I toured some apartments here and Victoria really helped me and was patient with me until I found the apartment I liked which a studio. Also the apartments are very close to a lot of restaurants and shops in the areas everything is walking distance. Overall very nice property it’s well maintained and it’s in a nice area.

Highly recommend Nuvo at Park Place Apartments in Dallas! Safe and overall great area to live in- only a few minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment. Their apartments are beautiful, the staff is friendly and they’re very diligent about keeping the common areas clean and presentable at all times. Love it here!

Lived there for 5 years and really enjoyed my apartment had to leave for health reasons, but management was excellent:) Marilin and Victoria were so helpful with everything we needed. I really recommend this Apts 👌

Highly recommend I absolutely love living here. Overall, its a great area to live in. Marilyn Duran and staff are awesome & accommodating. Maintainenance orders are taken care of in a timely manner, plus they have after-hours maintenance if needed. Gated parking for residents and a safe environment.

I lived at Nuvo Park for over two years & I would recommend these apartments. They’re affordable & in a great location. Marilyn In the office is super sweet & accommodating. Maintenance orders are taken care of in a timely manner. It’s quiet & everyone stays to themselves. Parking inside the gate is reserved for residents but there is also plenty of street parking. I enjoyed my stay here overall.

Lived here for almost two years and I have no complaints. It’s a nice and affordable spot here by Lower Greenville/Henderson Ave! Leasing agents, Marilyn and Victoria, have taken great care of me and so many other tenants to ensure a great living experience.

Great place to be, I love the aesthetics of my apartment with the garage, never had any issues and if I did maintenance and office manager Victoria resolved issues in a timely manner. If I didn’t work an hour away I would definitely stay. Love love love these apartments!!!

I love living here!!! Super close to everything you need, 5 minute drive or less to Target, Trader Joe’s, Kroger, Petsmart, etc. and walking distance to poppin streets like Henderson and Greenville, and tons of bars, restaurants, and shops :) the leasing office staff is so friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are always completed fast.

Ive been living here for almost a year and have fully enjoyed it! The upgrades that were done to the apartments not too long ago are amazing. I love the location of the complex. I have nothing but great things to say about the owners, especially how friendly and super helpful Marilyn, the office manager is. If there is ever something wrong, maintenance is always here promptly and does a phenomenal job with fixing the problem.

This was my very first apartment when I moved to Dallas, completely fell in love with the studio I was living in first. The whole garage door aesthetic was nice !! It’s now been a year going on 2 and I’m still here but in a 2bdrm for more space. The neighbors are super nice and quiet which is amazing!!! Management is super nice and welcoming the only thing is that the gate isn’t working at its full potential it’s literally 6mins from everything in Dallas best location to be in and it’s super quiet!! I would recommend these apartments 100% I’m still here to my surprise I’ve grown so used to the area is very cozy and has a really good homie vibe.

I moved in December and it’s a great place to live and within my budget. I’m surprised how friendly management is and fast Maintenance works on repairs. At past complexes I’ve lived in they were slow and unresponsive. The complex is clean and I like that there is gated parking. Neighbors are quiet and friendly as well.

Super convenient location and a great value. The property was taken over by new management some time over the summer 2020 and I have nothing but great things to say about Marilyn and the new staff. Its a smaller complex, and surprisingly quiet for the area. Lots of small dog parks around

My husband and I have lived here for more than three years & have had a great experience. The property is always clean,and It’s well maintained also the complex is really pretty quiet. It’s so conveniently placed in the city, we’re close to everything we need.
