Avery is very friendly and made the leasing/application process very easy. We looked at a handful of units and are impressed with the upkeep of the property especially compared to other properties in Austin. The office is well communicating and maintenance has already completed a few service requests for us quickly :)

Ms. EMILY BROWN! Thank you so much for helping me with my request. Although I have never lived here, there were some issues i was having on my credit report because of an application I submitted 2 years ago. Long story short, the issue was with my credit agency not with property management and Emily was very quick and helpful. Truly appreciate the great customer service.

Resident for over 3 years.Ive lived at McNeil Ranch for over 3 years and honestly love it here. I have lived in two different units, both are beautiful and quiet.Yes,there isnt a lot of extra parking, but that is why there isnt random people walking around. The units have their own garage so parking is adequate.This community is polite, private, and clean. The location is extremely convenient; McNeil Ranch is surrounded by Parmer, McNeil, and 183 so its easy to travel between Round Rock and Austin. You might expect to hear a lot of traffic but you really cant.Another huge location advantage: Jollyville Elementary School next door is within RRISD while the apartments are in Travis.Sure, there are some cons but they definitely do not outweigh the pros.Cons:•Pricey (Its Austin)•Cant opt out of paying for valet trash pick-up•Bees during the summer (there are a lot of trees and flowers)•Electricity Cost (I personally like to be warm and keep my unit at 78 degrees and my bill is still on average $140- $180)

Its been awesome working with the Noa Staff they are understanding and always very communicative and helpful.The office staff is always very welcoming to the office. We love working with the Emily Brown (Manager) and Adrian Ciobu (Maintenance Supervisor) they are a great team and looking forward to keep working with them for many years.-Magic Hands

I have been living here nearly 3 years and I love it! Such a quiet place and close to nearly everything. Not crazy about the massive rent increase, but it’s still a great place to live. Emily in the front office is AWESOME! Super sweet, very responsive and she always keeps in touch. The maintenance guys are so cool! Very responsive, approachable, they always wave when I drive by, they get stuff done the same day. The property is well kept (minus the recycling at the back of the property). Knocking down the Gazebo hurt my heart a little bit, not sure why they did that. Other than that, I love that each unit comes with a garage and I like that we don’t have a lot of visitor spaces for parking (I lived in other areas and people were constantly either parking in your assigned spot or leaving vehicles for days at a time clogging up available parking). If you’re not worried about rent prices, great place to live.

We were truly amazed at how much we enjoyed living here out of all the apartments we have lived in. The size of the bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, kitchen was larger than any we have lived in. Having an attached over sized garage was awesome too! We were able to have my husbands shelves, tools and the ability to park the car in the garage. We felt we were in a home rather than apartment. We had a great porch that we sit out on in the morning or late evenings. Great atmosphere with the trees. It was a great experience as we were preparing to move into our home. Staff is awesome - Michelle & Jeanette were most accommodating and friendly. When we first moved in there were a few minor issues that were fixed immediately by maintenance. Swimming at night was wonderful - neighbors great! Parking had some issues (not too many spaces) when guests came but we always worked it out. All in all we will miss living here but grateful for the experience. Also, I read the review regarding the utilities. This place was the cheapest of utilities compared to other apartments. We were surprised at how low the utility bills were compared to where we have lived before.

My mom and I stopped by to view the property on Friday October 14, 2022. I fell in love with this place. It is adorable, well kept and modern. Emily was super friendly, informative and professional. She gave us the tour and was helpful and answered all our questions. I can tell she cares about the property and the residents we saw her interact with. That means so much as once you move in thats where it counts when you need work orders or have issues. Its nice to have a staff that cares. The townhome we viewed was up to date, fresh and clean. The fitness center and clubhouse areas were super cute. The community was well kept. We didnt notice any trash or debris. I am definitely considering moving to NoA on McNeil!

I lived at this complex for two years and let me just say it was amazing, and a blast. They constantly had catered lunches and treats every month for free, and kept the complex clean! I want to draw attention also to the maintenance team there, Jonathan and Adrian, who any time I had an issue it felt like they were right there. They did everything in their power to help me out no matter what. Emily is also a joy to have in the office and will happily answer any questions or concerns you have. Good job team, keep it up!

I just realized when I posted that it posted an old review of Townhomes At Sendera Trails so I wanted to update that posting so lets try this again😀 we have lived here for going on 4 years now and last year we moved into one of the new renovated townhomes, and we absolutely love it! The office staff and the maintenance staff are wonderful. I have never had an issue with either one. We love the location of these townhomes & we feel safe. The improvement of getting a ceiling fan and light in the living room has been awesome. A Nest to control our homes temperature has been very helpful and energy efficient We are really enjoying our new spacious kitchen and all the renovations done to the townhouse. We hope to be long time residents of The Townhomes of Sendera Trail! AND if you have little four-legged family members they will love it here too. 6/1/2021

I wanted to say thank you to the service supervisor Johnathan Dufner at NOA on McNeil. He is incredible at what he does, always so accommodating and knowledgeable. He has managed to fix every issue I had, usually within an hour or so of me putting in the request. This community has gone through a few property management companies and I can definitely say the current Simpson Housing Management is really fantastic. Thank you for taking care of your residents so well!

Moved here last December and I ABLSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! at first I was scared after reading older reviews, but I am so glad I continued with the process..I just signed the lease to move into a bigger unit!! thats how much I love it here!! Management is great! and I LOVE how fast the maintenance team is to fix any issues! they are always walking around cleaning and making sure the complex is clean. I could go on and on bragging about Sendera Trails! It really does feel like home!!

I had a lot of reserved judgement for the new management company but they have proven to care about the residences. Our lease is expiring soon but we wanted to stay and stay in the same unit. The leasing office was more than accommodating to do renovations and let us store our stuff until its complete.Also Im appreciative of the staff. I had a lost package in the new Hub they use and Michelle went out her way to help me track down the package and find it. Really thankful for that during the holiday season. Thank you Michelle.I have been very suffice with the new changes and new management.

Such a great community, Ive been here close to a year now and I will most definitely be renewing my lease. Theres no reason to leave. Maintenance is quick and responsive, my requests are usually completed at 2 day max. I have recommended Townhomes at Sendera Trails to all my friends who are looking for a place!

My daughter and I love our two bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome. Lots of storage which I needed coming from a 4 bedroom home. Yes it is true our electric bills are high probably due to the age of the a/c units and furnaces because we do not run our a/c low or furnance high and probably due to the layout of the units and:or insulation. The office personal are always helpful and friendly and my maintenance requests are always completed quickly and they are very friendly as well. Quiet community for the most part but of course you do hear doors slamming or people playing music etc, but that is to be expected. Many pet owners do not pick up after their dogs :(. Not that that is the community’s fault. I would recommend these townhomes to others. Just praying our rent doesn’t take a jump when time to renew or we will have to move.

Best apartment community I have ever lived hands down for the following reasons:1. Townhomes, feels like I own the place, garage to pull right into, no walking from the other side of the community, just up the stairs & home I am!2. Community is small & quaint but has a lot to offer, gym-open 24 hrs, dog park-love it, pool for being cool-what else do you need!!?3. Staff, Michelle is the friendliest manager I have ever met -she goes above and beyond to help you & always makes time to chat.4 Maintenance, I have never waited more than 24 hours for anything to get repaired

Have lived in McNeil Ranch for one year, and planning continue our contactor for long. All the problem which we faced have already reported to their manager team and get fixed. It is a quite place and nice green land. People living there are nice. And a lot of dog lover walking their dog which is cute. The maintenance technician is efficiency and job done with great quality.

We love living at Sendera Trails! Quiet neighbourhood, good amenities, and affordable. We were initially disappointed that it took so long to finish the fitness center and pool but understand that covid played a role in this also. Highly recommend anyone to live here and my electric bill is normal as you can see and I live in a 3x2 bedroom townhome.

Really nice lived here going on 7 months quiet tucked away community, great location, close to everything. Management and maintenance are very attentive and friendly. Community is a mix of working professionals, older couples and families. The units are nice and spacious electric bill is high for whatever reason. Overall its a great place to live, with an amazing location.
