Management was very nice and helpful. She was able to work with us on down payment and was very patient with me especially with my 3 kids with me who were so hyper. She is very friendly kind sweet loved her prices there I would say very affordable compared to other properties around the neighborhood.

Really happy with my decision. The staff was very kind and helpful and gave me a personal tour of the building and grounds before I moved in. The amenities are top-notch, with modern facilities, a great gym and pool, and beautiful landscaping. Its also located conveniently close to downtown and all the restaurants/shops there. Overall, Im very satisfied with Metro 404 Apartments - its a great place to call home!1

Highly recommend! The management really are the best hosts you can find. Apartments are in very good condition and exceeded my expectations! Management is always available to satisfy our requests.

Management has good communication with us. Maintenance has responded quickly to our issues reported to the manager just as she told us they would. Our apartment was newly remodeled upon move in and all our appliances were furnished and seem work well. I have not experienced any rodent problems but there is a slight roach concern just like most apartments have anywhere. I think Maity (manager) does a great job and so far has been very friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit of an issue at this complex as there is just not enough spaces.

These are decent apartments through and true. I myself have lived here 3 different times over the years starting from 2012. These where my first apartments i lived when i first left home.I have seen many office managers and a few different property owners over the years. And by far this current owner is doing exceptionally well. Mayte is the office manager and she works hard. Always responds to my emails even with this pandemic going on she still attempts to accommodate our need to the best of her ability.I know that with such a great review your wondering y not give all 5 stars and well to answer your question.Its because the parking on property here does suck. But to be honest it always had and theres not much i can say in defence to that.Honestly i think the owners before screwed us cuz they could have took part of the back land from where the old building was and made an adjacent parking to the 500 block building thusly freeing up parking for the rest of us.Instead of making the parking worse by making a whole strip that was available to residential parking Visitors only. Making parking a worse calamity than it was and has been in previous years. But hey thats jst my opinion ya know.

Im looking for an apartment and stopped at cedar square. The manager was helpful and he showed me around. Saw a vacant unit completely redone. looked great. Learned that all units are getting the upgrades. Some reviews talk about parking but there was plenty open spots when I went. Too bad all the 1 bedrooms has been preleased so I cant move in. So Ill keep looking. Got put on the wait list.
