I have been here for 10 months and absolutely love it. Very clean and great maintenance staff. Not to mention Coquesa the apartment manager is so helpful and friendly. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe clean place to live.

Love Oak Tree! Management is so friendly and helpful. Coquesa assisted me with applying for the apartment and eventually settling in. I have asthma and she remembered something as small as that, when we were doing my apartment walk-through together!Maintenance requests are also taken care of quickly. I put in a request for my garbage disposal and that same day, not even a few hours later, it was fixed!Finally, the apartment itself is very spacious and clean, a great blank canvas to decorate! Thank you Oak Tree management and maintenance team for making me feel at home here!

I just moved in about a week ago and I couldnt be happier. The staff here is very nice and work orders are handled in a timely manner. My unit is literally perfect for my family and Im glad I chose to move here. Thanks staff for all of your help!

I’ve been living at this apartments for almost 4 years now and I have to say that I’ve had the best experience. Lots of visitor parking, designated parking spot, neighbors are friendly. Of course there’s people that do not pick up after their dog, but maintenance does a pretty good job keeping a clean community. Management is AMAZING, the girls at the office are so sweet and helpful. I am truly amazed with the service provided by all the people working at this community from management and girls at the office to maintenance guy (s). I did not have any major problems with the apartment but the few request that I put for maintenance were resolve the same day. On Christmas Eve pipes on my apartment burst the office was closed but called the emergency line and left a voicemail and in less than 5 min maintenance was working at my apartment. The problem was solved in a couple of hours. They sent you notifications all the time about what is going on at the complex whether is that they are re surfing an apartment next to yours or if there’s a service interruption for some repairs at the complex. They will let you know a few days in advance so you can be prepared unless is an emergency of course.I truly recommend living here.

I love living here! Management is nice and helpful. Work orders are always addressed and taken care of quickly. Sometimes neighbors hang around outside late at night and can be a bit loud.

Living at Oak Tree was an amazing experience! The staff was always professional and cordial. The maintenance was always sufficient & on time! Nice pool view & friendly neighbors. If you are looking for a place to live, I highly recommend Oak Tree Condominiums!!!

This will be my last lease here. Been here 12 years so that you let you know I have had a good stay here. Office always helpful. Maintenance stay on top of repairs. Great location near everything. Only suggestion is get security cameras on this property because my car has been broken in twice and even stolen once. This area is very safe though. Also need to do some renovation with more up to date cabinetry and appliances

Everyone at this community is great! I have been living here for a long time. Its also in a great location. If you ever run into an issue it is taken care of quickly, by courteous and friendly individuals. The office staff is also so caring and wonderful, they think of so many thoughtful and fun things for us to participate in to bring us together.

Your crew is very thorough and professional, but until you seal the north and west walls and windows of 2201, the underlying problem has not been addressed. Please do something. Its been years since Ive had massive leaking in the wake of the window replacement project, and clearly some treatments of the brick has worn off. I note that the flooding is more than occasional in the last few months, so please take appropriate action to fix the underlying problem.

I moved here July of 2022 and it was the easiest process! Everyone was so helpful and nice with all of my questions. I was coming from Mississippi and was really nervous, but this residency truly feels like home! It’s safe, quiet, and perfect for a family! Any small issue I’ve needed resolved has been handled quickly and with ease! I would definitely recommend anyone to live here :)

I’ve lived at this apartment community for over 10 years. I love it here. Evelyn the manager, is so attentive and gets anything that you need done quickly. Bianka is very sweet and helpful. Not to mention the maintenance staff. Work orders are done very quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this apartment community!!

Weve been living here for the past 8 years and, this is a wonderful place! The management staff and maintenance crew are really, really great people. They go above and beyond to help you if you ever have problems with your apartment. I recently had super high electric bills and knew my family wasn’t using THAT much. The staff did everything to help and finally figured out what the problem was! Because of their effort and time, the problem was fixed and my bill is back to normal. I love that they truly care. I have nothing negative to say! Id recommend Oak Tree to anyone that is looking to rent. Its a wonderful community!

I have loved living here for the past 2-1/2 years. New neighbors in building 20 are still an issue with working on vehicles, loud music, and mean looks if you walk out your own back door and they are sitting out there (which is most of the time). Smoking marijuana every day. The smell is strong. They have at least 8 - 10 people staying in the apartment. 4-5 cars if not more at times filling up spaces. Ive still had to ask them to move out of my parking spot upon return. Just a little out of control with them. I dont want to call the police, but may have to.

I have lived here for the past 3 years and I absolutely ADORE this place! The management team is outstanding and always available when I call. I have had a few maintenance requests from needing a new heater, fridge, and washing machine and each time maintenance came and fixed the problem either that day or the next morning. The neighborhood is quiet even with the families that live here. I live on the first floor and have never had a problem with noise coming from above. I have had no problem with bugs or rodents in my apartment either. For the price, location, space, and the team here you cannot find a better deal!

My sister and l have enjoyed living here. Any repairs are completed in a timely manner. The properties is kept clean but recently we have noticed suspicious characters on the property. Also gun shots were fired on NewYears Day.

I love this community! I live at peace, happily, feel safe, and have great and respectful neighbors. Maintenance responds to my requests, within 24hrs; so happy and satisfied. No complaints! Have lived here 6yrs, on to my 7th yr. Its sad though, that we have no option to recycle, like recycling bins.

I have lived here for the past 4 years and am very happy here. Yes, they are remodeling the outside which is a needed upgrade and after that mess is cleaned up, it will go back to normalcy. The inside is well kept, any maintenance issues are fixed immediately. The office gals are fantastic! Spacious apartments that I am so happy to have found!

The request was addressed promptly, but 48 hours later and 24 hours of running the fan, water is still seeping up through the slats when you step in the bathroom. Im really concerned about mold. I dont know if it is still leaking or so much water still laying under the flooring.

I love this place. Its quiet, theres plenty of parking, maintenance gets to issues very quickly and I havent seen a single bug in my apartment YET!- As far as amenities go, they have 2 pools on the property and a small gym to workout in - nothing super great and not much equipment, but they do have it available.- They pay for the water bill and all you worry ab out is the electricity (as far as bills go)- Most units come with FREE full-sized washer/dryer units and theyre not old- Their other appliances are nice as well- Units are very well insulated since they used to be condos, so you dont hear anything coming from neighborsI just renewed my lease and Im looking forward to another year here.I highly recommend it!

I’m really not sure what I’ve done to deserve such AMAZING customer service. AMAZING is an understatement. I’m truly bummed I didn’t find these apartments sooner. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LIVING HERE! Jade is freaking SWEET! I absolutely love how involved she can be along with how helpful she is! Evelyn is also such a nice person. I feel so comfortable knowing anything that goes wrong in my apartment it’s taken care of immediately. The maintenance crew is so FREAKING AWESOME! Today, I thanked my husband for fixing our shower curtain and he stated it wasn’t him and kept saying it was me that I had just forgotten. We find a note on the door stating they came in to check our HVAC system and from there we knew it was the maintenance tech that fixed it! IT’S THE LITTLE THINGS that have made me absolutely love this community. Everybody is genuinely nice. From the office staff to the maintenance crew I absolutely want to thank you all for everything. I absolutely recommend this apartment community to EVERYONE. I am not lying when I say you’ll be absolutely pleased living here. We get along with our neighbors. Everything is just peachy! Ive been here for 3 years now and absolutely love EVERYTHING about this apartment community!! The rent is very reasonable, the apartments are HUGE, ive never had any bugs. They come with washers and dryers that you dont have to pay extra for, free water, small gym, two salt water pools, lots of parking spaces, friendly office staff and maintenence immediately fixes issues. Ive never had any bad issues, and Ive just renewed my lease for another year. Oh yea, I have vaulted ceilings in my 2br/2ba apt and my electric bill was $88 this month. So they are very well insulated. Move here, youll love it!!

Super friendly office staff. The manager, the assistant manager and the person serving in front (sorry for not remembering names). The apartment is great. The great thing was delivered on time without any problem or inconvenience. My family and I for now love the place 10 points and highly recommended
