    I lived at Park Row for two years, and my experience during this time was nothing but amazing. I am going to miss Jose and all the maintenance team always being very attentive and prompt. Rita was very informative during my move out process, and it helped me have a smooth move out experience. Should I return back to Houston, I know where to return. I absolutely loved the location and my apartment.

    My daughter lived at Marquis on Park Row and loved every minute of it. Management and the rest of the team were so accommodating, helpful and went over and beyond to help her settle in. Moving out was a very similar experience. Rita was extremely helpful during the move out process. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to live in a beautiful and quiet community with excellent management.

    Marquis on Park has been a great place to live. My floor plan is very spacious with great lighting. Jesus is always helpful when I need help in the apartment with a maintenance request. I recommend this complex to anyone that needs a great location and is looking for great space.

    We have had a few maintenance issues, but nothing that wasnt resolved. This was my husband and Is first experience renting and we really felt like we went with the right place. Our one bedroom apartment is surprisingly spacious, and the second we set foot on the property we felt like we were home.We also have a golden retriever who loves the dog park and areas where we can walk. They have ample pet relief areas and opportunities for dog socialization, if that is your thing. Overall, I think this is a good apartment complex and I would recommend them to others. Not perfect, but no one is! All of the staff are very genuine.

    I recently moved into Marquis on Park Row and I must say, the property is absolutely beautiful. From the landscaping to the amenities, everything is good!     I do not live here but only stopped by recently to inquire about pricing. I had been to several other apartments that day and due to my move in date being closer to 90 days instead of 60 a lot of complexā€™s did not have availability that far in advance yet and almost everyone of them brushed me off and told me to come back at a later time EXCEPT for Sandy at the Marquis on Parkway. Iā€™ve never had such a pleasant experience with an leasing agent before, she really went above and beyond to assure us it wasnā€™t too early to start looking and she happily showed us a unit and gave us all the information needed for when a unit became available. Apartments were really nice cheaper than competitors in the area but Sandyā€™s niceness and cheerful demeanor sold us alone.

    Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Marquis on Park Row. Their location is perfect, it is walking distance to Top Golf and close to I-10! My kids enjoy their pool in the summertime! The office staff is excellent, and Roger is always so patient with my mom who has Alzheimer.

    I have lived here over 3 1/2 years. The leasing agents are absolutely wonderful and know me by name when I walk in to pick up packages. They make me feel like family! The maintenance people are very respectful and do a great job and clean up after themselves. All maintenance items are taken care of in a timely manner. I feel safe and comfortable here.

    Both Nathalia and Sandy have been super super sweet and very helpful since the first time I wanted to get a tour. Which was almost two years ago. I came back again once I was ready, moved in and everything has been going smoothly! Questions and concerns answered, via Email and in person. At first I was overwhelmed, but knowing I have them two, and the rest of the crew around , I have felt comfortable and at ease. Everyone has been super nice to me and Iā€™m glad I chose The Marquis Apartments to live in. Itā€™s peacefulā€¦(weekends can be noisy at times, top golf street is next door lol) but if youā€™re like me, I donā€™t mind it and keep going with my business.     Im a new resident here and so far I absolutely love it! My apartment is beautiful! Very roomy floor plan with all the amenities I was looking for at a great price. Property is clean & quiet and office personnel is responsive. I especially appreciate Kristina, shes pretty awesome. She has a wonderful, down to earth personality and went above & beyond to help me move in to the perfect unit for what I needed. Being a new mother of an 11 month old during this pandemic, I really appreciate how smooth the whole process was for me. Im so glad I chose to live here!

    Awesome place! Awesome Staff! Awesome Community!Super comprehensive staff. Even after the leasing process was complete. Kristina continued to follow up with us and make sure we settled in.Its only been a few days, but I am very happy with the move in process and the first impressions of the community have been stellar.Edit: Had the washing machine go down late Sunday night. Put in a maintenance request and someone was here first thing Monday morning. Very impressed with maintenance response!

    Donā€™t let the word ā€œluxuryā€ on the sign fool you, but this is a comfortable, safe place to live, and in a great location. Iā€™ve been staying here for over 3 months and have few complaints. Our second floor unit is quiet, and no pest issues. Maintenance comes out quickly, at least for more urgent requests. Our AC wasnā€™t cooling one morning, and they fixed it within a couple hours. The place feels a little old, but they keep it up well.

    The Office and Maintenance Team are incredible. Natalia had solve to me so many problems with my contract. She always is available to help. Also the maintenance member Jorge is so quick, sometimes they come to the apartment 20 minutes after we put the claim in the website. No matter is is an emergency or a detail they always call me to check if is an emergency.

    I like this place well enough. The price is good. However I was really disappointed when we moved in and found that the place was filthy and so many things needed to be fixed. Why wasnā€™t it cleaned properly and fixed before the next tenant moved in? Iā€™m disappointed with the appliances as well. For luxury I would have expected a dishwasher that didnā€™t leave a residue after every wash and have the utensil basket hanging on to the rest of the dishwasher by a twist tie. The toilet (which has since been fixed) was leaning and I had to submit 2 tickets to get someone to fix it, and after they replaced it they somehow forgot to give us a toilet seat. It took days to get one. Iā€™ve never lived in an apartment before so maybe I am expecting too much. I still havenā€™t sent a request about the dishwasher but after everything has been fixed I really do like the place. I am just surprised at the amount of things that were not taken care of beforehand. I am giving it 4 stars due to everything after our broken stuff was repaired because it is quite nice.

    Great place to stay. Pools are Clean and always open. Gym is well equipped and clean with a working TV! They accept packages for you and send you email updates when they are ready for pick up. The office staff members are kind. Ive been here 3 months and still the same.

    I must say living at the Marquis has been a pleasure. The staff and managementĀ are nice. The grounds are gorgeous and the community is great. I have bee here for 2yrs now and I love it. I just recently transferredĀ to a bigger unit and I am very pleased. My previous apartmentĀ was nice and spaciousĀ now I have more than enough room. New appliances, new carpet and beautifulĀ laminate floors in the bathroom. My master bath is an amazing oasis. I absolutelyĀ love it.Ā I adoptedĀ a puppy in February. I was a little nervousĀ about having a pet in an apartmentĀ but the property is pet friendly. My sweet fur baby transitions have gone great. There is a park for her to run and play, and they have little poop stations set up to keep the groundsĀ clean.Ā ManagementĀ has been very supportive during Covid-19. KeepingĀ us informedĀ and offering online activitiesĀ to keep the familiesĀ occupied duringĀ this difficult time.Ā  The Marquis on park row is a wonderful placeĀ to live.

    I am very pleased with their staff. Kristina who is a leasing agent there made my application process very satisfying. She guided me through the whole process and has been always available to assist me with anything pertaining to my move-in. On top of that, the complex is a clean and quiet livable place. And they are very affordable apartments although they are located in the energy corridor.

    If I could give a 5.5 I would. Maintenance has been so good and fixes every issue we have had within 24 hours of submitting a request. The ladies in the office are always so polite and friendly. I also love the apartment! It was very clean and well kept when we moved in and have not had any issues with bugs like I did at the last complex I lived in.

    The manager does a great job at making sure her staff delivers the best customer service...all the way from the maintenance staff to her office staff. Kristina gave me a tour of the apartments. She was friendly, bubbly and very knowledgeable about the apartments I saw. She made me feel welcomed.     I found the Marquis Park Row and selected/applied for my apartment online. All the staff at the front office are very friendly and knowledgeable about the property. Processing the all the paperwork was quick and seamless. My move in went great and condition of my apartment was perfect. They throw events for the tenants throughout the year..which is pretty cool. Its a melting pot of cultures and people. Itā€™s well lit and I feel safe walking to my car at night. The location of the property is ideal, especially since I use the Metro to get to downtown for work (only about a mile away). Overall, itā€™s a great place to live.

    I moved here a few months ago and I absolutely love it! The management staff are very courteous, accommodating and professional. The maintenance crew and respectful, competent and very responsive. This is a fairly large community, so maintenance requests are handled in the order they come in AND based on their urgency. Service requests can be placed 24/7 through a toll-free number. The system works as it is intended to! I do like that I get email notifications immediately upon the arrival of a package (with a picture of the shipping label). This a very comfortable setting to call home for the foreseeable future and I also love the fact that I-10 and Highway 6 are both a 30 seconds drive!!

    I have found Marquis on Park Row to be a great place to live and make a home. I have several points I think are pretty relevant to anyone considering this spot:1. The layout of the complex and the apartments is great, and I especially like how some of the apartments arent cube-like - check them out.2. I have to say bugs and such are a nuisance, but that is a nuisance anywhere in Houston because of the weather and humidity. I dont think I could place blame on the apartment complex when they do have people to take care of this if something arises (once its reported) AND do random pest controls.3. The people here are super helpful - I have had great experiences with everyone at the front desk. When putting in complaints, I think one needs to be very specific about whats needed/expected. I had some issues with my dryer upon moving in, which they actually replaced twice until it worked fine. It was frustrating at the time, but they were as accommodating as possible given the circumstances.4. It is so quiet and nice here! I love taking long strolls with my dog around the complex. If you are looking for a place to wind down from all the horrible traffic, around trees and with access to two pools, this is pretty much it.I dont think any complex is perfect, but they do as well as possible considering time constraints and limited staffing! I would definitely recommend Marquis on Park Row to anyone.

    Though I am only a new resident, I am impressed with my experiences so far. Ive only just finished moving in, but so far I am pleased with the attention to detail and service provided by the Front Office Team.Kristina was great in helping me find the apartment that would best meet my needs; and at one point, even though months had passed since my last visit, she remembered my name when I came in (this is a small detail, but a very positive indication of their commitment to quality).After getting my apartment chosen, application submitted, and other details completed, I had questions about the lease documents and the rates. Cindy and Roger went through everything with me and was very helpful throughout it all.Likewise, after move-in, I raised some minor maintenance issues with the apartment and Cindy, Kristina, Jairo, and Roger all did their parts to help get the issues resolved quickly and to my satisfaction (I have pretty high expectations - and theyve certainly met them).

    First thing- Jairo is amazing and so helpful as are all of the front office staff. We are so happy with the two apartments we have lived at in this complex. We have had almost no bugs which is rare in Texas and it was only maybe three June bugs in the past year. Fitness area is not super big but has very little traffic. Maintenance is always responsive and accommodating. This place is a gem and we have been so happy with our experience. Itā€™s also pretty affordable for the location. No complaints from us!

    Property Manager!!!Cathy is the BEST property manager ever! She gets things done and in a timely manner. She was extremely knowledgeable when I had questions or concerns! I had an issue with neighbors and she made sure they were resolved immediately. Cathy would have to take over if I had an account issue because the assistance manager was not helpful and very confused when trying to assist. She has made my last year with the property VERY pleasant. Prior to Cathy coming aboard there was no order in that office and the office would be closed all the time. If you want to keep residents happy, then it starts with management!!! Thank you CATHY!!!

    I like Marquis on Park Row Apartment. Its a Great Community. The Environment is Friendly, safe and clean. The Rent is very good as compare to other Apartments in the Energy Corridor location in Houston Texas. The Manager Roger and his Staffs are very Professional and Awesome people.

    Ive been a resident with this property for a few years now and have had one of my best rental experiences here. I chose this property to look at shortly after Hurricane Harvey due to its proximity to the energy corridor and the West Houston Airport (in addition to the fact that it didnt flood).The staff (both front-office and maintenance) are super friendly and attentive, and maintain a personal relationship with the residents. The team is proactive in maintenance and upkeep. Year-over-year rent increases have been the most reasonable Ive seen in Houston (with the first year having stayed exactly the same!).The only real downside I have to mention is that outdoor parking isnt always fantastic, but Ive never had to walk too far. If you have a garage, long vehicles may be constrained. I have an extended cab Silverado, and itll only fit in my garage if I remove the hitch and put the bumper an inch off of the wall, leaving an inch of clearance for the door. Not a huge deal, but its really tight and something to keep in mind.I highly recommend this property to anybody looking to stay on the West side of town.

    Marquis on Park Row is a very nice apartment community. The grounds are well maintained and attractive. The maintenance and office personnel are courteous and professional. For the most part, it is also pretty quiet. A good place to live.

    The Marquis on Park Row Staff are excellent, very responsive and ready to answer all questions. Service has been excellent and in most cases completed on the 1st call. Good quiet friendly neighbors. Grounds are kept clean. Upgrades like speed bumps and new fencing have been installed with out any major problems. Very satisfied living at the Marquis.

    Ive lived here almost a year and I love it.. i have had random issues but always taken care of in a timely manner. The gym is nice always dead which I enjoy it over looks the pool. The pool is nice area to relax in..has nice bbq pits lougne seating a jacuzzi not bad at all. Only thing gets on my nerves is the gate sometimes breaks so it either wont open or it stays open its only one side but still annoying. My apartment has large closest good size rest room and tube its nice washer and dryer which is a must for me. Who wants to go somewhere to do laundry. Its nice a good area right off the highway that was important to me its not bad at all I must say better then what I thought it be.

    The place is nice and the office staff is great. The grounds are well maintained. The only down side is no rules are enforced. Cars are parked in no parking areas, people have boxes stacked outside their front door and people run into the gate weekly.

    Excellent place to live, I moved to this complex in April and when they gave me the apartment there were 2 defects, which report and then came to fix them, the maintenance are very friendly, pick up the garbage on time from the doors and until now those of the office have been kind and accessible to us when we have doubts or some fault, for example my son of 2 years active the alarm by mistake and the alarm did not stop ringing, the report and the next day had the boy helping us here .
