This review is directed mostly to Crystal Galvin, who stayed on top of the issue we had with not receiving our deposit. She was totally instrumental in getting the issue of our deposit resolved. She was sick during a time we were having issues getting our deposit refund, and Im so glad she is better and back to work. If not for her, we might still be waiting.My 5 star review is because of her. Kudos to Crystal.!!

Weve been here 5 years and never had any issues. Josh tried to do things for us but I was told that corporate would not let him do things. As far as Crystal I have no complaints about her she is doing an excellent job. I know some people that dont like her or dont think she is doing good but she is trying to get things going here at Mariposa and they just need to give her a chance. We love it here.!

Ive lived here 2 yrs and I love it now with our new office Mgr Chrystal. She has brought alot of new people in, she is always there when needed .Has long has she is here Ill be here .If the older renters would give a new one a chance it would be appreciated. Those old renters doesnt get free any more so they are upset .I love Chrystal she goes out of her way to cook for us here.She is awesome.

Here at mariposa Ive been here 6 yrs and absolutely love crystal is the best and the maintenance team handles everything in a timely manner 5 stars all the way around I say it worth the paperwork/application process we have bingo and dinners etc again absolutely love crystal thank you for the time !!!!!
