SAVANNAH is terrific. Went in for information and was greeted by her. The Alyssa girl (Mgr.), not so great... She knew more than manager and was more friendly...in addition to being competent at her job. We thought Savannah was the Manager. Anywho-super welcoming and friendly young lady. I had the best experience touring at North Park,I spoke with Karen who is the new property to schedule my appointment to tour. I was amazed with how much information she knew with only being at the property for a couple of weeks.I toured with Savannah the leasing consultant who has been at the property for almost a year.They both have a welcoming vibe to them. This is my 1st time looking for an apartment by myself. They did an amazing job explaining everything and what to expect and broke down the application process, I can’t wait to fill my application out!10 out of 10 I would recommend this property to any of my friends and family!

Savannah is by far the best and sweetest person. She has by far, exceeded the level of professionalism and integrity.Savannah is informative, knowledgeable and kind. She should be part of the management or corporate leadership. It’s difficult finding exceptional (KIND & caring) people at properties—I thank her for clear communication and her personality. Property is great, enjoyed my unit, and the quick turnaround with maintenance. He was a very hard working man.Ask for Savannah! She is GREAT! 🙌🏼(She needs to be recognized for her hard work and promoted)

Ive lived her since August 2024. I really love living here. I do have some cons but starting with the pros...Property is well maintained. They take cleanliness seriously and the porter takes extra effort to find trash and maintain pet waste stations. The maintenance guy Chris is on top of everything and very knowledgeable on how to fix things or adjust. Hes very resourceful and sweet dude. Savannah is also very resourceful and greatly cares about the property and its people. Shes amazing at what she does and I see her being the manager very soon if sunridge is smart. The neighbors are nice, quiet usually, and the plumbing is very good. Temps actually change quickly and no problems when it was below freezing. My last apartment at City Park had a pipe burst so that was nice lol.My cons/feedback is all apartment complexes make the 2nd and 3rd floors cheaper in price because its inconvenient to not be on the first floor. North park should consider the opposite here because of how poorly constructed the buildings and parking lot is. The rooms have a lot of windows and plenty of light, with great views— if youre on the second and third floor. But the first floor only has the benefit that its the first floor. Everyone who has windows facing the parking lot has to keep them closed because of all the cars facing them/car lights/multiple people coming by/noise etc. Also we get way more noise from being next to the road than second or third. Lastly, it really sucks the ceiling/floor is so thin that I can hear my neighbors use their washer/dryer or anything else everyday. Im considering staying another year if I go to a different floor 🤔 bur its annoying to move all our stuff just for a floor. So Ill be thinking on it.Overall Im enjoying my time here. I just wish it was cheaper. Probably going to be the big issue for me come renewing.

North Park Landing Apartments is a fantastic place to live! The community is clean and quiet, the staff is friendly and responsive, and the amenities are great. The apartments are modern and spacious, plus the location is super convenient. Highly recommend!

Moving to DFW and called to get more info. Spoke with Karen on the phone and she gave such detailed information, so I scheduled a tour!! The property is beautiful with really nice amenities. Great location with easy access to Downtown! I was very impressed!!

Within the past few months of my initial complaint, Savannah and Amber have made so many efforts to correct all issues. I’m very satisfied with how they handled everything. I also wanted to say thanks for all that the team has done. My aunt who is like my mom passed away a month ago and the entire team has been so supportive and helpful. At the end of the day, you want a team that will show up for you and that’s exactly what they’ve done.

I started out looking at reviews for these apartments just like you and eventually I just walked in to see the place for myself and I’m so glad I did! As soon as I walked into the leasing office I was greeted by Savannah who is AMAZING! Truly one of the sweetest most patient people I’ve ever met. And she is not the only one Alyssa and especially the Manager Amber is exceptional as well. I had so many questions when I came in that anyone else would’ve easily dismissed me or would give me the bare minimum attention. That is not the case here , these ladies really made sure I was well informed and told me everything I needed to set me up for success. Can not say enough good things about them! As for the apartments I can honestly say that I am a very happy resident now! These apartments are brand new and I love it! They have a very warm and modern clean aesthetic and easy to navigate the buildings. I was worried about the parking at first but after being here for a month I have yet to have any issues! I really like the gym here they have all of your basic equipment and one room even has a virtual trainer which is pretty cool!They have a decent pool, it’s not too big but also hasn’t been to crowded even with all the heat lately which is nice! Also you are so close to alliance and presido area with lots of stuff to do with out having to worry about all the traffic which was exactly what I was looking for! All in all these apartments were perfect for me and I highly recommend!

Wow! I came in and took a tour with Alyssa, and it was honestly the best apartment experience I have had in my search. She was so kind and extremely knowledgeable with the information about the place. She cared about why I was moving, and met every expectation I had. I would definitely recommend asking for her when looking at these apartments. On my way out I talked with Amber and Savannah and they were very great as well! 100% recommend north park landing.

This property is beautiful and the current new staff is willing to help and communicate. Definitely a place to call home with trusted office staff. Property upkeep is wonderful, no complaints.

Wonderful staff, lovely apartments, but if you’re moving in anytime soon be aware that there aren’t enough parking spots.I’ve had to park in the future resident spots and at the YMCA across the street because I get home in the evening to find all spots taken.So if you’re a multi-vehicle family this may not be the place for you. Other than that I’ve loved living here!

I had the extreme pleasure of meeting and talking with Alyssa the other day! I had a ton of questions. Her knowledge and professionalism was off the charts! I was so impressed with her! I will be coming back in as I am able to get my moving date lined up and all my ducks in a row. She made me feel like I had finally found a home again. I am looking forward to visiting with her again, and can not recommend her or these apartments high enough! Thank you Alyssa for making me feel so welcome!

My husband and I toured here last Tuesday and were approved by Friday! We fell in love with this complex and didn’t even tour anything else. Savannah was amazing and was very helpful with the application process and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. We can’t wait to move in! :)

I recently stopped in and was provided a tour of the property by Amber and Alyssa. Both were super friendly and very professional. Both ladies were very knowledgeable of the property and amenities. I was so impressed with the apartments. The windows provided so much natural lighting and the storage throughout was amazing. The gym and pool was my favorite. The size of the gym offered plenty of room and was equipped with the newest technology of workout equipment. I’m reaching back out when my current lease is up. Love the property.

I have been waiting for these apartments to be built and I am so excited to live here. The experience from applying, touring, etc was amazing. Amber and Alyssa are definitely the BEST. The amenities are amazing but the gym is to die for! The most unique part is the apartment door. The green is just simply beautiful :)

These are brand new apartments and very beautiful from inside. Katie was really helpful and quick throughout the process.Amber was very helpful throughout.Maintenance was quick.The gym and other amenities are wonderful.So far, its great!!!

Toured these apartments with my wife and this place is beautiful. Our lease doesn’t end till December but we will definitely be moving here. The gym sold us. Alyssa and Amber were very nice. We even passed the maintenance man Stephen while touring and he stopped to make sure to say hi to us. Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful.

My boyfriend just moved into these apartments! They are beautiful and peaceful. The manager Amber was very swift and nice to him with his moving process! I forgot the other lady name but she was friendly as well. I can’t wait until my lease is up at my house I’m sure I’ll be moving there in about 4 more months!!
