It’s a great location, and I’ve had a good experience in the last 8 months. The grounds are always kept really nice, the residents are respectful, and no problems with maintenance. My favorite pet is the community garden and sense of community. My only warning is don’t park under any trees- they are known to break during storms.

The property and rooms are a bit dated, but its a kind of rustic feel. The staff are nice and are willing to work with you if theres an issue. Property is well maintained with old hardware being replaced frequently and yard work done weekly. We got a rather large apartment for cheap and it was next to the river. Clearfork is close by too if you want to go to a nice restaurant. They have an app to do everything inside of.

I have lived in Marquis at Bellaire Ranch for a few years and I love this apartment complex very much. I am especially in love with its pool surrounded by trees where you can relax and breathe peace. The area is close to Clearfork, TCU University and Trinity River. I really love the activities they prepare with the neighbors and the gym is large and clean with details such as towels and water for its residents. The apartment is very nice especially I love the fireplace area and the spacious terrace🤍

Nice property, people pretty good. Carry your own insurance because property will not cover anything. Numerous break-ins, no upgrades to security, no security increase. Garage broken in and no return call, no call that says gosh we’re are sorry this happened. It’s a horrible feeling that makes you feel like victim of a crime but no one will acknowledge how you feel. It’s clear they feel better about telling the tenants no than their ownership. 3rd property damage I’ve had living here and they have never called to ask if I’m ok. Simply say no when you force them on the topic. Numerous mail room break-ins so pick up your mail by sundown or your stuff could be gone. When you ask for security footage they won’t review or release. You’ll need to hire a lawyer. They have a police officer living here but even after my break-in have never heard back. $3000 damage to a $60,000 loaner car when shingles came off one of their buildings at night time and damaged. They installed a new motor for security gate and did not have it programmed correctly, as soon as I drove through the gate it bashed my truck with heavy metal gate. That cost me $1000 cash because they blamed me for trying to speed through, odd cause the very next day the turned the gate off to “make repairs”. Charged me $600 to put hardwood floors instead of carpet, sin tax I guess. Odd because that same flooring started regularly being installed everywhere as part of pricing. So as I see it I’m down around $5000 cash out of pocket. This this type business MO will eventually catch up.Other than that it’s nice hereEdit: since I wrote this review 3 of my neighbors have had their vehicles broken into. This includes break in into my garage. My guess of the break-ins is the traffic In the neighboring drive next to the property is the back of shopping center. People at night come over and go through cars. Also security system at front gate was knocked over last 5 days so security gates were open at night.Edit: 2nd time rageful resident harassing everyone. This man has attacked 2 people. Both times police were involved. Today he attacked a new resident lady and she was terrorized by him. They allow him to speed through property double posted speed limit. Every time he is confronted he says he’s going to get a lawyer and take all your money. I feel threatened by even seeing him. I’m not sure I feel safe here anymore.Edit: another disturbing video of same rageful neighbor, yes same guy as other video. 4:30am on a Saturday waken been screaming and cussing, girlfriend had enough of him I guess. Everyone avoids this area because of this monster. The ownership won’t do anything, yet police have shown up here to talk to him numerous times.

Its beautiful here! But what is even more beautiful is the staff! Haley helped me so much and bent over backwards to help me with questions and even my paperwork! I dont move there for another 6 weeks, but she treated me so well, I wished I was moving tomorrow!

Ive been at Marquis at Bellaire Ranch for a little under a year and I love it!! Great apartment with modern finishes. The grounds are beautiful with large trees and its super dog friendly. I would highly recommend.

I have been very happy with my time here. Love the amount of grass and trees that surround the property. Great proximity to Trinity Trails, restaurants, grocery stores. All maintenance requests have been handled very promptly.

The leasing agents at Bellaire Ranch are the best I’ve ever experienced at any apartment. The maintenance crew is super responsive and helpful, I’ve never had to wait more than 24 hours to have something fixed. My only complaint would be that the front back gates are constantly broken but that’s due to the residents who cannot drive…

Ive enjoyed my experience here so much! I am relocating for work but wish I didnt have to leave. My move in was flawless thanks to Shelly, and the staff overall is super friendly. The property is quiet and always well maintained. I enjoyed the gym and pool so much. I definitely recommend The Marquis at Bellaire Ranch!

I’ve been a resident for close to 5 months now at The Marquis at Bellaire Ranch. Honestly so far I have next to nothing to complain about. The units themselves are nice, have a contemporary look to them that doesn’t feel dated, same with the appliances! Maintenance requests are straightforward to make and have always been attended to within the same workweek, which is great! The staff is kind and friendly and they definitely put forth effort in helping resolve any issue you being to them. If you enjoy a more quiet, laid back and private apartment experience then this is the place for you!5-stars as of Aug 2023

One of my family members has lived here for many years and they love it here. I’ve been here many times visiting and the it’s a beautiful community. The buildings are spread out, there’s many green spaces with giant trees, the Trinity Trails are right behind gated complex. My family member has nothing but good things to say about the place. I’ve even witnessed their maintenances quick and efficient response to any problems reported. The ladies in the office truly care and are always quick to answer any questions. Anytime I’ve walked into the office I’m alway greeted in a very friendly manner and instantly feel welcomed, best apartment staff I’ve experienced. Grace, Halee, Gary and the entire team do an amazing job all the way around!!!

My husband and I have lived here for just over a year now. We absolutely love it here! The management is wonderful and always so quick to answer questions. Maintenance is always on top of our requests and even works around our big dog. The location is absolutely amazing. I always appreciate all the activities going on at the community too. It really feels like its own little neighborhood. We love it here and plan to be here for a lot longer!Update: we just signed for another year! The main office is so helpful and always tries there best to resolve any issues as soon as possible. We love the community here and will be sad when the time comes to move.

Time to leave paradise!! Unfortunately, Im relocating to Irving.This place is a five star gem!! , nice pool, 4 grillssurrounded by beautiful trees! OH my , those trees! Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Wonderful way to spend the morning walking the dog, or just sitting with a cup of coffee. The manager Hailey Riddle is simply the best! All maintenance request are handled very swiftly! If your lucky enough to get in here consider yourself very blessed!! Did I mention they have a area where you can grow your own food! Complete with tools and water station!!Great dog park as well!! I will miss Bellaire Ranch!!! Thank you Hailey and all the maintenance crew and staff agents for yourwonderful service!

Been living here for about 6 months. The property is beautiful and not cramped like many complexes. Residents and staff are kind and polite. The dog park is not just a small patch of grass, but actually has trees and space for the dogs to run around. The location cant be beat! The Trinity trail is right outside the gate, close to lots of good restaurants and grocery stores.

Out of all the apartments on the amazing trinity trail location this is by far the best. The property is well spaced out and it feels like you actually have some sort of privacy for an apartment. The maintenence here is the absolute best and they will check in with you when they see you to make sure everything is still good. Alot of the people here have been here for years with no plans on leaving. If I had to have one complaint its that sometimes with random apartment visits for various inspections there is very little notice. Otherwise this has been a near perfect living experience!

It’s been over a year that I have lived in this complex and recently renewed my lease for another year. From the very beginning the ladies at the leasing office have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. One of the things I appreciate about the staff is that they always have a smile and a great attitude! The maintenance is on top of things and usually when I put in a work order it’s completed within 24 hrs, 48 the max. Such a great team!Honestly one of biggest reasons I chose to move here aside from only being 5 minutes away from work but I could not put a price on my safety and comfort and that’s what I get here. I highly recommend moving here.

This place was very warm and welcoming, I was touring due to the chance of a relocation with my job (ended up being remote and did not have to relo). With that being said I was greeted by FANTASTIC residents there and had great conversations with a few while I was waiting my turn to be assisted with my search (I am a Hispanic male so I don’t know what that other lady was talking about. I felt extremely welcomed with some residents wishing me the best and that hopefully we’d be neighbors!)The location is a nice and quiet place with plenty of amenities within the complex and around.Halee did an amazing job helping me with all my questions and making sure I looked at all the options to make sure I wasn’t missing any options within my reasoning. She also was very understanding of my situation and treated me as if I was signing a lease THAT DAY. You don’t always get that kind of experience when looking, nor do you see the staff know their tenants by their names.It is also very close to then Trinity river, so if you like going on walks or being outside I suggest you look into this complex. 5 out of 5!!

We only got as far as the tour process. Halee did an excellent job in going through property & options for us. The property is very inviting, clean with an old Fort Worth feel residents seemed to love the place. They are at high occupancy so it didn’t work out for our needs but would highly recommend this for consideration. Also note is location is close to everything you need day to day.

Bellaire Ranch is an outstanding apartment community. I have lived here several years and should know. Its spacious with plenty of parking and green space. For the most part it is quiet. . I have had hardly any loud neighbors over the years. The maintenance crew is top notch and take care of maintenance requests promptly. I have never had any problems with the front office staff. Only drawback at Bellaire Ranch is that it is a little pricey . . but you get what you pay for.

It is safe, it is quiet, the grounds are kept impeccably well, the maintenance crew is awesome, fixing most problems immediately. The entire staff is awesome! I have lived at this apartment complex for 1.5 years. As an HR manager, I deal with many different housing professionals across the DFW metroplex. So far, I have never experienced a better staff than at the Marquis at Bellaire Ranch. The ladies in the office are always super friendly, helpful and professional. Maintenance (Sergio) is always very friendly and super quick in fixing anything or helping the tenants if needed (e.g. helping jump start my vehicle). The apartment complex is very quiet, people are friendly and easy access to walking trails and stores. I could not recommend this place any more!

I love it here! I would definitely recommend this community for the price and all the amenities. Ive looked at roughly 10 other communities and this one was the best. Heres my take on the features:Units: recently renovated with granite countertops (kitchen &a bathrooms) and stainless steel appliances. A4 units have a double sided fireplace with great mantels. My unit recently had linoleum floors installed that look exactly like wood floors. Living rooms and bedrooms have fans. Great sized balcony!Amenities: pool is Gorgeous with tons of new seating. Workout facility was just updated and has plenty of equipment to choose from (stair climber, treadmill, boxing machines, rower, medicine balls, etc.)! Dog park is a great space with benches and waste bags. The grounds are well manicured and the giant oak trees are always a beautiful sight.Security: gated with guest access call boxes. Courtesy officer lives on site. Ive felt very safe here!Location/conveniences: Tom Thumb, Ulta, DSW, Starbucks, bath &a body works are steps away. Ive walked to Tom Thumb for groceries on numerous occasions. Also Starbucks is a huge temptation! Charlestons and bravo are great to walk to especially for happy hour!Love walking to Local foods Kitchen too!The next shopping center down has Trader Joes and other great restaurants.

My wife and I are very sad to leave...a job transfer. The staff go out of their way to help, maintenance is same day, very quiet! And my God so beautiful! If you can get an apartment overlooking the pool - amazing! Gorgeous views first thing in the morning and soft lighting at night. The brand new gas grills are so close your steaks will need to sit to settle in your home! Everything is updated and brand new! Another great thing is that they have an active community promoting neighborly get together...from once a month free breakfasts to happy hour at the BBQ place around the corner (you walk to it). Sometimes a resident hosts a band night in the beautifully Texan lodge (pool table, big screen TV, bar, fireplace, plush large chairs). Also walkable is TomThumb, Trader Joes, Specs, a hkstnof restaurants from chipotle to Charlestons...over the bridge is Central Market and across the Rivera Neiman Marcus is opening in a couple years! You cant beat the perfect lifestyle and living that Marquis at Bellaire Ranch offers!

An absolute beauty of a property and has amazing maintence and office staff! (Kaylee and Halee helped me!) They were welcoming and very helpful throughout the whole process. Great price and great surrounding area. It is located next to a nice shopping center with shops and different restaurants.
