I recently had the pleasure of working with Lucy at North Hills Place Apartments during my move, and I cant say enough good things about her! From the very beginning, Lucy made the entire process seamless and stress-free. She ensured that my apartment was ready for me and was incredibly attentive to all my needs.What stood out the most was Lucys patience and professionalism. She never once rushed me to sign my lease or move in, which really made me feel valued as a prospective tenant. Her sweet demeanor and genuine care for her clients truly set her apart. This was very refreshing!I highly recommend Lucy to anyone looking for a wonderful experience when moving to North Hills Place Apartments. Thank you, Lucy, for making my transition so easy!

Ms. Lucy the leasing agent is an absolute gem. My experience living here has been so peaceful and simple, while all still being affordable. This place is a blessing in my eyes!!! Very safe, a nice community:)

Absolutely the best experience I have had when looking for a new place to call home! Lucy is straight up amazing! My wife and I just happened upon North Hills Place after leaving another property (we had an appointment, but they decided to have a meeting instead and wanted to reschedule us). Quite the opposite with Lucy! She was actually in a meeting with other managers, and stopped what she was doing to give us the 5-star treatment. We toured an apartment, had all of our questions and all while they had been busy in a meeting when we got there. We absolutely loved it. We did tour a few more properties, but knew even before we left here that this was our next home. We applied, and within a couple hours were approved (pending income verification. Total process was 2 days). We really look forward to moving in and seeing what the future holds for us at North Hills Place! THANK YOU LUCY!

I have been here a couple of weeks, and the management and maintenance have always been respectful and right on time with my work orders! Lucy the manager here at NHP has been a fresh of breath air. She has been so kind and evident with every one of our needs. Dave the maintenance has been so patient and helpful with all of our apartment issues. Even the minor ones! The community is so quiet and is always well kept, and clean. You can tell Lucy loves and cares for her tenants. Our apartment is great, and just right for my little family.

I have been here for 17 years now, new manager Lucy and our maintenance man David who have been here 1 year or more have been the two most on the spot to take of any service calls and issues I have turned in for a long time . They are always been very courteous to me and do there best to keep property clean. I hope they stick around because we have had too many managers over the years.

Great place to live. Lucy our manager is absolutely awesome. She has been getting so many things. Taking care of the property looks great and the new maintenance guy David came in a completes all our work order request!

Helped my mom move in last week the apartment was clean and we haven’t seen any bugs. However the few issues we have had can’t seem to be addressed due to no maintenance. Gilbert in the office is nice & is helpful.

Great apartment complex! I am actually extremely happy we have a tow company that comes out and tows cars that don’t belong. As a resident I need parking and when I come home after 10 the parking lot is completely packed. Get the cars without permits out of our complex!

Weve been here for a little over 4 years & weve always been taken care of but April has gone above & beyond for us. In our eyes she is GOLDEN! Thank you for being YOU April!

We moved into a duplex here a few months ago from living in an Apt & absolutely love it here! Its nice & quiet, big back yard, a carport, great neighbors & the staff here is awesome!
