I’ve lived at Northside at the Woodlands for nearly three years, and I can’t say this enough, it’s truly the BEST! The community is quiet, clean, and incredibly well-maintained. The leasing office staff, Connie, Maricela, and Jaunea are amazing! They’re always helpful, responsive, and go above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home.The location is also super convenient, with shopping centers just a few miles away. If you’re looking for a peaceful and well-kept place to live with outstanding management, I highly recommend choosing Northside at the Woodlands!

I moved in about two months ago and, with school keeping me busy, I’ve just now had a chance to leave a review. After some pretty frustrating experiences with previous apartment complexes and management teams, I can honestly say this has been the smoothest move I’ve had. The entire process was hassle-free, and I never had to worry about a thing. The apartment was spotless upon move-in—completely different from my last place, which wasn’t even finished. The leasing team was incredibly helpful, providing all the information I needed and always staying responsive. I truly have no complaints. The dog stations are always stocked when I need them, and the maintenance and cleaning team do a great job keeping the property in great condition. I’ve never felt this at home before, and I’m genuinely so happy with my new place. Thank you to the management and leasing team—you’re doing an outstanding job, and I couldn’t be more pleased!

I love my apartment! I want to give a big shout out to Maricela!! Since the moment I walked in to get information she welcomed me with the biggest smile. She answered all the questions I had and had the best attitude! I took a tour of my apartment and fell in love and I applied right away. The application process was so smooth and easy I also love the communication Maricela had with us. We applied on Monday and were approved that same week! I went to tour the property Saturday and had the pleasure of meeting Maricela. She was perfect! It even started storming while viewing the property and she walked in the rain, getting soaked, just to continue with me. The whole time she kept a positive attitude. The property was beautiful but it is the service from Maricela and Connie that really did it for me. Today, I spoke with Connie about the apartments I viewed Saturday. She was so helpful and friendly! She answered all of my questions and made sure to provide as much information as possible. I wish my other property managers could have been as helpful as Maricela and Connie!

I came to tour with Maricela and I would like to influence others to apply at Northside because of my great experience. As soon as I walked in, Maricela was expecting me with a refreshment and complemented my dress. I was treated very kindly and enjoyed the conversations with the three ladies in the office. I was taken to view the pool, yoga center and the beautiful apartment itself. The finishes were very luxurious and I am looking forward to apply to a three bedroom for my family and I.

One of the better places i lived except they made a mistake one time and sent us an eviction notice and they confirmed it was a mistake because we paid our rent. Otherwise fairly clean place and it was big with our 3 bedroom apartment.

Recently moved in at the end of June. Maricela was very helpful in finding the right floor plan for me. There was a couple things with the apartment that needed correcting but the maintenance staff had it all fixed in a couple days. Great Communication from staff, and the property from what I’ve been able to see is very clean. Two things very high on my list of importance.

6 months in and I still think it’s a 5 star apartment complex for the price. Front office ladies are very polite since the day I toured.However, sometimes I fear I’ll have to use my CCW on some of the neighbors dogs. My dog was attacked by an unleashed bulldog a few days ago and the owner walks around with a long stick in his hand. Safe to say, there are no breed restrictions.Additionally, to the bad reviewers, the rules are simple. Just follow them. Stop trying to cram 10 people into a one bedroom apartment and stop trying to park 7 cars in the parking lot when you only have one person on the lease hahaha!

I dont live here anymore but I have to show my gratitude for the complex, my experience and to the office staff. I love Connie! Im appreciative of everything and I absolutely loved staying here for the year I did. Worth the price, in a quiet environment and I barely saw any neighbors lolIf i had to choose a downside itd be them not answering the phone but I never really had any emergent issues that required them to. So, highly recommended!

The ladies in the office were amazing! I love my apartment very much! They have a 24 hour fitness center and a yoga center! The entertainment space is really nice and I am excited for my family to come hang out with me here. The moment we turned into the property my daughter said mom this is it, we had a great time viewing the property, the application process was seamless and moving in was flawless. I’ve been here a week and have had a great experience so far except for some minor details. The gates and doors to the buildings don’t lock meaning anyone can enter the buildings at any time, however the main building with the amenities is kept secure. Additionally, the gym, while above average, has no dumbbells; the most basic of gym equipment.Update: the gates now lock and have keypads to enter.

I am a new resident and I love my apartment, it is brand new, spacious and the building is very clean! My neighbors are very friendly and clean. The office staff is extremely helpful and very kind even though they are very busy they always make time for you and make you feel very important and special. Anytime I put in a service request maintenance always responds quickly and they are very professional. The property is always so clean, swimming pool and amenities are always clean. I would not want to live anywhere else when management obviously cares so much about the residents and property, it does not any better than this, I highly recommend this place!

Ive been a resident since April and this is the best apartment Ive ever lived in! I love the design and the grounds. They take very good care of the property. Lawn workers come out often and they have a very responsive maintenance team. The amenities are extremely nice, my favorite being the pool and bbq area. They also have a well maintained gym with brand new equipment. The soundproofing is about average, but the neighbors are kind. Ive never had a problem with any of my fellow residents or any of the staff. All of our emails have gotten responses quickly and professionally. I think well stay for a while! 🙂

My husband and I are new residents and we are loving our apartment and the level of customer service we received! By far the best We have experienced in a very long time. Even though building 3 elevators my not be operating at the moment, due to the elevator company my husband and I understand this is not the fault of property management as they are very understanding and try their best to be very accommodating! We are so excited to be here and can’t wait to use all the beautiful amenities they have to offer!

I want to compliment the staff here. My girlfriend and I were in the office looking for an apartment. I saw the manager out talking and helping others in the office. I over heard her talking to residents stating they are working on the parking issues. That was nice to see. The apartments we are moving from around the corner across from the water park parking issues are Terrible!!!! I tried to discuss with the manager at my place and she refuses to talk to us. In observing the customer service here I am ready to move in once my lease is up in December. I see they are trying to work on a resolution opposed to just ignore it. This is where I most definitely will be.

If you’re looking for apartments to move in, you have to tour this complex. I promise you won’t be disappointed. This place is brand new and it might not look great from the outside but it’s a gem from the inside. I’m talking about big closets and walk in showers. Classic modern designs with open floors would make you want to move in that day. Tour all available units if possible you won’t regret it. Great price ranges: It’s not expensive, it’s affordable. A huge plus to this complex is management. We had the pleasure of meeting Lauren Valles who was able to answered and clear any doubts we had about this apartments. We enjoyed her tour so much we applied that same day. Ask for Lauren she’s great.

I love living here! The community is very quiet. The apartments are a nice size, and each has a washer and dryer in the unit. I feel safe here, and Lauren, the manager, has always been very helpful. I live on the first floor and do not hear my upstairs neighbors walking.

And the apartment buildings are INCREDIBLE!! I am near the turnpike, Firewheel Mall, five minutes from Plano, and not far from 75 need I say more!So if you’re looking for a new place to call home, Northside at the Woodlands is the place you must put on your to visit list before deciding.I would like to share; I have enjoyed the running trail here and I have a beautiful view of nature that I enjoy every morning and evening.I am happy that I chose Northside at the Woodlands to become my new home.
