My husband and I have lived here since January 2016 and we love it!!! We have never had any problems or issues that weren’t resolved in a timely matter. The leasing office has an amazing team. I have dealt with Lyric, Deborah, Tatiyanna, Taryn and others many times in the past and they’ve always been friendly and excellent at their jobs! The maintenance team is excellent as well. Any time I’ve put in a request, it has been attended to promptly…Come and check out this beautiful complex, the views of the La Cantera golf course and Fiesta Texas fireworks are AMAZING!

The manager, Lyric, was SO SWEET in helping a client of mine get approved to move in when she had already left for the day. It was a quick turn around for her and her staff to process the application before my client’s needed move in date, but they got it done. They were kind and communicative through the entire process, and really saved the day!

Great apartment overall with an amazing location. I am a student and have been living here for a little over 2 years, I am in a 2bed 2bath and it is very spacious. The maintenance is very efficient and effective. My only complaints are that the gym is very small, the dog park is very lacking and my apartment is very dusty even with consistent dusting and cleaning. The windows aren’t very new either but other than that I have had a great experience living here.

Beautiful pool area! Plenty of barbecue pits near the pool and around the apartment complex. The Maintenance workers are very nice. Quiet environment. Great gym! Staff here are always willing to jump in and help!

The facilities are nice and well-maintained. I never had an issue receiving timely maintenance in my apartment. I had to submit requests for small things like a cabinet door falling off or the smoke detector running out of battery and they were always handled within 1-2 days. No issues with pests. The staff at the leasing office is great and very helpful. I had an enjoyable stay.There are very annoying predatory fees at the end. My bed sheets slightly stained a small part of one wall, plus a couple other small spots that lost paint from taking of wall adhesive, and I was charged $125 for paint. I was charged for $125 for cleaning even though I vacuumed and wiped down all surfaces when leaving. I was charged $175 for not getting professional cleaners for the carpet. Of course that is not a surprise as it is in the contract, but absurd nonetheless. Overall not the best place to stay if tight on cash.Depending on what building you are in, you can hear Six Flags- rides and screams, etc.- which may annoy some people but the views and fireworks can also be quite nice. I did not view the occasional noise as an issue.

My experience here was okay!My unit was clean and everything was present upon move in. The tour and signing process was quick and easy. The units are super roomy and cozy too. The gym is nice and quiet, has everything simple you’d need.Management was always helpful and friendly, although a bit unorganized. For example, when I moved in my key and key code for the gate were not working. I went to the office after a week or so to address this, they resolved the issue right away said the girls working when I moved in must have forgotten. They were a little bit difficult to reach through email, but I could always call or go in the office if I needed anything. I had no complaints about noise nor about any of my neighbors. There were some issues with robberies of unlocked cars at night, a guest of mine also having their stuff taken. But emphasis on unlocked, so not too much concern there. Management did make residents aware which was much appreciated. Location was convenient, just take into consideration Six Flags closing time traffic around I-10 on the weekends and especially on holidays (fright fest, 7/4, and NYE they sometimes close the side of the road coming in from I10). But other than that getting to La Cantera, The Rim, I10, and 1604 was easy.The main thing I wish I would have taken into consideration when moving here were the speed bumps. They are TERRIBLE! I have to understand as this complex has many families with kids, and I’m sure speeding would be a major issue. I don’t disagree with them, but I do think they should be a factor in deciding where to live because they do suck that bad. Your guests will complain too.My move out process was good! I didn’t get any crazy charges which was so nice. The things they did report issues on were laughable, I couldn’t even be upset.Overall, this was a good place to live. There were some inconveniences but nothing unbearable (other than the speed bumps haha). Management was always friendly and helpful which to me is the most important. :)

About a month ago, I packed up my life and moved to Mira Vista Apartments from two hours away, despite some mixed reviews I came across online. And guess what? It’s turned out to be a fantastic decision. The vibe here in San Antonio at Mira Vista is something special.When I first drove down to check out the apartment, the office was buzzing with people. Yet amidst all that, the manager saw me and came right over. She didn’t just answer my questions, but also gave me a quote for the apartment I was eyeing the night before, and offered a full tour right then and there. I was blown away by this warm, personal touch and signed the lease the next day!The friendly faces of the property manager, Lyric, and the leasing agent, Juliette, have made all the difference. When an unexpected change in my work and school schedule had me scrambling to move in earlier, they bent over backwards to make it happen. Seriously, these folks are a dream to work with.Moving in was a breeze and the apartment felt brand new. I read some old reviews mentioning hiccups with new appliances but hey, that happens everywhere, right? So far, everything’s been working like a charm for me. Plus, they have pest control service, I think its every week or every two weeks, but I havent put in a request since I havent had any issues.I love the quiet, peaceful walks with my dog here. Though I haven’t bumped into kids around, the neighbors Ive met are super friendly. We’re already exchanging hellos and small talk in the hallway.And kudos to the maintenance team! They’re out and about every day, keeping the place looking sharp. It’s the little things like seeing them pick up small debris that shows me they care.I’ve noticed that people often rush to write reviews when things go south, but good experiences deserve a shoutout too. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to move to Mira Vista. If you’re on the fence, come down, take a tour, and feel the welcoming vibe here.

We absolutely love it here! I was worried due to some of the ratings! But it blows my mind reading those and then comparing it to my experience here! Lydia was absolutely amazing! She has been so helpful since day one! I ask so many questions and I am very picky! She has had everything done that was needed before move in and I have no complaints! Anytime I needed something it was taken care of immediately. Anytime I have been told they will call back they always do! The location is great! The apartments are beautiful! And there is so much to do just in the apartment complex. I am extremely happy with Mira Vista! I don’t know about all the staff in the office but I can personally say working with Lydia has been great! So ask for her!

Great place to call home! My apartment is huge and very comfortable. All employees are amazing and always willing to assist in any way possible. Any issue that I have, staff are on it and take care of it immediately. My first time living in an apartment on my own and I am loving it. Strongly recommend!

Despite the number of college kids living here, it is very quiet and there is a really good feeling of community. Everyone regularly gets together to share food and laughs at the pool. The time is family friendly and efforts are made to keep it that way.I have had to call maintenance several times and never have had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to come to my apartment and fix the issue. They are very good about explaining the issue.The office staff is very helpful and everything has always been prompt and to my liking. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet place to live.

I submitted a couple of long overdue work orders late on a Friday afternoon 2/17/23 for some mundane items, sticking front door deadbolt lock, broken kitchen sink faucet “wouldn’t switch between stream and spray modes”, and some separating caulking in the bathroom tub faucet plumbing wall penetrations.Mark the maintenance guy showed up at around noon the following day, Saturday 2/18/23. Less than 24 hours after submitting the original work request. Mark has gone above and beyond to fix my front door deadbolt, kitchen sink faucet, and sealing bathtub plumbing fixtures in a timely manner. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes.I was particularly impressed with Marks attention to detail and his ability to diagnose and resolve the issues quickly and efficiently. His expertise and knowledge in the area of maintenance and repair were evident in his work, which was done to a high professional standard.Marks friendly and courteous manner also made the experience of working with him a pleasure. He was responsive, communicative, and accommodating, and he made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction.Mark is a true professional and excellent representative of the Mira Vista staff, Community, and I greatly appreciated his services today. 10/10 would recommend Mark come address whatever issues you have within your dwelling.Overall, His skills, professionalism, and commitment to quality service are unparalleled. I lived at Mira Vista from 2017 until 2023, I have seen several management teams come and go, and the current ones seem to be the best. They were flexible when I needed to extend my vacate day due to the lack of quality from the home builder I was using.

Lived here for over 4 years, and never had a problem with management, the building, etc... Can you get better views in any apartment in SA? Since the upgrades, the apartments are really nice, staff takes care of problems in a timely manner, and you are in a really nice area close to major employers. And of course, there are always minor problems everywhere, but we never had to deal with anything major, so I give 5 stars.

To make the most of everyones time, I usually submit multiple work orders so everything can be done more efficiently. With that said, we recently submitted 10, more or less, Jose arrived and got down to business. He is very knowledgeable of what does or doesnt work, and he takes great pride in whatever the job is. He was training a young man, explaining how to fix the various issues, and checking them off as they were solved. All of the orders were taken care of in about 30/35 mins, with smiles and have a nice day, we said our goodbyes. He is very professional, efficient and a great asset to the maintenance team.

I lived here for the past year and I absolutely loved it! In fact, the only reason Im leaving is because Im moving to Austin, and I chose to live at the same apartment complex they have in Austin. I really dont know what the bad reviews are about. Ive never had any problems and when I did the maintenance was quick to respond and fix the issue. Maybe the only thing I have to complain about is a time I was supposed to get a package, went to the office to see if they had it, and they said no. A few weeks later they called me saying theyve had a package here for me for weeks. So that was pretty annoying but whatever. All together I thought it was a great and safe place to live and I wish I could stay here longer!

Before I moved here I was scared since all the reviews here are pretty negative but I also had some friends that used to live here and loved it. I took a chance and decided to rent here and am very happy with this place. Nice apartments and size and a great location. There are parties going on at the pool very often but dont really bother me. Curbside trash could be picked up quicker but other than that, this place is pretty good. Staff is nice and the one time I had an maint issue they came out that same day.

This place is so great not only for its location right next to Six flags and near UTSA. The apartments and the entire complex look great and the price cannot be beat. Each balcony has great size, lots of privacy and at the same time a great view of Six flags rides in the background. This is a perfect and affordable place for students. We recommend this place hands down!

This is a great place to live for several reasons: near the Shops at La Cantera, near the RIM, near UTSA (3-minute bus ride), friendly people (tenants and staff). There are some downsides you should be aware of, just like any place. Many improvements are being made including new roofing tiles for all the buildings (=noise, although temporary). Gate is always broken. Fireworks from nearby Fiesta Texas are really loud for 20 minutes every night during the season. But the one that really bothers me is the air conditioner in the gym is perpetually broke. So unless you dont mind exercising in 110 degrees and 75% humidity, windows closed, youll be sorely disappointed in the gym, although the equipment is of good quality.

Honestly I miss living at this apartment complex after moving to the San Miguel. This complex has a great pool, helpful staff, and their maintenance was on point every time I needed repairs. There are college students living at this property, but I hardly heard a peep out of them. My only qualm with this place is the number of irresponsible parents that live here and refuse to control their children while at the pool. That and as neat as you may think the fireworks can be, theyre pretty darn annoying after a while.

Nice place to stay! Lot of apartments with single and double bedroom facility. Many Indians are also staying due to its proximity to Indian stores, Temple and its close to UTSA also. Maintenance centre is there to attend to repairs and other problems. The swimming pools are nicely maintained. This community also has security arrangement like entry and exit through automated doors.

If you are moving in from out of town and dont really know where to go. This complex is your best bet! The price is amazing for the location. It is located right across the street from the best shopping in San Antonio, next to fiesta Texas, next to La Cantera Resort and Spa, and only a 15 minute drive from Boerne which is a cute town. The grounds are beautiful.

I have been living in the Mira Vista at la cantera apartments at the quarry for nine months, and until now I have been pleased with the service provided by the administration of the departments, I requested a copy of the contract and they had it ready in 10mintand with courteous treatment, also request some repairs in the house, a cleaning in the hall outside, and pest control for the apartment, and the next day in the morning they sent the staff to carry out said workwithquickly, and efficiently ..my personal experience living here so far has been good.
