Northside on Travis has been my home now for almost 2 years. Management is very flexible when you communicate with them and kind. The grounds are always kept so well and it is a very quiet community. The staff does their best to uphold corporate policies and is very clear about contingencies and fees, I noticed a lot of negative reviews seem to be due from personal negligence to review those policies.

Moved here last yr . Love the promptness of maintenance they put handicap bars up since my apt technically not one since I’m wheel chair bound so I can shower . Ashley and John and Blake and rest of staff are always very curtious to me . Since I’m from out of state I like that they bug spray the apartments and give me time to get to the door as I’m not very mobile . The office allows me to do paperwork signing from my apartment when I need to and is very prompt at my renewals and things . I enjoy the view from my apartment and feel very safe here . This is one of the best apartments that I’ve had experience with I’ve stayed at McKinney Apartments and Lewisville apartments before. It’s located very close to a lot of stores such as target Walmart Home Depot mini food places a pet store. It is also gated so it’s very safe I’ve never had any problems with strangers. The people at the front desk are very nice and always answer when I call. The maintenance guy above all is very kind at most places I’d have issues with them ever showing up or trying to get them out there but normally he shows up the same day. he’s always very respectful when he comes in and has fixed everything no problem. They’re good about landscaping and pest control they also power wash everything. Pool is great and they take very good care of it as well as well as the gym. I recommended this place to my sister. All these great qualities and they are affordable.

Meant to do a review when we moved in this weekend. I really love our apartment. It was pretty costly to move in with the additional fees, but I am thankful the office did offer us options so we could move in so that was no problem. Kimberly was my leasing agent and Christina has helped me as well and they have both been great. I had a few setbacks and didnt think I was going to be able move in but they did everything and got me in. Only downfall is we moved to the 3rd story and so the move was pretty tough I left my car doors open a lot bringing stuff back and forth and my entire wallet was stolen out the front seat of my car. This has nothing to do with management but instead the people around. So with anywhere I would just advise be careful of your surroundings and dont make the mistake I did. Overall I really am happy here and cant wait to enjoy my place with my kids.

I have lived here for almost a year now and i absolutely love it! The office staff is very professional and has always kept us informed and up to date with upcoming events. We love that they actually take pride in taking care of this complex and has always been very kind. Also maintenance team here is incredible they always handle request timely and professionally. We love living here. Deserves 10 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love living here.Office staff is so nice and accommodating.They have had to close the pool due to tenants violating the rules and having parties and broken glass. As a mother, I am fine with them closing the pool and cleaning it up for it to be a safe place for my kids to enjoy.They do send out text notifications which I appreciate, it lets me know they are on top of things like when a car is in violation of parking in a spot that does not belong to them ie. carport or illegally in handicap.Vehicles that are inoperable they warn will be towed if not moved.My neighbors are friendly and the lawns are clean from tenants cleaning up after their pets.Trash is picked up on schedule and lawn crew comes every Tuesday which keeps the complex looking nice.The maintenance crew does a great job of keeping the grounds clean and tidy and are friendly too and helpful if I have any problems.I plan to stay for a very long time.

I am a previous home owner and never thought I would be happy in an apartment. North side on Travis has proven to me that apartment living is not a bad way to go. I have had a positive and prompt response to any issues i may have had, the staff has always been professional and respectful to my requests. I have never had any problems with the staff responding to any problem that may have come up. I always feel respected and listened to, the staff tries there best to be a friend and not just workers on robot mode. I highly recommend this complex as a place to live or start your journey. Im not done with my journey but i am glad we started this episode here.

The ladies in the office (Connie, Carrie and Vicky) are fantastic! They treated me like family from day one, they worked hard to get into an apartment ASAP and Ive never been more pleased. The property is beautiful and my apartment is absolutely lovely for the price. I sign lease tomorrow so Ill make sure to post more once Im settled.

Staff at front desk have been great and attentive. Even with a building full of pets, hadnt had any issues with neighbors, and landscaping is done frequently. Holds events often as a great way to build our local community.
