Loved living here and seriously cannot think of one single bad experience. Best maintenance team ever! Any problem is usually fixed same day or next. Loved how close we were to everything and how much space our apartment had. Never had any issues with neighbors either, everyone is very friendly. Very happy with our decision to move here and would definitely recommend this apartment complex.

Weve lived here since July 2024. We absolutely love it! Our home was updated right before we moved in. New carpet, flooring, paint and a new fridge! Its very comfortable, spacious and clean. The office team is always friendly and helpful. Theres complimentary snacks and drinks!Maintenance is on it! Julio is prompt, efficient and friendly. We had many choices of complexes and are so glad we chose this one! Thanks Mansions of Timberland!

My husband and I LOVED living here. We lived here for 2.5 years, our rent barely increased, the grounds were always kept nice and clean, and maintenance requests were taken care of same or next day. Could not recommend enough. We’d be renewing our lease if work wasn’t taking us out of state🥲

I lived here for 2 and a half years and really loved my time here.The unit was large and clean with an amazing layout, the stairs to all 3rd floor units are indoors behind secured doors and the front doors opened to an indoor hallway (much like a hotel), which really cut down on any outside noise. The walls are also thick - I never heard any neighbors and didn’t even realize my neighbor that shared a wall with me had a dog until I saw them taking it outside for a walk one day.The complex is super quiet, safe, and clean - the staff and management are super friendly and helpful - maintenance was rarely needed, but super polite and friendly, always lightening fast response time with good quality resolutions. For a very brief period of time early on there was a parking shortage issue, which management addressed immediately and was quickly resolved. I never encountered any issues parking again after that.The only negative things I can think of is the complex only has one dumpster and on rare occasions it would get clogged or break down and they would provide an alternate dumpster. The complex is also in the flight path of a nearby industrial airport, so there are planes constantly flying overhead some days, but it became so soothing to me and I really miss watching the planes fly over.The only reason I moved out was to relocate several hours away for family, but I would live here again in a heartbeat.

Everyone at this property is wonderful! When we toured this complex, we worked with Rachel. We did not have an appointment scheduled but she got back to us right away and her communication was spectacular. The property is clean and their floor plans are so unique as well. Unfortunately, we were not able to move here but if youre looking for a great complex with great management, this is it! Angie, the property manager, answered all of our questions and got back to us quickly and was so friendly. The strong management shined through our experience. Those are the best things to look for when looking for an apartment to rent! Thank you to everyone here and keep being great!

I had my fireplace replaced. I received great communication from the maintenance team regarding my repair. Two electricians came out. They were very meticulous and professional. I was very impressed with their attention to detail . My fireplace is working great and is no longer making a noise. A big “Thank you” to Austin, Julio and Jose’ for making this happen!

Parking had been my only issue since moving here in 2020, now that has been resolved. I have changed my rating from 4 to 5 star. The Mansions is/has been a great place to live. The office staff has been nice, they have been respectful and professional. The maintenance workers are great. They are very quick, also respectful and know what their doing.I love calling the Mansions my home and plan on being here as long as its affordable for me.

Ive lived her for awhile now, getting close to five years I believe. Ive never had problems, not even once with these apartments or staff. The staff is amazing, they keep us informed on maintenance, plan events like food trucks, and always make sure everyone is happy. Maintenance team is awesome, always get maintenance done in a timely manner. The amminties are great, people that live here are great, and the overall look of the property is great. Great location for school, grocery stores, and places to dine and go out.

From Angie the property manager to all of the guys who have helped with occasional maintenance requests, every person who is part of the staff, has been more than pleasant to work with, and has helped make our time here relaxing, and enjoyable.Maintenance requests are responded to promptly, the grounds are well kept, the neighbors are cordial and/or friendly. Many people here with pets, and everyone remains consistently responsible in picking up after their pets.Will easily give this place as a recommendation for people to consider living for any length of time.

We have been enjoying the community for 3 years and the only thing we would love to see added is at least one assigned parking per apartment since the parking is so difficult. I think is a fair petition since we pay over $1500 per month. For the rest, management and staff are really nice and sharp, neighbors are nice , the community is really quiet and the apartments are stunning. The area is safe as well. I love it here!

We’ve been living here since 2019. It’s been a wonderful experience living here. We hardly needed any repairs but just in case we needed the maintenance staff has been so quick and awesome. The office staff and maintenance guys have been so friendly and also always ready to help in best possible manner. We fear stepping out of this community now just in case we ever have to migrate to another location in US as we’ve lived in so many apartments but this is the best one. It gives me a feel of Home as it has independent garage and entrance. It’s more like a townhouse than a normal apartment. Also, the parks are so well maintained and have been such a help with a kiddo.

I’ve enjoyed the past 3 years living here. When I need service like minor repairs the maintenance staff is exceptionally fast and always polite. When I call the front office they always return my call either the same day or the next. The grounds are always kept well manicured and clean. The pools are cleaned daily in the summer. The apartment is larger than most with 2 car garage. Love it here!

Six years ago, I transitioned from Washington DC to Fort Worth due to a job transfer. The staff at the Timberlands assisted in making my move a great success by working with me to get my apartment selected before I arrived. Upon my arrival I was welcomed and treated very well. I loved my apartment with all of its amenities, from the attached garage, balcony, and the private front door entrance. The entire services here are phenomenal. The maintenance team is top notch, always prompt, very polite and very respectful. The entire staff is to be commended. I’ve truly enjoyed my stay here at the Timberland s.

If you’re looking for a place to live, look no further! I lived here for over 3 years and it was the best living experience ever! Unfortunately, we had to move out of state due to my husband’s job. The community manager, Angie, is wonderful and cares so much about the community and the residents. The communication between the office and residents is outstanding! We would get an email or text about upcoming projects, reminders, etc. The office staff is very pleasant, dedicated and responsive. The maintenance team is professional, respectful and responds quickly to all work orders. The grounds are very well kept. They have several floor plans to choose from and the location is in a booming area with everything at your fingertips. I read the negative reviews and you just can’t please everyone. There are always going to be Debbie downers and negative Nancys. I’ve transferred twice on property and my neighbors had nothing but positive things to say about this community. You will not regret living here! Thanks for such a wonderful living experience, Mansions at Timberland!

Have lived here for 2 years and had an amazing experience. Moved from PA to TX 2 years ago and was very fortunate to find this place. Very spacious for a very affordable price especially for the area. Staff is very responsive! Every time I had an issue they took care of it right away. Maintenance team is great as well. Not that there were many issues to begin with.It’s a beautiful area! And compared to most places it’s pretty clean especially when it comes to dog poop. Some cons that I did encounter was parking. There seemed to never been parking but it has gotten better or at least for the mean time.Unfortunately, I am moving out not because this place isn’t amazing only because my roommate and I are looking for a two bedroom apartment and unfortunately there are none available here at this time. People must be catching on hahah 😅.Hopefully, our next home will be as great as this one!

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever or would have ever given an apartment complex a 4 star review but I truly do love living here. The staff is kind and responsive. Any issue I have had they have been very understanding with, and maintenance has always responded quickly. My garage broke and they not only had maintenance come the same day, but had to call and repair it with a third party company that same day.Upkeep of the community is clearly a priority. The roofs have been replaced, the parking lot has been repainted, the buildings repainted, and I have seen workers power washing the grounds, including the fences, to keep things looking nice while only living here a little over a year.I live on the louder, noisier side of the complex and the planes are definitely not the best when flying over, and so is the traffic from the street. That is truly my biggest grievance.I have interacted with Nadia, Mario and Anna throughout my time living here and they have all been very kind to me. Donnie, the maintenance man I typically have interacted with, is so kind and friendly while also being super knowledgeable and efficient. I had a mud dobber nest on a fire alarm/water sprinkler in my garage. He stated it wouldn’t cause it to go off but could tell it made me anxious and took care of it without question. As someone who suffers with multiple anxiety disorders this meant the absolute world to me. That kind of humanity and understanding is more valuable than people know or realize.The only reason why I won’t give it 5 stars is due to the noise/location of my given apartment. There are quieter areas. Another issue is how backed up the trash compactor gets on the weekends, but I will say they have it cleaned up quickly by Monday/Tuesday most days. I pray the rent increase doesn’t hit the complex too hard like it did last year so I can renew for a third year. It truly feels like home.

The maintenance crew hands down is the best part of the community! They are very helpful and very responsive when in need of any help. In the 2 yrs that I have been here Ive transferred twice to larger units(growing family). Id say biggest complaints are that theres no stop signs in the community with a good amount of blind spots and people speeding most of the time even though there are speed bumps it can be quite scary. Also the community seems to have a lot more families moving in with smaller kids yet there is no park for kids to play. The windows in all 3 units Ive been in are not energy efficient by any means. The wind blows right through, they are tough to open, close, and lock. The parking can be quite challenging for people who dont have garages and or even if they do have a garage and driveway with 2 vehicles it becomes quite tough for any guests to find parking. Pools are AMAZING, Id say thats the 2nd best thing about the community. Planes flying over head can be quite annoying at times, and outside traffic noise can be quite noisy also but not the communities fault. Definitely would like for more kid friend events and maybe some adult ones too!

I was looking at the Cannes and Dublin floor plans and contacted the Mansions at Timberland via email and received prompt responses from Anna who is a leasing agent there. She was awesome! I went in to tour and was extremely happy with the amenities and the model unit that I toured looked amazing. It definitely feels like a newer complex. The finishes are well done, theres plenty of areas to walk your dog and theres a dog park. Seemed like a quiet neighborhood considering I toured on a Saturday afternoon. The price was right too!Unfortunately, the unit I was interested in got leased before I could pull the trigger. However, based on my interactions with the leasing office, and the look and feel of the complex, I would feel confident recommending Mansions at Timberland.

AMAZING APARTMENTS!!! The staff is very pleasant and polite. Nadia showed me apartments I was interested in, and I was blown away by the character and attention to detail inside. The living spaces are usable and the bedrooms sizes are perfect and each bedroom has walk-in closets. I was just in amazement at the style and space. They are NOT just square apartments. Christmas Eve, I had a small oven fire (my fault). The 27th, I reported what happened and that evening, my oven was completely cleaned out. Melted plastic and extinguisher residue gone. They even put new elements on range top for me.I’ve lived here 3.5 years. Best maintenance team EVER!!

Moved in just under a week ago and everything has gone perfectly! Apartment was in tip top shape, excellent customer service, and well kept grounds. I chose this apartment because I work from home and needed a well kept, quiet, space to work. It has been more than accommodating for that! My only minor complaints would be parking availability after 7pm and the airplane noise from the nearby military base, it has kept me up the past few nights.

Current resident on my third lease. I really love the place as its just amazing. No really friendly neighbors as everyone usually mind his own business however theres no drama such as neighbors complains to cops or to the office about noise or whatever so its a cool place to leave with peace and respect. Management stuff are amazing and tough though. I will say they know how to do business and bring the money in no matter what they always win. Maintenance team are the Real MVP their services cant be compared to anywhere else they work 24 hours per day and soon as you place a order itll be fixed before you know it. Parking lot are the darkness of the complex. I cried for 2 years as I was coming home late. My car got towed, I went to sleep at my sisters house several times. But thank God I moved to an apartment with attach garage. I am planning on staying here longer because I love it

I lived at the Mansions for 3 years, at two different units. The first unit was beautiful but we quickly got tired of being on the third floor with no garage. I did have my car towed while at this apartment and I will admit I never parked in a handicap spot again. Our second unit was, and will probably forever be, my favorite (and Ive lived at 5 different apartments now). It really felt like a townhome moreso than an apartment because of how homey it felt, with no upstairs or downstairs neighbors and having our own first-floor front door and garage. Ive never had issues with any of the staff, and Im so impressed with how timely and professional they are. I also love how well kept the property is. Anytime I reported a concern or filled out a work order, it was resolved within a day or two. I also requested that they install a fan at the gym and they actually installed two of them. Im especially going to miss the two saltwater pools and the dog park. My only recommendation is that they install a water fountain and some shade for the pups. Overall, Im sad to have moved out and Im really going to miss this place. Thank you for taking the time to make the residents happy and feeling at home.

I was impressed with the apartment complex appearance, the ground was beautiful. I havent yet leased an apartment here. I and my sister toured a model unit 2 days ago. Karen at the office was pleasant, professional, and very helpful. She answered all of my questions. This one is absolutely my first choice for relocation to Fort Worth from the East Coast. I love this place! I have lived her for a year now and have nothing but good things to say about my experience. It’s the most quiet, clean apartment that I have lived in. Everyone is so nice I have made many friends at the dog park. My only main issue is that they enforce picking up after your dog but they don’t have enough poop stations around and with two dogs in over 100 degree heat I prefer not to walk to the other side of the building to through away my dogs poop. I have mentioned it to management a couple weeks ago and was told there will be more added and have yet to see it. I also have an issue with young kids coming to the dog park with there dogs without parents. I have a fiesty chihuahua that doesn’t do well with kids and when I tell them not to pick her up the do it anyways. I don’t have the right to yell at someone’s child but I also don’t want my dog to attack them. I have mentioned it and management but nothing really changed. That’s not a big issue I just leave when kids show. But it’s irritating because that’s my dogs play time the get there energy out since there in the cage all day long. Other than that I love living here, the maintenance team is great. They come the day I make a request and even when I needed something after hours he was able to come over to fix my problem!

Great place to live, but would be nice to have a small dog and large dog parks with double entry gates. That would be helpful for the small dog owners. Also add some agility equipment and maybe a water pump for water in the summer and shade over the benches would be helpful.

My son and I have lived here for almost 3 years, in 2 separate units and have felt VERY at home here. My entire experience from originally leasing, moving units, and extending my lease 2 times, I’ve been very happy. Been very pleased with all management and maintence requests needed. Apartments are all very spacious, good quality, and provide both the luxury yet cozy feel most apartments lack. Pools in the summer are never over crowded and also family friendly (I have a toddler). Neighbors are great, never any safety or noise concerns. Only gripe is if you live directly off of Old Denton Rd, the street noise is a lot. Lots of very loud cars racing by at all hours of the day/night. But, I think you’d experience this even if you were in a house. This place has been my sons and my home- we are just relocating due to my work. 10/10 would recommend

I love it here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I saw a few of the other reviews and I nor any of my neighbors have had any issues. It seems some people never leave positive reviews. I am glad that they make people follow the rules and dont waiver on the criteria to live here. It helps keep the place nice and a place I am proud to bring my friends and family to visit.

I had to get situated in my new place before posting to ensure I give credit to the phenomenal service I received from the entire team at The Mansions at Timberland in 2020 dating back to 2015.I originally resided at The Mansions at Timberland in 2015, while they were still constructing the complex. I left due to a promotion with my employer in a different state. Fast forward to five years later 2020, I returned back to The Mansions at Timberland to the same building and floor, I formerly resided in back in 2015.Upon my return, the same team was present Kim, Angie, Nadia, Adrian! I was so ecstatic to have been not only remembered but to have such a warm and welcoming greeting. This time when I returned it was during the beginning of Covid and everything was virtual, but I still received the same outstanding service.I had a one bedroom third floor unit. What brought me back to The Mansions at Timberland was the quiet neighborhood, the roomy kitchen, bedroom, and closet space. Not to mention my unit had a separate bath and shower-OMG! For some reason, I dont recall my former unit having the separate shower/tub, but it doesnt matter because I loved my place. My unit had a huge balcony. The maintenance team was exceptionally helpful. My air went out after hours and after submitting a maintenance request, Angie ensured it was going to be fixed. Future residents, it was fixed at 8pm, that evening!My neighbors were quiet as a mouse and friendly.The pictures on the website does no justice. I personally feel that the units are larger than pictured online. The price of my apartment from five years ago only increased by $40.00, not bad at all to say the least.I decided to purchase a home along with another promotion so I relocated. But if i ever had to refer an individual to an apartment complex, it would definitely be The Mansions at Timberland.To the team at The Mansions, please keep on being bubbly, please keep up the AMAZING work. It is my hearts desire that everyone who comes in contact with this team gets the same service I received. Each and every last one of you will have a place in my heart. Been living here for a few months now. There are some really good things about it and some things youll either not care about or hate. If you dont like planes, find something else. Alliance airport is just north of this property. Alliance hosts a major FedEx hub that runs about 30-40 takeoffs and landings between 11pm and 4am. The jets are by no means quiet.Personally, it doesnt bother me, as I used to actually work there for FedEx. Their maintenance staff is phenomenal. All of my neighbors keep to themselves, as do I. Its a nice complex with very few drawbacks.

Also I found out that I am paying the same amount of rent that a person just been here 2 years. I thought the longer you’re here you wouldn’t be paying the same as a new tented. People park just anywhere some time blocks you from getting out.

I became seriously ill shortly after moving in and was hospitalized so I had to give up my apartment and moved to an ADA apartment at the Mansions but had to give up that apartment as well and to go into assisted living..The entire staff was so helpful as my family tried to deal with my situation and move me from apartment to apartment and eventuallymove me out.
