Oakmont of Bear is an incredible place. Ive lived in several different apartment complexes over the years and even worked maintenance at a place during college. The amount of work and efficiency of the maintenance team and office are by far the best Ive ever seen. I have not had a single issue since I moved in. The most amazing part to me is the speed of work order responses. Everything has been fixed the same day or the next day every single time. I highly recommend this complex.

Its coming upon my first full year and I could not be happier. The grounds are always groomed and the one maintenance call I had to make in this first year was fixed quickly. All the staff, including the team who keep the grounds and maintenance in check, smile in passing and speak as if they are just part of this great community. If you are a loaner, its a great place. If you enjoy making friends with your neighbors, its a great place. The pool is also beautiful and well maintained. Because of the attached garage, the apartment really feels like a small house where you now just have to clean the spaces that you actually live in. If youre a good neighbor, Oakmont of Bear Creek could be your place.

Its been a little under a year since Ive lived here and now back to apt searching. Wanted to move back but the rent isnt in my price range. Nonetheless, it was a great place to live while being there, maintenance and office management, Laurie was a pleasure.

Beyond the best place I lived since being here for last 6 years. The community is beyond feeling like a home. The staff here are beyond exceptional. If I have to consider a return it would be here! The Oakmont at Bearcreek are phenomenal apartments to be a resident at!

If you’ve looked for an apartment lately or in the last year you know how hard it is to find a good place to live. I actually moved into Oakmont site unseen. I put a deposit down and thankfully was able to get an apartment in time to move back to Texas from Michigan. Although it was scary to move in without knowing what the community or apartment was like, it was the best decision I’ve made. This little community is friendly and everyone looks out for everyone else. The office staff is amazing and are always there to help with whatever you need. Anytime I’ve ever had a maintenance issue it’s been fixed immediately, no questions asked. I just renewed my lease and I’m happy to be here for another year.

I lived here for 3 years and thought it was great. The team on site is extremely friendly and helpful with needs. The maintenance team is superb. They fixed any issues very fast and with good quality. My garage door motor went out one morning and I placed a ticket. They had it fixed with new motor and rail system by the time I came home from work. The area is quiet and peaceful. The pool area is nicely laid out and relaxing. I only moved due to next step in life, but would highly recommend for people. It is a great small community.

I lived at Oakmont from 2016-2017 and I have not ONE complaint! The community is nice and quiet, everything is always clean and up to standard and the neighbors are super friendly! The only reason I had to move was because my family size grew and I needed more space than was available. They were always pleasant, always willing to work with any situation I may have come across and never let me down. My son (3 y.o.) even loved them! Joyce, Laurie, Val and the maintenance staff became like family and always ensured things were taken care of. I wish I could move back!!

100% sanctified I have not yet moved to this beautiful community but I feel that everything will be fine. I had excellent customer service something different from my previous experiences without a doubt I had an expectacular experience regarding the help in question of my request for approval especially to Jasmin who has always been very kind and helped me in everything I need. Im really excited to start moving!!

I stayed here previously when I was rooming with someone else for a bit, loved it. Moved away then moved back again by myself and love it still. The apartments are an older build but they have been absolutely kept up, maintained and upgraded. The grounds are great. The staff is fantastic. I love living here. no pests. If so, they jump on it quick. Highly suggest. Even if you are on the waitlist, worth it.

I was a little concerned before my move. Because it had been years since lived in an apartment. But this was an awesome experience!! Joyce, Laurie and Randy have managed the property for years! Their experience shines through the staff hospitality, the prompt repairs and the well manicured peaceful neighborhood!! Thank you all, for keeping me comfortable!!

I have had the pleasure of residing at Oakmont of Bear Creek for over 10 years. The management and maintenance staff is truly second to none. The community is well kept and quiet. The floor plans are such that you feel like you are living in a private home. I am moving to be closer to family and will truly miss living at what I consider the premier community in the Villages of Bear Creek .

I lived at Oakmont of Bear Creek for 3 years. Joyce, Laurie and Val are awesome! I never had a problem. I loved the quietness, the promptness to maintenance request and the private garage. If it wasnt for relocating to another state, I would still be there. This was my home and they made me feel safe and secure in it. They really care about you!! Thanks for everything!!

The staff and maintenance are amazingly polite. Always willing to help. Maintenance is amazing. I’ve never waited a full day for maintenance to come when I created a work order. They arrive within an hour.. unless it is a routine work order placed after office hours. 5 Stars is not enough they definitely deserve more⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Maintenance was great! Randy & his team were very responsive & very nice. The increase in rent each year was pretty exorbitant. But I liked my neighbors.

I love my Apt. at Oakmont of Bear Creek. Its a small community which i love, its very quiet,and the residents are very friendly. The Ladies in the Office are always so nice and willing to help in anyway they can. They keep the residents informed on everything thats going on through email, text, or letters on your door. The Apts are spacious which includes 2 large balconies and every apt has an attached garage for no additional cost. That was the main thing i was looking for. The maintenance crew is the best. They are so quick to come out to do repairs. There is a new Upgraded mailroom with lockers so you can receive packages . The Community is pet friendly and is in great location to a very large dog park. Which has separated areas for large dogs and small dogs. The only rule that has changed since living here is the Poo Print which i think i great!. The office let you pick the day of the week and the time you want to come in to have your pets Dna tested. They had to do the Poo Print because some of the residents werent picking up after their pets. There are pet stations all over the grounds which has bags and a trash can. There also signs that says if you dont pick up after your pet you will be fined. The only people that would have a problem with the Poo print is the ones that dont pick up after their pets. No matter where you rent you will have to pay a pet deposit. So paying a pet deposit has nothing to do with picking up after your pets. Oakmont of Bear Creek is a great to live.

Absolutely the Oakmont! It’s a great neighborhood, super quiet and peaceful! Plenty of shopping nearby with community parks to take your pets too enjoy some fresh air! Management has been super respectful and time orderly! Couldn’t be any happier!
