After living in Bay City for over a year and constant searches for a new apartment. I finally found what I was looking for. Thanks to Erica Ramirez at New Haven in Bay City I was able to find a beautiful apartment, beyond adequate living conditions, and did I say AFFORDABLE!!! Her customer service was beyond reproach. It was amazing to see that there are good people still in this world. She quickly understood what I was looking for and help me stay within my budget, to be honest actually under it! If anyone is looking for an apartment, I definitely recommend you come see her as quick as you can!

IsdA great place to start over again.Moved in 04/2021, with a previous Managment company. They were decent then.Michelle, Erica and Maintanence team are doing a wonderful job of updating and remodeling these apts.The community is great as well. Never had any issues with my neighbors. Its a pretty quiet place to reside in.Give them a visit and see for yourself all of the hard work they have been doing.Also, 5 stars for Maintenance!! Very quick and efficient work.

Very nice and clean complex management and staff very friendly and fast on the process to get moved in. If you out and about on the property and the management team or maintenance people are out they will stop and talk to you asking how your day is going or if you experience any problems with your apartment. Maintenance very quick to respond when u post a problem on a request. Recommend this place to anybody trying to move in

Im a current resident, I have been here for about 3 months. These apartments have came along way. The inside of my apartment was amazing shoutout to the maintenance team this is the 1st apartments complex I lived in that the maintenance guys shows up fast finds the problem and fixed it.

My experience with the apartments has been the best! The girls in the office and the maintenance guys are always attentive to us residents. I recommend the apartments!!!
