    The complex has improve so much since the last time I live here 5 years ago. The communication has been perfect; easy to follow apps for our rent payments and appliances. They were also very understanding of moving dates. It’s super easy to open tickets for maintained issues. So far I am very positive on this move and hope it continues this way. Also like to mention the locks and gates adds a security feeling I did had on other places.

    I have to give props to Veronica Tovar in the leasing office. I have had problems in the past with guest parking, and now I just contact her and she takes care of it promptly!     I am a new tenant and so far I am absolutely LOVING this place. Mya was so sweet and helpful with answering any questions I had in regards to leasing, floor plans, and Texas in general (I moved from NC.) Also the maintenance man Luis is fantastic. There were a few issues on the first day I moved in and they were addressed right away. I was shocked with how efficient he was. Everyone that works here is super kind.     I thank Veronica for that fast and easy move in, everything went so smoothly. Ive been here a week and the only bad thing so far are the MOSQUITOS!!...I went outside for 5 minutes and got bit at least 10 times and thats with replent on and they are all inside my apartment and I cannot go on to the patio because its full of them(first floor). overall the apartment is pretty decent.

    Have been renting since November 2021. never had any complaints up until last year. property is great, neighbors keep to themselves. management is a hit or miss.Ever since new ownership happened last year it somehow has gotten worse. Work orders take more than a week to get completed, office is difficult to get ahold of on the phone.Last year I was trying to get an apartment transfer before my due date (and lease being up) but of course they were not offering that due to the new ownership and changing systems. I had no choice but to renew my lease and fingers cross to transfer later in the year. LAST YEAR i was told they would offer by summer time. I called periodically throughout this year and of course I get told PERHAPS by the end of this year. It has gotten frustrating to see new tenants move in throughout the year while I wait for transfer to be available.UPDATE: I would like to give a big thanks to Kassandra in the office for all the help throughout this process. She was able to get us transferred to a bigger apartment. I appreciate her patience in answering my questions and keeping me updated throughout this whole ordeal.

    Update: we had a new company take over in Nov and theyve done nothing but make the place better. The maintenance is extremely fast and the management team is incredibly helpful... they definitely kept with the 5 stars!5 stars for our management and maintenance teams... weve been here almost two years and I still love living here. There are going to be down sides to any apartment living - like people not picking up after their dogs - but we are very pleased with how hard they try to keep up with everything. Our important maintenance requests (broken dryer) are always taken care of within a day or so. Also, we trust the maintenance team here to come inside whether we are home or not. They just re-did our parking lot, so my kids feel like the Cars from Radiator Springs when they ride their bikes. Our apt isnt upgraded, but we arent picky about the latest trends in kitchen deco. We only see roaches when someone moves in/out, but the office gets us on the pest control list any time we need it (Ive only needed to request it once in two years). I feel safe on our property any time of day/night, which is super important when you have kids. Great job mgmt and maintenance!

    Not too long ago i went in and leased an apartment, and let me tell you i was NOT disappointed. The customer service is outstanding. My leasing agent was veronica. I let her know this is my first time getting my own place, and she kindly took all the time i needed to explain everything to me, and even cracked a few jokes to create a friendly environment that i was comfortable in! She was very professional as her office was neat and tidy, and you could tell she was very organized. We need more people like veronica!

    Had a great stay along with my wife. Great place and very affordable. Only catch of it is that we had was the constant roach issue, work orders would be put in and maintenance would come but the problem would never be resolved. If the roach problem wasn’t an issue, would’ve put all 5s.

    The staff is amazing and super friendly, they always have a positive attitude and welcome you with a smile . Sue is hilarious, I am always cracking up with her. When I was going through a situation with my mom Jill, the manager was incredibly understanding and supportive. I love living here. Hector, the head of maintenance is very nice as well. The office always smells so nice. Keep up the work ladies!!

    I can’t express enough how happy I am with The Oaks at Lewisville. Kelsey and Jennifer were a dream to work with. Kelsey stayed late to ensure my apartment was clean and to her standards before I moved in the next day. I enjoy seeing the friendly faces on the office when I walk past to snag my mail. It seems Kelsey and the other leasing agents knows everyone’s name in this massive complex. The few minor issues I had moving in were solved in a quick and complete manor. The maintenance team is knowledgeable and courteous.I have already recommend this complex and Kelsey to a co-worker looking for an apartment in the Lewisville area.

    I moved in May 1st and this has been a great experience. Luisa was my agent and was very helpful and friendly from day one. She ensured that both my boyfriend and I were made aware of everything going on and that we had dates for everything. I love that the office provides paperwork to report any issues within the first 48 hours of move in. I also love how welcomed my puppy is!

    I just moved in here this weekend and I can confidently say this was the easiest move in experience yet. Luisa was my leasing agent and she made the whole process so fast and simple. She answered everyone of my questions/emails/phone calls almost immediately and cheerfully. Now when I go in the office she greets me by name and makes conversation. For me, a big deal breaker when it comes to looking for apartments is how the front office staff acts. Luisa was one of the reasons I chose Oaks of Lewisville as my new home! As far as my apartment goes, it was nice and clean upon move in, no odors, no bugs in site, and nice appliances. The neighbors around my specific unit have all been polite and one even offered to help me carry up my groceries when I first moved in. So far, I love it here!Lastly, when they say pet friendly, they arent joking! So many cute pups around this place and a very nice well kept dog park! This is another plus for me.

    Having to move in a very short period of time put a sense of panic in me. However, Stephanie at this apartment complex made my transition smooth and expedited the process way beyond my expectations. One of the main things you will receive at this property is professional, caring and respectful employees and management. I highly recommend these apartments to be your new home. If I could give more stars I would, but 5 stars is the maximum. This is the best decision I made for 2021... I could not have done it without Stephanie!! Keep up the excellent and dedicated customer service!!!

    Veronica rocks! We came in for a scheduled tour. They were on time albeit busy. We asked a lot of questions and she was very prepared and had answered them without any run around. We were very open and honest about our situation, and she helped us figure out we would not qualify very quickly and didn’t waste our time trying to take our money and lie to us like some companies. We really appreciated the honesty and found it very refreshing. Although we wouldn’t qualify, her professionalism deserves a shout out, and we will for sure be back here if we are ever in need and have better circumstances. Shes been readily available for me whenever needed. With this property, its not just about the individual apartments. They go above and beyond on all amenities. I was very impressed with the little touches they add that go a long way. Completely stopped my apartment search after visit this one.

    I love the staff here. When I moved in, I had a few repairs that I wanted addressed. Julio showed up the next day at my front door. A nice and friendly man. He had a list of defects with him and worked through it point by point. Less than 2 hrs later everything was fixed, repaired, adjusted, or replaced! Julio did a fantastic job and I am totally satisfied and happy. I hope the community management knows what a piece of gold they have in Julio and pay him accordingly.

    Jill is an awesome manager! I went in to tour the property and she stopped what she was doing to give me her undivided attention. Property is reasonably priced and offers many updated amenities. Havent made a decision yet but if I end up moving here it would be solely because of Jill and her excellent service, I know that I would be in good hands.

    We took a tour today looking for an apartment, and instantly felt welcomed by Mya and Kassandra. Even with the internet down, they answered as many questions as they could and sent us a quote as soon as the internet was back up.     Oaks of Lewisville was/is my first apartment on my own. I was so nervous when applying because I had never lived on my own. When I say I have never felt more loved and taken care of!! Everyone in the office ALWAYS greets me with warm and cheerful love. Ms. Jill and Ms. Sue are usually the ones I always run into although there are a few new faces in the office now EVERYONE is still always so joyful and loving. I know no matter what questions I may have they’ll be sure I’m taken care of.

    Luisa is awesome! I went to check out this property for a friend of mine that is moving from out of state. I really hope she chooses this property. Luisa has been extremely kinda and accommodating. She updated us as soon as she heard a unit we were looking at was rented, but provided us the next best unit immediately. She even took the time to take photos for us so I didnt have to drive all the way back there. I live pretty far from the property. This shows that the management team is exceptional.

The office staff is always inviting and friendly. Jill the property manager take very good care of the tenants and maintaining the grounds. Her team is one the best Ive seen.     I will say after reading some of the reviews I am surprised because I have experienced quite the opposite. Robert and Eve (I think her name is) Have some of the best customer service attitudes that I have experienced yet! They have made my transition to an apartment quick and painless! They were very transparent with everything and no hidden costs! As we walked around outside the apartments Robert would stop to pick up trash if he saw any which shows how much he cares about the environment! I would strongly recommend this apartment complex just for their customer service! Great job!

    The staff here is amazing. To the persons who talks nasty about the office staff is one of the ‘rude & nasty’ residents that don’t comply. I love these ladies! I go in and they are always helpful. I’ve seen some horrible people and how they treat them like trash. If you want a considerate people, come to Oaks!

    I would like to thank Sue. She gave me a warm welcome. She told me all about the apt. She gave me a tour of the apt. Gave us snacks drinks to eat. She was very kind :-) also the whole staff in the office welcome me and my daughter. Luisa was nice she offered me snacks and drinks as well. She always speaks kind on the phone and in person always. Blanca and Abel was very kind to me. Abel said welcome home the first day. :-) I love all them for having such a kind spirit. They made me feel at home. Im glad I chose to move here . I love the setting of the office its smells so nice and clean. They take pride in doing their jobs at the oaks. I will tell anyone to move here. They will be very happy.^_^Oaks of Lewisville Rocks :-)On thursday December 17, 2020 i spoke to Luisa over the phone and she helped provide me with my lease information and helped me n my daughter! She is very sweet and we are so glad! And thankful we live at the oaks of Lewisville its been a blessing! I would refer anyone who needs assistance with getting into a new home! U will never be dissatisfied! Call theem and they will take good care of u!!!😊

    The entire process of moving in these Apartments was a breeze, all the ladies in the front office havent been anything short of helping, and sweet. Jill the property manager and Stefanie one of the rent consultants have made any and every question ive had super easy. I believe i made the right decision moving into the Oaks of Lewisville.

    I’ve lived here for 2 years in two separate apartments. If you want all your questions answered in a timely manner and with full honesty ask for EVA. She is the sweetest and most genuine leasing agent. She will go above and beyond to assist you. Eva is also bilingual which is very helpful. I’ve dealt with other people in the office but I always go back to Eva. Only downside about these apartments is the maintenance within the complex.

    Great maintenance! Chris, the head of the team, is fantastic. Spoke very clear English and was very good at keeping us up to date on what was going on. Best maintenance crew at any apartment Ive lived in, which is four complexes across the states. Overall, this is pretty great place to live.

    My wife and i moved here from southern California in January 2018.we moved into this apartment complex and for the most part we like living here.I was told by my co-workers before i transferred here from our LA office not to move to anywhere in Dallas county.I love dogs and there are many in this complexThe office personnel are all polite and even though sometimes it seems like they cant help someone right away, its because they have many tenants.Luisa Strickler in the office has been especially helpful!

    Ive lived here for two years and the experience has been excellent for us. My unit was clean and updated when I moved in. The staff are the perfect mix of professional and down to earth. Maitenance included they are fast, thorough, and do an amazing job at keeping the grounds, pools, and units looking great. Special shout out to Able Diaz for his service to the residents and the facilities. Happy to call this place home!

    I have had the pleasure of working alongside Ms. Sue who has helped me with so many of my questions, any maintenance needed, and she makes sure it gets done and is always looking for ways to help me save money. If most apartment leasing offices were as prompt and professional just like Sue , there would be no need for ratings and reviews because thats the service everyone expects and thats what everyone would received!

    Oaks of Lewisville is doing an amazing job with their new maintenance leader , their is ups and downs but i have to say they really step up with the new maintenance leader. He is really making sure everything is getting done around here, i saw him do one task and once he was done he moves on to the next one. He is real friendly as well. With all due respect i hope management gets more guys like him because thats what is needed here in this apartments. Please management don’t let this go unnoticed. Thank you.

    I see alot of negative reviews on here but These apartments have definitely improved since I moved out back in 2008 - the office staff is friendly, the managers are down to earth and are easy to work with, my apartment is nice for what I pay for rent. I have no complaints. the pool area was recently renovated and is very nice, with gas burning stainless steel grills.the only thing that I find disappointing is the parking - there is literally no open parking for guest. My boyfriend comes over about 3 times a week and Im always having to watch from the balcony for some one to leave so that he can snag a decent parking spot.Other wise I love it. Looking forward to renewing next year.

    Everyone is so nice!! Sue and Luisa and Jill have been do great helping me out with any problems i have. Maitenance is fast! Send my request in and they get to it the next day and this complex is HUGE. been here 3 years and going! I recommend to all my friends!

    Lived here for two years going in 3 .... old property’s always have some kid of negative review but my experience has been great . Love the office staff and also the maintenance staff . Everyone is always so efficient and helpful. Also kudos to Abel on the maintenance staff he’s always so very friendly and kind.
