to events at our previous apartments because they never seemed interesting, but the ones here looked and have been extremely fun!Finally, the location is great! You can walk anywhere! The Trinity Trail/Park is a 6-8 minute walk away, and there are 3 grocery stores within walking distance so you donā€™t even have to drive to get your groceries. If nightlife is your thing, the bar district is right behind the complex, so itā€™s easily accessible and doesnā€™t require you to get an Uber or engage in risky driving behaviors. You can also ride your bike and easily reach Sundance Square in 10 minutes.Overall, itā€™s been great living here, and Iā€™m happy we chose this apartment.

    My husband and I loved calling this place home. The entire staff was wonderful and it was so sad to have to leave.     My daughter and her roommate have not moved in yet, but so far we are impressed with the level of customer service we have received from leasing agent, Autumn. After looking at several apartments on Saturday-with many not having any units to even show us and therefore made us hesitant to sign with them, , we called Olympus in the off chance they had any units to show us and have an apartment at the time the girls wanted to move in. Autumn made time for us even though we did not have an appointment and she was the only one in the office that day. She showed us an apartment and we were able to complete the leasing application in her office. Even after getting approved, Autumn has been very responsive to my many emails and phone calls, no matter how small the question and assisted with technical issues signing the lease. I am sure she was tired of my emails. Autumnā€™s customer service is excellent.

    I was recently asked to leave a review re: maintenance.Having had a recent good experience, I am happy to do so.My garbage disposal was clogged. I called the front office and within a matter of minutes the maintenance person Tony came and after a few more minutes in my unit the problem was fixed.In my past experiences this is something that would (often) have a low priority and thus not get repaired for days, weeks, months and in a few cases not at all.The fact that this was completed in such a short amount of time, really makes the maintenance crew here outstanding!

    First off, I have to give the biggest shoutout to Britney who was absolutely the sweetest person and helped me solve an issue I was having with my apartment. She took the time to explain all my options and was so friendly and understanding. She made me feel 10x better about the situation.I moved in about 8 months ago and everything so far has been great! The apartment complex is typically very well-kept and maintenance is always so fast and friendly. I dont think Ive ever lived in a complex where the gate is fixed within hours of being broken (its the little things I appreciate the most). The community is overall great, everyone is really nice and friendly. The walk to everything is such a huge bonus. I also feel very safe here, even at night. My only complaint is the lack of parking passes and towing. Thursday-Saturday night you can see cars lapping the parking lot because non-residents have realized they can park their car here and walk to the bars (I have seen many many people park their car and walk right out of the gate to the bars). But other than that I would recommend this apartment to any of my friends and family!

    I wanted to take a moment to discuss my experience renting an apartment at Olympus. I moved here from Indianapolis after visiting the property a couple times to make sure I was making an informed decision to rent here. Sarah and Aubrey could not have been more helpful. They each took the time to show me around and answer all of my extremely random and obscure questions. They truly care about their tenants and making the experience as wonderful as it could possibly be. Its definitely the kind of environment where you want to say hi whenever youre by the office because the staff is just that friendly. I had concerns moving here since I literally dont know anyone, but the staff and other tenants have made me feel right at home. My apartment is spacious and the property is definitely an upscale community centered right in the heart of the cultural district. There is also a hella flame taco joint- Velvet Tacos right across the street. Having rented from close to ten different properties, this was definitely one of my best experiences. If youre considering this place, you should absolutely move in.

    Iā€™ve lived here for about a month now and we are so thankful we chose this complex as our home. I feel that the apartment is a great price with lots of space, maintenance has always been prompt and goes above and beyond to satisfy our request, plenty of parking always, and amazing location of apartment yet completely quiet with living off of 7th Street. The amenities are wonderful- the pool is always clean and everything is roomy, not crowded.Based on other reviews, we were initially concerned about our a/c and electric bill, however our first bill arrived covering the month of mid-June to mid-July for our 2 bedroom and it was $18. I have had no issue with our apartment running warm in the middle of the day, itā€™s always as cool as we set it.Lastly, the staff is wonderful. Cameron, Hannah, and Aubrey have gone above and beyond to make this complex and this city feel like home. They truly care about each of their tenants and ensure everyone has an excellent experience living here. I highly recommend this complex for anyone searching in the area.

    My husband & I absolutely love living here! We moved in June 2021 and we are so happy to be here! Bailey and her staff have served us at a very high capacity. Every work order has been answered and most of the time is addressed within a few hours of it being placed!The location is 100% A+ to the West 7th area. We walk to our gym, co-working spaces, and all sorts of restaurants.We highly recommend living here. Ask for Bailey at the main office and she will take care of you!!

We love our apartment and the layout is perfect for all of our furniture and our dog! The area is quiet and very close to the Trinity Trails! The residents are nice and very respectful! If you are looking for the downtown lifestyle this is the place to be! Not to mention they have an amazing maintenance staff!

The apartment itself is beautiful, from the layout, flooring, updated kitchen (including appliances, beautiful tile backsplash, beautiful cabinets) to the nice size bedrooms, and the bathroom...... WOW, my new favorite room in the house.Itā€™s within walking distance from so many places for dining and shopping needs. Not to mention the staff has been lovely. Bayley and Brittney took care of my leasing, I recently moved back to Texas from Florida and had to find an apartment Online.     I had the pleasure of touring Olympus with Brittney and absolutely loved the vibe of this community.The location is amazing and close to all the shopping and night life you could ever want! The floor plans are large, and newly renovated. There are tons of trees that make it feel more like a neighborhood and the residents Iā€™ve met are so friendly. I cannot wait to move in and take my dog out to play in their pet park!

Not only was she very attentive during the tour but each time i called with questions she was extremely helpful & patient with me!! The location is amazing with many nearby attractions for daytime & night time life but the pool has probably been the most important feature to beat this texas heat!! Thank you Autumn & team!!

    Olympus is an amazing place to live! It is located in the heart of the cultural district with grocery stores, bars, restaurants, movie theater, and lots of shops within walking distance. The staff is super helpful and maintenance has always fixed any issues I had the very next day. Side note: I stop by the office every once in a while, and just talk about life (get my drift, friendly staff that love their jobs). Olympus has a beautiful pool and hot tub area that is open year-round. The clubhouse has a nice lounge fit with a full kitchen if you wanted to host an event, pool table, and a fitness center. Olympus has at least one community event every month and every Monday they have mimosa Monday, which is perfect after a long day after work. They also have a huge dog park and two different grills for cookouts. The residents are also friendly, the community ranges from college students to familyā€™s to retired folks. PS. I hope this review helps you to just check out the apartment complex and no I am not on there payroll.

    THIS COMMUNITY AND MANAGEMENT IS PERFECTION. They did more than they even had to get me squared away & approved. This property is beautiful and based off my first impressions of just those in the office as are the people.     From the very start, Baylee made a very good impression and introduced me to the community here at Olympus 7th Street Station.     I lived here for over 3 years. Overall I had a good experience and it was a good apartment complex. I would recommend but I do have a few pro/cons for the complex.Good:* Management/Front Office - They were always nice, friendly and helpful. All my interactions with them were positive.* The size/cost of the apartment was a good deal for the area.* Location - This was a bit of a pro/con. The traffic on West 7th got worse and worse each year I lived here. However, the restaurants/gyms/proximity to Downtown was great.* Pool - The pool was nice, especially after it was redone. Management was great about shutting down excessive noise from the pool area within 30-45 minutes. I never doubted that they would step in and take care of it, even after business hours.* Plenty of Parking in the complex. Always space for me and any visitors.* Package pick-up options were nice* Morning Sun - My apartment had morning sun which helped a bit with my AC bill.Bad:* Maintenance - This was one of my main complaints. I had a pretty serious issue in my apartment and it took about 4-5 tickets for them to actually resolve the problem. I never felt super confident that they would fix the various maintenance tickets submitted.* Building/Grounds Cleanliness - When I first moved in the maintenance crew would thoroughly clean (completely spray and soap down) the hallways and stairwells on a frequent basis. However, at some point I think the maintenance team changed and the new crew did not keep up with the buildings like the old crew. Halls/Stairwells were rarely cleaned and when they were it was never very thorough. Lights remained burnt out for long periods of time. Wasp nests all over the halls etc. Also, people were bad about picking up pet waste. Unfortunately someone allowed their dog to repeatedly pee in the stairwell. In the summer that was not pleasant.* Noise - The insulation between the floors of the apartments was terrible. I heard every step my upstairs neighbor took. And they sometimes had odd hours which messed with my sleep. Id only live here again if I was on the top floor. Or Id pray for a light footed upstairs neighbor (which I wasnt lucky enough to have). I never heard my neighbors on the other side of my walls, just walking upstairs.* BEIGE! - Carpet, floor and CEILING were all beige. Counter tops too. It was not pretty.* Train - The noise from the nearby train wasnt an issue. However, the train would sometimes stop of the track for 20+ minutes at a time. The apartment complex has no control over this but if I were looking to move to this area it would be something Id want to know.

    We lived at Olympus 7th Street Station while we were looking to purchase a home. We really enjoyed every minute of it. The location was so convenient to everything. The manager Kate and all of the staff were wonderful to deal with. We only had 1 small maintenance issue and it was dealt with immediately. I can not say enough good things about this complex. It is a great place to call home.

    Weve been here for the past three months and I have nothing but great things to say about this complex. First of all the front staff are so amazing and on top of it. They made our move so seamless. I love the convenience of the place being so close to shops, restaurants and bars (although we havent gone to bars due to the pandemic). The common areas as impeccably spotless and they communicate effectively to ensure all deliveries and maintenance is taken care of. Kudos to Carlo for being so courteous and efficient in fixing maintenance issues in our building.

    First off, this apartment is THE BEST APARTMENT I have ever lived it. The staff are so friendly and truly genuinely nice. When I eventually have to move, I will be very sad as I consider them my friends and not just the leasing office staff. When reading the negative reviews you might see, keep in mind that people rarely take the time to get on here and say why they love something. People are more likely to get on here and complain even if it is for a small issue. For instance, I dont know anyone who has had a car broken into here, but for those who have, they probably left nice things out in their car and therefore made their car an easy target. No matter where I am, I always make sure not to leave things out in my car. The maintenance guys are great and always fix anything needed immediately. I have lived here since 2013, and I have no issues with getting their help on anything. They always fix whatever is needed and they do it extremely fast. Location wise, this apartment is great! It is so close to the running trails, close to target, starbucks, and lots of restaurants at Montgomery Plaza. If you are planning to be a student at UNTHSC, then this location has been perfect for that as well. I dont have a dog but the dog park is great because it is an easy way to meet other residents. I honestly cant think of a single negative thing to say about this place. I looked at a bunch of apartments in this area that all had pretty similar pricing but this apartment actually gives you the space you are paying for. I LOVE my closet!! If you havent visited the apartments here, definitely come check out how big the rooms and closets are. There is also an awesome storage closet outside on the balcony that is great for storing extra stuff. I have had tons of friends come study here, and they all agree that this apartment is by far one of their favorites and they wish they had found it when they were first searching for places to live. If I could give this place 10 stars then I would! If you need a place to live in this area, then I promise you wont go wrong by choosing to live here.

    I just recently moved into this community a little over two months ago. And every moment has been AMAZING! I love my layout of my apartment, great privacy from my patio, and my pet enjoys the pet park!! I love how everything is close and within walking distance to everything you need! I HIGHLY recommend this community!!

    I absolutely love Olympus Station Luxury Apartments! I moved in last week of January and have been impressed every step of the way!I toured three other complexes on 7th Street before I chose Olympus. Autumn Nava gave me a tour on a Thursday morning and I moved in two days later!She helped me knock out Att the required documents and got me rolling super fast! All the other complexes said earliest move in was a week away! I hate to wait!She has gone above and beyond in anything I need here!šŸ‘ŠšŸ½šŸ¶šŸ‘ŠšŸ½

    Edit: I originally left a 1 star review for Olympus 7th St because of the landscapers. However, after living here for 3 years and seeing the most recent management change, my opinion has completely changed, regardless of the landscapers.Bayley Hawthorne is the absolute best office manager Iā€™ve ever interacted with. She has single handedly reversed my opinion of this apt complex. Every request Iā€™ve had as far maintenance, leasing, move-out, etcā€¦ has been resolved wonderfully. Iā€™m very satisfied with my experience at Olympus, even though the landscapers get debris on peopleā€™s cars (thereā€™s not a lot they can do anyway aside from covering every car temporarily).Original review:Dont park outside. Landscapers with high powered leaf blowers will blow debris all over your car.

    I lived at this complex for 3 years and it was overall all one of my favorite places I have ever lived! The office staff is excellent and the maintenance guys are amazing! They are always there to help you out with whatever you need!! Definitely check these guys out! The location is amazing as well! You are walking distance from a ton of stuff and just a few minutes driving from even more stuff!

    Where do I start? Im a native New Yorker who received a job offer in Fort Worth, TX. Ive never been to Texas outside side of connecting flights at DFW. I was given a 30 day window to figure out my long distance move. I searched for places that were beautiful and had good tenant reviews. After days of narrowing down the best places to rent, I found Olympus 7th Street Station. The 3D virtual tour blew me away. I loved the location, style and amenities that this property offered. I contacted Brittney. She was a listener. I didnt have to tell her twice of my choices or budget. She immediately sent me several options with layouts and prices. Nothing was left out. I pay very close attention to customer service. Brittneys knowledge of every aspect of her apartments within her properties and professionalism made it easy to choose. Her extraordinary customer service made my decision to apply even more inviting. At the end of our conversation, I applied for the apartment that I selected from several choices. A very short time later, I got a call from Brittney, welcoming me to Olympus 7th Street Station. If that wasnt enough, the welcome letter warmed my heart. The ease of the automated review and signing of the documents made my experience a wonderful one. This is why I had to do a review and give Brittney 5 stars.     Yesterday I came home to my Toliet over flowing and water was everywhere! It was 5:15, so after the leasing office had closed, I called Carlo the maintenance manager and told him about the issue I was having. He properly walked me through the steps to turn off the water to my Toliet. Within 10 minutes he was at my apartment door with a water vac. Talk almost service! He even stayed to help me make sure my floor was completely dry and he made sure the water to the toilet was properly turned back on. Im so thankful that the water did not reach my carpet and he was able to promptly be at my apartment ( even after hours) before there was any damage!!!

    Iā€™ve lived here almost two years and have only good things to say about the staff and property at Olympus at 7th St Station. They renovated the pool this last summer and keep the grounds very clean and inviting at all times. The maintenance and tidyness of the complex are one of my favorite parts of living here. I applaude Kate and the entire staff for keeping their residents happy and going the extra mile.

    My daughter has lived at the AMLI 7th Station for almost 2 years and highly recommends it to others. She has had a wonderful experience living there. Since she is in PA School, she has to come and go at all hours of the night and day. She has felt safe and secure at all times. The management has always been courteous and prompt with necessary repairs or maintenance or any other issue. It is nice for a parent to feel that their child is in a safe and comfortable environment. She is thrilled with the spacious closets and floor plan that allows her to study quietly alone, have groups over to study or entertain. We are so thankful that she found the AMLI 7th Street Station.

    Lived here for one year 2012-2013 and have to say this was by far the greatest apartment experience Ive ever had. I have lived in probably 6 or 7 different apartments throughout my life and this one was just too easy and smooth for me not to leave a review. Not to say there werent little issues along the way, but expecatations were met or exceeded every time and in a timely manner. When I had any work orders they were on it quick-Maintence gets 5 stars, front office were always joyful to be around, helpful, and seemed to enjoy the service they provide-5 stars. They often have social community events which helps you connect with your neighbors-I never was able to attend due to schedule,but heard from neighbors they were a lot of fun. I was initially worried about noise being that we are next to the Poor House and the Gold Standard but I surprisely never heard much sound from inside my apt walls. Will miss the wonderful neighbors I met while there! Moved because I got married otherwise Id likley still be there. Thanks Amli for making my stay pleasant!-Will
