    Weve lived here for a couple months now!! We love our apartment! It feels very safe, little noise, no bugs, right across the street is a huge shopping area, and the place is super cute and spacious!

    I have been living at Monticello by the Vineyard Dallas 76039 since 2019. The office and maintenance people are awesome. Gaby the lady in office extremely helpful courteous and friendly. Maintenance staff Juan/Andres/Adrien outstanding. No sooner a request goes out they’re at your door, does a good job. Its a quiet and clean community. I would recommend this place to anyone

    My boyfriend and I have lived at this complex for 2 years and have sincerely enjoyed our time here. Gabby and the maintenance staff are kind, always available, and create a great community atmosphere. We have never lived somewhere that took care of the residents in this way. Also, the dog park is incredible, it definitely lives up to it being Euless’ largest dog park. We just renewed our lease for a third time! Thank you guys again for everything

    Ive lived here almost a year now. Ive only had good experiences with the office staff and maintenance. Every time Ive contacted the office for any kind of maintenance problem theyve come out very quickly to fix my issue. The grounds are always maintained. The lighting around the complex are always working. I feel safe to walk my dog at night or early morning. I love living here at Monticello by the Vineyard.Ive lived here 3 years now and Andres Kock on the maintenance staff is a wonderful addition to the Monticello staff. Hes on time and hes fixed the issues we were experiencing the first time. He also checks back to make sure everything is still working right. All around knowledgeable of maintenance and a very nice person.

    Ive been living here about 3 months now and its been mostly great. Gabby has been the most helpful and kind! If there is a problem or I need help with something, she is the go to. She 100% needs a promotion, she should be running this place as the current manager is not interested in the tenants and has been rather rude. Gabby is so intentional in knowing all of us and doing everything she can to fix whatever problem we have. Maintenance has been very kind as well. They dont necessarily fix the issue but are so so kind and, in my experience, have been attentive and fast to show up. What people say about AC is real, it never works and they dont listen in fixing it, plus the gate really is always broken. But its a nice complex and I really cant stress enough how great Gabby is. If not for her, Id find a new apartment. Seriously give her the management role.

    I’ve been looking for a nice spacious three-bedroom apartment and Monticello definitely came through..I walked into the office the for the first time and I was greeted by Amber, she was very respectful and helpful she explained to me what was needed and we got the ball rolling from there.. From that point on I was working with Gabby who was amazing as well super respectful explain everything verbatim and she was excellent on communicating with me. I really enjoy my apartment and I love the area that I’m in I gave it a four star because it did not come with the washing machine and dryer but it’s OK I can work around that overall everything else and about my apartment is great!

    This apartment complex is very well kept up with. I have no complaints. The apartments are very insulated which is HUGE since I have upstairs neighbors. The management.. is AMAZING! I moved from out of the state and they made the transition as easy as it possibly could have been. They are professional and extremely helpful. The complex is centrally located, quiet, and I’ve already met some of my neighbors who are very friendly. Loving it here at Monticello by the Vineyard. I would also like to give a big thank you to Nancy & Janet. You guys are amazing.

To say that the community is very large with many units, getting apartments upgraded and ready, they have their hands full. But through all of that, the ladies in the office and maintenance are always available. I am proud to call Monticello by the Vineyard my new home and look forward enjoying all of the amazing amenities, the walking around, beautiful views with trees galore and most importantly, my apartment space, which I really love!

    I have lived here for 2 years and I love it. A quiet and clean, well cared for property. Any maintenance issues are tended to without delay. Karina and the other ladies in the office are friendly and personable. I feel valued as a resident and it is by far one of the best apartments I have ever lived at. The pool area was recently renovated and it looks and feels like a resort pool, so its a great place to hang out on a hot summer day. Lots of residents have been here for multiple years so that speaks volumes for the property too.

    Monticello by the Vineyard has been my home for about two years now. I felt that it was a decent place when I moved in. It has consistently improved since I arrived. Noticeably so, with the addition of the current staff. They’ve been helpful and considerate with any request I’ve made so far. They really have done a fantastic job bringing this property back to a great standard.

    The best part is the pool area. Its s great layout and awesome on the weekends. The renovated apartments are great too and look awesome. Any maintenance issue gets fixed promptly. Amber, the property manager, is also fantastic. She worked with me on an issue and helped us out. My biggest complaint has been the dog owners that dont clean up after their pets even though theres pet trash bins all over, but management is working to fix that.

    We lived here about 1.5 years before buying a new house. We cant tell how much we loved this community, very clean and maintained. Friendly staffs and handy men that come to fix everything on the next day. Highly recommend, clean, convenient, and quiet place to call home. 👍

    Ive been living in this community for more than a year. And recently getting a situation with new neighbor because of the noise during the night. Honestly the noise isolation of the building is not pretty good but the management team did all they can to help me solve the problem. The community is clean and the maintenance team are friendly and always on time.

    Just moved into Monticello and have LOVED my experience here so far! Had a move-in date less than a week away from when I toured apartments and without Gabrielles professional and awesome work, it would have been so much harder! Her and Mariah both were SO easy to contact and responded super fast with my questions and concerns. The apartments are beautiful and recently renovated in a super classy way! Definitely excited to live in Euless again, specifically because Im loving my apartment (and did you see how close it is to EVERYTHING!) Highly recommend!!

    The place looks extremely well kept up. The pool behind the office is perfect if u have kids, it has a little kiddie/tanning pool. Do I dont have to be on edge watching every move they make (well we do that anyway).The pool itself is ALWAYS well kept and crystal blue. I VERY MUCH enjoy going ther with my friend who is a resident. Cant give enuf info to judge in regards to actually residing there. Although my friends place is very nice. I do kno her rent is quite steep tho.

    Monticello is a quiet and lovely property and truly the location is perfect for getting around the DFW area. The grounds are well-maintained and maintenance folks are fabulous! The office staff is also very responsive when needed! A couple negatives are the stranglehold ATT has regarding internet and tv viewing choices. I really wish we could have more choices. And that pesky back gate...

    I don’t actually live at the Monticello. I am simply writing this review because I called to get some apartment information and the leasing consultant I spoke with was extremely helpful. I am in the apartment industry myself and I know what questions should be asked while on the phone with a prospect and Trel (the leasing consultant) went above and beyond to ask all the right questions, he described the apartment, the amenities, and also made sure to inform me of their management company and their staff. If I were a shop, I’d give him a 100%! Trel, thank you for your time and your willingness to help me find an apartment suited for my family.

    It was a positive experience for my family. Clean with friendly maintenance staff. Parking for guest or a second vehicle is a little hard to find at times, however were very happy with our experience. Close to EVERYTHING!

    This is a great place to live! The property is well kept and the maintenance group is especially prompt, friendly and attentive. I appreciate the office staff and their communication to the residents. It’s centrally located to shopping and entertainment.

I appreciate Ericas sincere concern and consideration in reaching out to me to resolve this matter...Based on my original post below before this matter was resolved I gave the Monticello by the Vineyard 1 Star...Thanks to Erica reaching out to me to resolve this matter, I must say I am impressed with with the top notch professionalism I have been shown through the resolution of this matter...I can now say I believe the Monticello by the Vineyard is well deserving of 5 Stars...Thanks to Erica, my positive impression of the Monticello by the Vineyard has been restored. Thank You Erica for your concern and compassion.******************************************RESOLVED...[Original Post] BEWARE !!! They will take your money for an Administration Fee of $150.00 in applying for an apartment and put you under a false premise of what your deposit is expected to be only to APPROVE you and tell you that you need to pay an astronomical amount for a deposit to move in (not double the deposit amount posted to potential applicants but DOUBLE THE MARKET RATE OF THE RENT to move in !!!!) ... Most complexes will disclose in writing that a deposit could be up to an additonal amount that is ad much as the same amount of 1 months rent etc... etc... so people are fully informed prior to applying... This complex NEVER disclosed this in writing or even verbally prior to my applying. By the way, a fair credit score can still result in you needing to pay a ridiculous and unreasonable deposit amount...
