The apartment is in a great location, with easy access to the highway. The maintenance team is prompt to respond to requests. The leasing office communicates well via email and they are always hosting fun events for the apartment community. Highly recommend!

Ive lived here about 8 years and am happy with the complex and current management as a whole. They do their very best to be responsive to requests - maintenance, property upkeep and social/co-existing issues. It takes a lot of work to maintain the property, especially as it ages, and the maintenance crew does a very good job. I appreciate the added gate security over the last couple years as well. There is definitely a core of long-term residents who care about the property, and it has a friendly feel with people, kids and four-leggeds.

Why does this community only have a rating of 4.3? I feel it should be at least 4.8 or even 4.9! If youre looking for a place that makes you feel at ease and safe, this is definitely the one. The agents at the leasing office, under the leadership of Manager Grey and Manager Green, are efficient and helpful. The maintenance team is extremely efficient; once, they even came at 10 p.m. to restore my electricity. With 24-hour access control, surveillance cameras (I dont think these invade privacy; on the contrary, I believe they effectively prevent crime!), and responsible security guards, this community is incredibly safe! Such security measures are top-notch in all of Houston and even Texas!The community also has a huge parking garage (many communities dont have garages). I just left this place and really didnt want to go. I cleaned the apartment before leaving and got my full deposit back. Such honest and trustworthy leasing offices are very rare. You should know that many leasing offices will find all sorts of bizarre reasons to deduct your deposit. When the hurricane hit, the communitys power was quickly restored. Manager Grey led the maintenance team, sweating profusely to clear trash and fallen trees.Additionally, the location of this community is excellent. Its not too close to noisy commercial areas, but its still very close to Kroger, HEB, COSTCO, and Randalls, and there are many schools nearby.Ah, finally, please allow me to say that the ladies at the leasing office are absolute beauties.

Ive lived her since 2016. This complex is wonderful! The management team treats you like a customer, not a tenant, and they are constantly improving the property, which is wonderful. Marquis is a great place to live. It’s always clean, making you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Safety is a top priority, and you’ll definitely feel secure here there’s always a security guard in the front taking note of who’s entering and leaving the apartment they take down every visitor’s information after certain hours. The management team is friendly and super helpful, always ready to answer any questions you have. As for maintenance, they’re quick and efficient—any repairs are handled fast and done right the first time. Overall, it’s a well-run complex where you can enjoy a worry-free living experience.

Ive seen a lot of reviews about the location and price which, lets be clear, truly are one of the best weve found inside the loop BY FAR. But whats really been the driving force about Marquis on Pin Oak is the team here. Hands down. No question about it. As someone who has worked closely with apartments and managements in a recent job, believe me when I say these guys are beyond amazing. After our electricity was turned on following Beryl, not an hour went by that I didnt see MULTIPLE staff (leasing and maintenance alike) on the go, emails never went unanswered, all concerns addressed. Along with everything they mustve been juggling behind the scenes, the leasing and maintenance team managed to still treat the tenants as individuals. Three weeks after Beryl, our fridge still couldnt hold an appropriate temperature, so after worrying how the issue would be received amongst the mountains of their already hefty workload, I submitted a request out of desperation. When I tell you I not only got an email back almost IMMEDIATELY, I had a maintenance team member in my apartment just as fast, and a new fridge ASAP. I was so thankful I got emotional.I imagine its easy to see an email about a request after seeing so many (let alone following a natural disaster), and treat it as just words on a screen and a box to check off, but I genuinely felt like they took it serious.Grey Lemus, the community manager, always waves hi when I see him - wether Im walking to my car or walking my dog!Every time I have gone into the front office, I really am greeted with warmth and professionalism (which sounds cheesy, I freaking know but its so real here!).The front staff has ALWAYS made me feel welcome and heard when I go in there.The small monthly get togethers are so fun and casual and I LOVE IT HERE! My favorite was the popcorn bar they hosted where the members popped fresh pop corn, had candy additions and popcorn flavoring too to make your own customizable popcorn!TLDR; This is the first complex we have renewed at, and for good reason. Great leasing staff, maintenance staff, one of the best Ive ever come across by far.

Although I did not end up leasing with Marquis on Pin Oak, I was impressed with their quality of customer service while touring! I originally worked with Diana in a virtual tour, and she was always very helpful and responded quickly to emails as well. I visited the community unplanned a few days later, with no appointment, and Gray was extremely helpful! I was able to tour the apartments in person. The grounds are well-kept, and it is nice that they have a gate guard! If I ever need to move from the place I did choose, Marquis will be on my list for sure.

I hadnt rented from Marquis at Pin Oak yet, but I do like the property and property management. I really do like this property, it clean, very well maintained, and the office staff is wonderful. They have great attitudes, very knowledgeable about their property, very accomdating and kind. They strive to meet all of your needs. Jourdan Green is the one of the staff members that i have been working with, and she has mad me feel very welcomed, she is so kind, very knowledgeable of the property. so patient, just a lovely person to show you around the community. I will definitely make this place my home in the very very soon.

We’ve been tenants here for over 7.5 years. Finally getting ready to move into our first home.We’ve witnessed Harvey, Covid, and the Winter Freeze. Looking back, we were pretty fortunate to be here. The leasing office kept everyone informed and seemed to care for their residents.The maintenance team is outstanding.The pool area and the property grounds reflect that. The pool is cristal clear. I enjoyed the lap pool even during the winter when it’s heated.We have transferred a few times into different units over the years and the leasing office was very accommodating each time.I enjoyed being so close to everything. Home Depot right across the gate for those projects that require 5 subsequent visits. HEB, Walmart, Kroger, Central Market, Costco, Whole Foods, you name it, all 10 minutes away.The neighborhood is very safe in my opinion. There were definitely several times I’ve seen car wheels stolen and bicycles but the property management really stepped up over the years to curb that and created locked bike racks, access gate restrictions with community security guards and gates that are actually kept locked at all times.Thank you to Gray and the entire team, we will always have fond memories of our time here.

I recently renewed my lease here for my 3rd year and I love it. Staff is very professional and Paige is very understanding and works with you! The property manager attends to your needs and answers all questions you may have. Never had an issue in my apt that wasn’t taken care of that same day or the following day at the max. Its peaceful here and very well kept! By far the best place to live. Office and maintenance staff you guys do an amazing job and doesn’t go unnoticed! 👏🏼👏🏼

4848 Pin Oak Park is more than excellent, its the best in Unitied states! Id give it not just five stars, but a hundred if possible!! Ive lived in many apartments across the US, and this one offers the best value and service!!! One day my power went out at 10 PM, and when I called customer service, someone actually answered!!!! An electrician drove from another complex to fix it very quick!!!!! saving us from a night without electricity in Houstons summer!!!!!! Thanks to the Pin Oak Park service team, I truly feel at home here. Additionally, the community is very safe with 24-hour controlled access, and the security staff is very responsible. The garbage collection is very prompt. The leasing office staff are very friendly.

An affordable, safe, quiet, reliable place to live. Maintenance is always ready to fix anything, and office staff is really accommodating to resident needs. The grounds are well kept and I never have to worry about parking. There’s also security guards on duty to check in cars, and I appreciate how quiet it is. Another plus is that it’s pet friendly and this complex is tucked away from the busy streets. Highly recommend!

This place has A LOT OF INTEGRITY!! I wasn’t able to secure a unit due to an illegal eviction on my name but I want to say that Jordan was amazing to work with and Gray the office manager was so helpful. We applied in Feb and again recently and no luck BUT…. I must say that the property is dope! You get a heated lap pool, full updated gym, nice parking garage and amazing customer service! This place was amazing and the customer service is superb! If you apply and are denied, they actually cut a check and do their part. ASK FOR JORDAN!!! She is amazing to work with! Gray seems to be an honest and fair man and does his job more than well! I would recommend this property time and time again!!! Thank Yal for the tour and Yal time!

I have lived at the Marquis on Pin Oak Park community for 10 years and its been a great home for me and a very pleasant experience overall. The maintenance in the community is top-notch and they get any issues taken care of within a day, usually. Theres ample parking in the community so one never needs to worry about finding a spot. I lived in a one bedroom apartment unit and the floor plan is quite spacious with ample storage space. Community amenities like the gym are great with cardio, weights and resistance training equipment. Gray Lemus, the Community Director, is very hospitable and makes it a pleasant experience interacting with the leasing office. I moved out recently since I was relocating to another state and Gray made the entire process seamless. The location is great and within a 5-20 minute radius, youre able to get to downtown, Galleria, The Heights, River Oaks and Rice University. I would highly recommend this community.

Diana was the most helpful leasing agent I’ve ever encountered. I came to visit months before my move out date. Most apartments would tell me to come back closer to the date, but not Diana. She checked in on me and answered every single question imaginable.As for the apartments overall: I’ve been here for one month now. Amenities are great. Gym is smallish but there is a variety of equipment that all works! Spacious pool with BBQ pits and plenty of seating.Units have high ceilings and is very spacious for a single or duo tenants. I very rarely will hear my neighbors activities which is wonderful! Have not had issues with packages being stolen. Security guards at the front gate are helpful. Maintenance respect your time and privacy, HUGE bonus!In addition to this, I see the property manager walk around almost every day to make sure things are kept up with. I’m happy here.

This place is a place that I can feel home. Since the first day in the tour my husband and I was very happy. Diana was very receptive, very honestly, and patient with all our questions. We are living here for almost two months now and so far I have not a single complaint about here. The most important thing for me is how safe I feel here. The security is a priority in my opinion and they really work hard to keep the community safe.Other thing that is an excellent work is how staff keep the community inform about everything. We got some email about lost itens . They find it and they return to office and people are informed that they have it to be retuned.Apartment are huge, we are in a one bedroom with a study room. My friends when come here always say it looks a size of a house. For the price it is very affordable compared to a lot of places.The amenities are excellent. We have two big pools, one of them is with warm water , so even when it is not hot outside you still can enjoy a pool day. There is also a jacuzzi, dog park , and a fitness center.I always tell my husband that if keeps that way we will renew the contract for sure.I gave 5 stars but I could give more if it was possible.I also would like to thank you to the crew works here. The people that make sure the place is cleans , the security guards, and the staff in the office always there to help with any questions. Thank you for make this place so especial ❤️

I was a resident here for 2 years and just moved out recently. The only reason I moved out is because I needed a much bigger apartment than what was being offered here at the Marquis on Pin Oak Park. The 2 years I lived here were amazing. The office management, specifically the Community Director, Gray Lamus, and his team member, Paige Jones, are the best people I have ever seen at a housing community and I have lived at several different apartments over the past years. They always went above and beyond to take care of any concerns I had. The office actually cares about its residents and treats them like family. They always keep the residents up to date on everything that is going around at the community to ensure any improvement projects do not cause any inconvenience to the residents. The maintenance team is also top-notch. 99% of the time my maintenance requests were taken care of the same day and the remaining 1% were addressed within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend this housing to anyone as long as people like Paige, Diana, and Gray are there at least.

The difference here is palpable; youre not just a tenant, youre a valued customer.The management team, especially kind and helpful Paige Jones, demonstrate an unparalleled commitment to excellence. They genuinely care, treating residents like family and keeping us well-informed about community happenings. The leasing office is a magic place. You can even print some documents in it or packing your Christmas gifts. They also provide public computers and free snacks.The maintenance crew deserves a special mention for their punctuality and kindness. Theyre quick to respond, often resolving issues the same day or even same hour! This is a rarity.The security is top-notch, ensuring a safe environment! This community has 24-hour access control system. The security staffs are always responsible, especially a gentleman who always drive a large truck. He always stands near the gate and checks all the cars in. This is very responsible and he is definitely the ‘Patron Saint’ of this community.Also, the pool here is arguably the best in Houston – a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. As for the apartments, they are thoughtfully designed with excellent floor plans, catering well to both single and duo occupants. One of the three poor is body-temperature poor, one is spar poor, and the other one is environment-temperature poor. The water is always clear and sanitized. You can enjoy swimming even in the winter! The gym is also well-equipped and not crowed at all.The high ceilings and spacious interiors provide a comfortable living experience Community events are a regular and enjoyable affair, fostering a sense of belonging among residents. Its also worth that the residents in the community are also kind. For example, they always keep their dogs in chain.In summary, Marquis on Pin Oak Park is more than just a housing complex; its a community that excels in every aspect, from management to amenities. Whether youre here for a year or more, its a place that feels like home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality living inside the loop.

By far the best experience I’ve had at an apartment complex!Fun community events, effective communication, and caring staff are just some of the features that distinguish Marquis on Pin Oak from other apartments. Andrew was beyond helpful with the whole process and quick to return all my emails. I love the location and the amenities. The pool area is large and beautiful. Overall I have no complaints about the apartment complex. Maintenance is quick to resolve any issues and the security guard at the gate makes the complex feel safe. I definitely recommend the area!

A past resident of Marquis on Pin Oak let me know about this property when I started looking in March to move. I had the BEST experience touring and was amazed by how gorgeous the property was. The floorplans were extremely spacious, especially for our budget and being in the loop, and our guide Johnna was so helpful with all the questions I had. The stunning pool and high ceilings in certain floorplans were definitely a plus! When my move date ended up being pushed back several months, Johnna kept in touch, remembered us touring the first time, and which specific floorplan we wanted. Although she transferred properties by the time I was ready to tour again, I was able to meet with Diana who gave just as great service and was extremely helpful in answering new questions I had thought of. I applied the day I toured the second time because I knew that I couldnt find anywhere better suited to my taste and requirements in Houston. Gray and the front office team have been so helpful getting everything set up for my move in, and I cant wait to call Marquis on Pin Oak home in just one short month!

Kimberly R was so helpful with the moving in process. She found a unit perfect for me, offered the move-in special that was going on during that time, absolutely no problems with verifying my dog as an ESA, and answered any questions I had even after moving in. I lived here for a little over a year and always loved it and felt safe. I only moved because I purchased a house but if I was going to continue apartment living it would definitely of been there. There is a security guard through out the night, Blanca is the best. I always felt safe! Maintenance is quick and all very friendly. The community is awesome, other dog lovers like myself, families that go out for a stroll, and active individuals that go running around the complex. The gym is small but you can get a good work out in there, pool is nice and big, and there is a small dog park inside of the complex that was very convenient. There is also another bigger dog park outside of the complex that is walking distance or 5 min drive. Perfect location to go to west u, galleria, uptown, etc. Most importantly, they didn’t give me any issues when I was moving out like other complexes do.

Love love love Marquis on Pin oak! From the maintenance staff to the Property Manager Mr.Gray! I have been living here for about 6 years! We suffered a change of management but thank goodness happy to see Mr. Gray back to our community! Love my apartment and definitely a big fan of the pool! Management conducted a plants give away program to our residents. As a plant lover, I got 2 plants from them. 2 Plants are added to our family Garden. May 2022-- I have decided to renew my lease. Amber is no longer here and there have been some positive improvements to the property. Gray, the previous property manager, has returned and Ive had a much more positive experience. Since his return, they have added a new secure bike storage area, painted all of the apartment unit railings, are painting the parking garage, and they have improved the landscaping.Update: Shortly after submitting this review I was contacted with an option to leave my lease without financial penalty.I lived here for 4.5 years and at that time gave this place a stellar 5-star review. I then moved away for a year and came back. Since living here for the last 5 months, I would only give it a 2-star rating. If moving wasnt much pain and expensive, Id move out of here. But, I stay because I already know the deficits and downfalls of the complex.Pros:1) Reasonably priced2) Easy access to 610/593) Smaller communityCons:While my experience may be unique, Ive heard from other neighbors who share their equal concern about the direction this place seems to be heading.Heres just a short list of reasons why.1) Jorge, head of maintenance, will mark your request as completed even though he hasnt done the actual work.2) Partly because of this, many of my maintenance requests required 3+ visits. My dryer took 4 months before they switched it with a new dryer that worked.3) You pay for security but get nothing on certain days when a specific person is working. On 3 different occasions, guests have entered without this person even acknowledging them. There was a time when we had LEGITIMATE security, but that person no longer works with the security company, a shame.4) One time, at least 4 burglaries (if not more) occurred in my building within a 2-3 week span DURING THE DAY!5) Ive heard Amber (property manager) tell maintenance to do the cheapest repair and that theyll deal with the issue every time it breaks. She wont acknowledge you if you come into the office. Staff members have left because of Ambers actions. If there is a problem or issue, you can guarantee she wont be there to address it. Shell come in late or be out of the office and have her staff deal with you. If/when you do get the opportunity to meet with her, you can expect robotic responses and/or legal jargon, nothing that demonstrates shes actively listening to your concerns.

Weve been living here for over seven years and have really enjoyed this community. We even moved to a bigger unit a few years back. The location is great and the complex has several great amenities, especially the pools. The dog run is a nice bonus, simple but great to have an area to let the dog run around and play. The apartment size vs price is a great bang for your buck, even considering how nice the units are and the proximity to downtown/Bellaire/Rice Village. We also really enjoy the staff. They are very friendly, remember our names, and are quick to resolve any issues that pop up.

The apartment was in great condition and we loved the little wine glasses and welcome packet we received! Marquis On Pin Oak is a great place to live! We have been here for 5 years and it is a beautiful complex that is nice to call home. It is gated with a security guard at night which means a safer complex, which is important to us. The manager of the property, Gray Lemus really listens and is very receptive to resident ideas. He keeps the property beautiful and updated. The staff is outstanding, so courteous and helpful at all times. Will go out of their way to get things done. Maintenance is prompt, friendly and takes care of all needs.Love the beautiful resort pool, heated lap pool and hot tub. Some of the resident activities we love include wine tasting , pizza nights, Saturday morning breakfasts, and a weekly food truck for a great treat.Location is everything........and you cant get any better than 59 at 610, so convenient to everywhere.

I have not moved out yet so Im unsure how that process will turn out but so far I have very much enjoyed living here! Im in a 2 bedroom and it is very spacious. The washer/dryer & the kitchen utilities work great. I have had two maintenance request (for very small things) and the maintenance team came to my apartment within the hour if not the very next morning (when I requested at night time). You can pay rent, file maintenance request, and see your lease all online. We are required to use a cable/internet company called Am3inc which I personally have had no problems with; its very cheap and has never not worked. I do see other apartments with dish & at&t so Im not sure how they did that..Only issues Ive had is the water has been cut off three times for all the apartments within five months. The longest cut off was for about 9 hours. The other issue is the parking can be very limited. Besides these things, it really is a lovely safe complex with great apartments!

I love living here! Going on two years now and I think my husband and I will be renewing our lease once more. Its a quiet, safe complex close to everything. We were high and dry during Harvey and didnt even loose power. Our building had a power outage a couple of months ago due to a mistake by AT&T and the management office did an excellent job at tending to us and reimbursing us for our expenses. Vehicle gates sometimes dont work but there is always a security guard in the evenings making sure only residents enter and visitors check in. You can choose between Xfinity and AT&T as your service providers. Management is strict about balcony decorations among other things which is a plus since it helps the complex look clean and tidy. Maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours. Pool is amazing by the way!

We moved to this community after Harvey.Pros: clean, tranquil despite being close to high traffic 610 and 59, and maintenance is responsive. Great floor plans!! The office staff is friendly and extremely helpful. There was an issue with carpet replacement when I moved out, and I was very angry but they worked with me calmly and fairly when I disputed the issue with proof (was not our fault). I think this is the event that made me want to write this review because I appreciate that they were fair.The office cookies are addicting! I really want the recipe.Awesome pool and community food trucks every Thursday night.There is always parking if you are willing to walk to the garage. But there are issues with parking which brings to cons...Cons: Parking in front of building 15 and the mailbox area should be redrawn to accommodate bigger trucks and to avoid cars blocking in each other. Ive had to get in my car from the passenger side a few times if a truck parked next to me. Lucky for us the garage is right across the parking lot so we have the choice to park there, too.The big trash is also by the garage and I had a problem once where someone from the top garage threw a can of soda without looking and it smacked me in the head as I was walking towards building 15. It was a freak accident but people should be careful walking around there. Sometimes folks just throw trash from the upper floors without looking. Yikes.I think this area is the best price for the luxury and peace youll get. 5/5... we really enjoyed our home here. Building 15 is the best building to be in!

Zawar is an excellent help!!! He is thoughtful, well spoken, and friendly. He genuinely explained how Marquis on Pin Oak community is the best location in Houston and carefully walked me through the process so I was able to move in within 2 days!! This meant a lot to my family as we had already reserved an apartment prior to moving to Houston which ended up being in poor condition. The apartments are well kept and very spacious! This property is dog friendly and has the best swimming pool Ive ever seen!!! I highly recommend Marquis on Pin Oak Park. All the staff has been friendly and open to talking with me anytime. Have lived in the 1/1 + Den with my husband since Dec 2013. Chose it because of the convenient location and combination of vaulted ceilings/scads of large windows. This apartment community is a great mix of active young professionals, quiet young families, and established retirees. The staff is friendly and attentive, with frequent social events involving free food and drinks. Were moving to a different state because of work or I would definitely renew our lease.

At the time I toured I was trying to get out of my current lease and wasnt sure of my exact move-in date. zahar kept in touch with me and today found me the perfect apartment! The pool is beautiful and I love that the lap pool is heated. I also have a big dog and it was a challenge finding a complex without weight restrictions so that is another plus. For the location, floor layout and price it is unbeatable. I visited the property on April 7th and found it clean and well maintained. So far the leasing staff have been very helpful. I am moving from Calgary, Canada to Houston and due to unavoidable reasons, I had to postpone my lease start date from 9th May 2017 to 1st June 2017. I am so happy that I was allowed to hold on to the same unit for couple of weeks. I was told that they are getting Comcast soon. Overall I am happy to move into Marquis on Pin Oak.

I lived here a year ago. This apartment was literally almost perfect. There was so much parking available in the garage. Super responsive maintenance. Super friendly office staff. My unit was PRISTINE upon move-in. The carpet was so well-cleaned that it was super soft. The tiles in the bathroom were clean and beautiful. Had an ant issue; told maintenance once and they caulked the gap they were entering from and never saw another ant after that. Valet trash. Pretty community. GREAT security! She doesn’t let just anyone in the gate; that’s how you know you’re safe. This place was so comfortable and SO CLEAN OMG. If you can afford it, LIVE HERE. It’s so worth it. The only reason I left was to move in with someone else. Even after I moved out, they were so kind to me. For example, they said I was given two keys, but I told them I was only given one, and they didn’t question it. They didn’t charge me anything extra upon move-out. Don’t believe any of the negative comments. This is the best place to live; I would totally move back here in a heartbeat if I could.

Location is quite perfect. This is a doggy complex, lots of wagging tails. The Management is really nice. 4 out of 5 stars because of couple things, valet trash concept is not the best... The valet trash can is very big and needs to be brought inside the house during the day, personally, i do not like big trash cans sitting inside my house. Recycling on your own is not very doable, since the recycling bins are kept only in one corner of the property, too bad if you live on the opposite corner. Overall, still a pleasant place to live!

I am very happy with my apt complex. I had just buried my mom 2 mos prior to Hurricane Harvey and definitely did not expect to have lost ALL of my entire life because of the release of the Barker Reservoir; there was just no way to wrap my head around what was happening.CWS moved very quickly to get those of us affected at flooded communities situated albeit nullifying your lease, transferring to a sister property or just wait it out with a relative until properties were demolished and remodeled. I transferred and luckily 4mi from my job. Cody was SUPER helpful over the phone with my questions and compassionate of the situation; when I arrived to see the property and what was available, Linda was gracious enough to discuss my options and showed me a unit that was available for immediate move-in. I was hesitant to even give the unit a glance because it was less than 800sq ft, and I like space - plus I was losing 50sq ft - but I went ahead and checked it out. HOLY SMOKES, the layout was sensational- it really looks SO much bigger than my old apt. I have a much larger kitchen, a HUGE bathroom with double vanity AND I have a side-by-side fridge here; the patio is private and includes my own little yard! Seriously, what more could I ask for?Gray moved swiftly to address small issues on my move-in check list, and Oscar, the maintenance supervisor is courteous and very down-to-earth and super friendly. I have been thoroughly impressed beyond my wildest expectations of the property and the staff; I find it to be very quiet and - funny as it may seem being such a large complex - rather secluded. Cody, Zawar and Karla are all very professional and easy going individuals who are always eager to help out and address any concerns.Want to hear something cool? We have Food Truck Thursdays on property, lol; thats a pretty neat feature if ya ask me because then you can just walk to the truck(s) located near the leasing office.Other amenities? Full washer/dryer in unit, granite countertops, ceiling fans in both living room & bedroom, garden style tub and never ending supply of hot water for those perfect bubble baths, gorgeous swimming pool, great little gym, gourmet coffee bar and fresh baked cookies in the leasing office, valet trash pickup and the most awesome security gate lady on the planet!!! I cant not mention the security lady; she is awesome. She is at the gate starting at 6pm, and she will run out and stop you dead in your tracks from sneaking in lol; I super love her.I have now been here practically 2 yrs now and have no plans or ideas of moving either. The staff is fantastic - Katherine, Kimberly & Alexis are super sweet and courteous and always make sure your issues are addressed and resolved. Too bad Gray moved to another property but know the next mgr will be just as great! All in all, Id say for a single gal, I feel very secure, safe and totally at home here.

Free wifi by the pool beneath the ceiling fans. The two pools are large and clean. There is also a hot tub,workout room, and parking garage if you so choose to use it. When I set my appointment with Cody I thought lets see if this is the one. I made the right decision that day. I love my home away from home. I am a servicemember on active duty and currently live away from my home. My garden apartment has the feel of comfort, home, and tranquility. This is what I need from hard day work. Did I mention how awesome the pool is? Resort style. Love, love the pool, grills and palm trees. I have great neighbors that I have friended and hang out with. I took a self guided tour on 11/7/20. It was a very easy process and I was able to speak with someone in the office during if I had any questions. Serena has been easy to contact and has made making a decision very easy. Im looking forward to calling the Marquis home soon!

These apartments are a hidden gem. Far away enough from the highways so its quiet, but still close to the major highways. And the pool area is an oasis that makes you forget youre living in a big city.

They are excellent.I have chosen this apartment complex for six things:1) Close to my school and the downtown.2) The buildings and the apartments is beautiful and clean.3) They have what I want like the gym and swimming pool4) The parking is good5) The neighborhood is safe and quiet.6) Really they have a very good staff especially Zawar Shafiq who was helping us to find what apartment we want. Zawar Shafiq was very nice, respectable and a good marketer.thank god I am going to live in this place.

What I like most about this place: there are a lot of parking spaces, as a student I find the business center really beneficial, the pool is really nice especially when you have some friends coming over! and what i really really like the most is the gym!!! and finally the incredibly neighborhood where EVERYTHING is close by, like LITERALLY!!
