    Thereā€™s no place like home! Those words come to mind every time I walk into my new apartment home, acquired thirty days ago. Diana and the staff moved mountains to have it ready with less than a week prior to me moving it. They made the leasing process easy prior to me moving in on the very same day.The apartment complex is very well kept and there is parking available within the building so one wouldnā€™t have to worry about damaging weather storms. The complex, Iā€™m sorry, MY NEW HOME is also located near a fabulous, walking/biking trail thatā€™s easily accessible as well as many eateries. The lounge area is inviting with posh furnishings abound with a touch of elegance. The meeting rooms are spacious if you wish to work remotely. The gym is nice and the waterfall pool is awesome!(especially since I can listen to the waterfall from my quaint veranda).Iā€™m glad I made Magnolia on the Green my new home! They have exceeded my expectations and I look forward to being here quite a while.

Magnolia on the Green definitely has you, the residentin mind with engagement and community.     Magnolia on the green is a nice apartment to live in. Its the stage of getting to know about the moving apartment one by one ,but according to my experience so far, Im looking forward to my future life. First of all, the staff in the office are kind and can communicate quickly. When I asked a question, they answered well.Ā The apartment is well managed, and there are not only community facilities (business center, gym, swimming pool, etc.) in the apartment, but also a park right behind the apartment, so its good to take a light walk. And when I moved in, I received a TV as a gift along with a welcome gift. I have my TV that I can take even if I move later! My friends were envious when they saw it in person. Ill install it and use it well when the TV stand is delivered.Thank you to those who helped me move in, and I will live well at magnolia on the green!

    Living at Magnolia on the Green in Allen has been an amazing experience. The leasing office team especially Connor and Diana are incredibly supportive, and the maintenance staff is exceptional, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort and promptly address any concerns.My corner apartment boasts stunning views of the sunrise and evening lights, with ample ventilation through the windows that adds to the fantastic living environment. The beautifully maintained landscaping and the exquisite infinity pool are highlights of this community.Magnolia on the Green offers engaging monthly virtual activities, and were currently enjoying Frozen Fridays, which have been a delightful addition to our community experience.Overall, Magnolia on the Green is a wonderful place to call home. Highly recommend it!

    I have lived on this property over 2 years now in different floor plans. Recently the community director Ashley Medina went out of her way to help me and has been a pleasure to work with. Everyone on staff has always been great to work with. Didnt forget about anyone else, Erica, Mario, Joseph.No this wasnt paid for, I just know how important it can be to get these good reviews in and I do appreciate everyone here.

    Joseph is amazing! He has a lot of insight on the appliances heā€™s fixing at that time. Also very respectable. He took his shoes off before entering my home. That was really a big deal for him to take note of and to do so. Iā€™m honestly glad to have someone like him around. Good job Magnolia!

    Weā€™ve lived here about 5 months and itā€™s been very nice! Much better experience than the other apartments we have lived in in this county. Magnolia is always giving back to their tenants by handing out goodies and hosting events! Just today they were passing out free breakfast! The units are nice and maintenance is reliable. Plus they always send reminders for when rent is due and thatā€™s helpful when life is getting the better of you and you forget itā€™s the 1st. :)

    I am so happy to live at Magnolia. A wonderful sense of community!! Diana, Erica, and Cole, in the office are always happy to help! Itā€™s so special to have a group of community members to be a part of our neighborhood.     Update:As a guest of a tenant; wonderful place. Sometimes it takes a little time to get certain grievances addressed; but what can you expect. As long as the end result is comparable to what is payed in rent, you cantā€™t really be unsatisfied, in my opinion. The ceilings in the units are really high which I like, they have a cool pool, decked out gym, the office hosts little monthly get-togethers, and most of your neighbors will be pretty friendly people. I would 100% consider living here. :)

    Big Shout Out to Mario our fantastic maintenance man! I cant say enough good things about Mario. Anytime I see Mario, he is always smiling. Ive lived here at MOTG for over 2 years. The few times Ive submitted a maintenance request, Mario and his team have always fixed the issue the first time. And they always clean up after themselves.Thank you Mario for your excellent service!

    This is absolutely the nicest apartment complex Iā€™ve ever lived in, highly recommended.The staff is fantastic and helpful. They always seem happy to see you And ready to help when you come down to ask questions or have an issue. The same can be said for the maintenance staff. A huge call out to Erica, the Assistant Community Director who has helped me out multiple times.The apartments are quite nice with high ceilings, modern fixtures, granite countertops, and great looking floors. There are a variety of floorplans. I chose a one bedroom with a small office, which has been perfect for me. Parking is in a garage internal to the building and once you enter into the hallways they are clean and climate controlled. It feels more like you are in a high-end hotel than an apartment complex.I canā€™t recommend this location strongly enough.

    Joseph in maintenance has gone over and above each time weā€™ve needed maintenance or advise on maintenance. Lucky to have him. Erica in the office was amazing from the moment we stepped in the door to the month later when we leased. Weā€™ve had tons of questions and she has always answered with a smile and professionalism!     I would definitely recommend Magnolia on the Green! The staff are amazing and the property is gorgeous! The Zen garden and pools are my favorite! The staff, however, truly make it for me!     Lived here for a year and am planning on renewing for another. Love the easy access to the trail for my dog. Office staff respond to emails and texts quick. Maintenance team is very helpful, especially Joseph, he was patient and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend leasing here.

    I have been working with this property for 4 years and they have always demand a high level from their staff and vendors. They do everything they can for their residents to make sure they are happy and feel at home. The property is quiet, has beautiful interiors in each unit plus the pool is spectacular. The Maintence team is the best in town (super hard to come by). If I needed to pick a spot to live in Allen, TX this would 100% be the spot.

    We love living at magnolia! All the staff are amazing but a special shout out to Mr. Joseph Cerda on the maintenance team. He is a stellar employee through and through.     We love living here! The people are so friendly and welcoming, we really love Erica! She is amazing and so nice. The maintenance staff are also so friendly and always say hello when they see you. I always recommend this place to anyone I talk to!

    This apartment complex is great! I have lived here for 3 years and have had a great experience. I sadly have to move for relocation purposes but if I did not I would definitely be staying. The front office staff is always helpful. Any maintenance requests I have had were always done within 24-48 hours. Amenities are kept nice and clean. This complex is on the quieter side and I have never felt unsafe. The location is also a plus!

    This property is amazing! The landscaping is beautiful, the apartments are spacious and well updated, I love the Zen garden and the swimming pool!     I dont normally write reviews, but wanted to this time due to the experience as well as the location. I am looking to move closer to work and came by recently to check out Magnolia as it is very visible from the highway, and the building looks nice with a good location. When I came into the office, I was immediately greeted with the smiling face of the leasing office agent Diana C. She was so sweet and extremely helpful with me as I can be admittedly a bit difficult with back to back questions. As someone who works in customer service, I always notice and appreciate the attitudes and presence of people who really care. The building and the amenities looked great, and I love the internal garage setup you have. It really seems like a safe and secure place to live.

    Great leasing office staff! They made it very easy to get started with the application process. Location is convenient with easy access to I-75 and plenty of shopping options within a 5 min radius. Parking is easy, just make sure to register guests vehicles.

    After living here for 5 months, my wife and I have loved it at Magnolia on the Green. Diana helped us find the perfect unit and was very helpful with our move in- wish we could have moved in sooner. Erika and Courtney have also been helpful and friendly whenever we have a question about something. Every building requires a key fob to get in, which helps keep the building secure. Our freezer one day decided to stop working and on the very same day, maintenance came and brought us a brand new one. The location is very close and accessible to the freeway. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Thereā€™s also a great shaded walking trail (Cottonwood Crek) right on the other side of Stacy.

    Magnolia on the Green in Allen is a great place. Office personnel are always helpful and the maintenance crew is outstanding. All involved go over and above and take great care of us and respond timely to our questions and needs. There are monthly virtual activities and right now, we have frozen Fridays - pick the ice cream of your choice. Who doesnā€™t love ice cream in these Texas temperatures?

    Great response and service at Magnolia On The Green Apartments when you need something fixed, ā€¦even when itā€™s my fault sometimes :o.Joseph did a great job fixing my sink and Mario and the team are always considerate and know what theyā€™re doing. Management services are responsive too, they listen. Rare in these days of hurry and noise.

    This apartment complex is my favorite by far and I have been renting for 12+ years. Their staff has been super helpful and quick to resolve any issues I encounter, staff is super friendly and understanding. This is my second year here and excited to renew my lease. There are all the amenities you can think of, safe area and secure parking and building. Apartment interior is amazing as well.

    I am a vendor at magnolia on green and this is by far one of my favorite properties. It is located in a great area. The staff works hard to upkeep the property so it is always nice and clean when I visit. The office staff is friendly and very helpful and always greets me with a smile.     Just finished my stay at Magnolia on the Green. This property was accommodating aside from the occasional parking issue, although I rarely used the parking garage which usually had space.The staff was friendly during every encounter. They do fun events on weekends like raffles and breakfast/coffee bars for their residents.The pool was arguably the nicest apartment pool Iā€™ve been to, with 2 big grills and some cabana style lounging. Residents were friendly, and if youā€™re a dog person, this property is for you.Thereā€™s a nice trail right behind the property and itā€™s right off of 75 and 5 or 10 minutes from 121. Lots of food and shopping close by. All in all, a pleasant stay!

    10000/10 stars to the maintenance crew, I am so thankful to live in a building where they are so considerate and respectful to the tenets who rent.I have had issues with my back door locking, I had submitted an maintenance request. Armando came in my unit and was able to fix the issues in under a matter of 30 minutes. My back door now locks correctly and I am so excited.I was working on a work call, he was really respectful to work quickly and as quietly as he could so I could tend to my work call

    This is such a beautiful apartment complex. Meagan helped me tour the place and was super friendly. She really knew what she was talking about and I felt confident that she had my best interests in mind. The pool was gorgeous and I really liked their gym.     Its a wonderful community. Nice location, superb leasing office staff (Jessica to be specific as I have interacted only with her till now). Starting from my apartment tour till my move-in everything was clear and easy for me. Its been three months now I am living here and I am enjoying my stay. The maintenance staff are very supportive and issues are addressed very fast. I feel very much comfortable and safe in this place. The apartment is very close to all the places you would expect to visit, park, mall, school, restaurant, kids swim school. Also its very next to US 75 which makes my commute so easy. I am a happy resident here :)Writing this section during my 2nd term (after first lease renewal). Itā€™s the same feeling about Magnolia On The Green. Fantastic place to live, super fast service on any issue reported. Specifically by Ashley and Mario. The duo come with a smile and get the work done quickly to make me smile. Itā€™s a happy place to live.

There are just good vibes and energy Around the entire property . Courtney was also in office and she was decorating, making things festive for the holidays . It just felt like home .     Went to go view some units on their property, which was GORGEOUS not only that but let me just say the leasing agent Meagan and Ashley was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Please ask for either one of them when wanting to lease an apartment because their customer service was simply EXUBERANT not only did they make me feel wanted, they even went out their way to go the extra mile to make me so comfortable about my personal concerns (which had nothing to do with the apartment). Because of Megan I cancel 3 other tours I had scheduled and decided to move forward with them! They both are so willing to help me through the whole process and let me tell you that is so hard to find now days! So excited for my journey with them! MEAGAN AND ASHLEY YOU GUYS ROCK!

    Ive lived at the complex going on a year and have found my stay to be quite enjoyable. The hallways are kept clean, the noise level is acceptable and there is usually parking available in the ramp. The office staff (Courtney, Jess and Erica) do an awesome job at providing a superior, unmatched level of service and do a good job at keeping the lid on the place.The courtesy officer (John) is also really friendly and was able to help track down and catch a package thief earlier this year.While the rent prices are slightly elevated due to the current market, overall we have a really good community here with many new Texas residents.The only thing I think would make this place a little better is if we had a rower in the gym.

    We recently completed a year lease. From the very beginning Jessica was informative, communicative and kind. But that could be said about all the staff really.We would have renewed but we bought a house. The location is great and I never felt safer than I did while leaving here and we lived on the first floor.     TLDR: I love this apartment complex and 10/10 recommend it.My ONLY actual complaint is that the main (C building) has hallways that smell AMAZING, all the time, and I wish they would let us also have that same luxury in the stepchild (A and B) buildings. I asked the office staff about it and they said they have to get approval from Corporate.... well, Ive been here over a year, and Ive still got a bland smelling hallway, so Im looking at you, Corporate! What gives?Anyway... I do love living here! The complex itself is super cute, the finishes in the apartment are great, and I love the pool! Maintenance is really good (I havent had too many maintenance issues, but they come within 24 hours and the maintenance men are always very nice) and the office staff is usually pretty helpful! Outside parking can be a pain if you roll in after 8 or 9pm, but there is always PLENTY of parking in the garage. A bit of a walk if you live in building A or B, but nothing crazy!The area is unbeatable. The complex is walkable to several restaurants (Lazy dog, Lupe Tortillas, Portillas (just opened) Outback Steakhouse (about to open), Chipotle, Rosas, Mod Pizza, and more!) Theres also a Starbucks and a Nail Salon nearby and its nice to be able to take a short walk and get a pedicure. Annnnnd, if you have a bar cart like me that constantly needs to be restocked (thank you to my friends), Specs is also right across the street - 2 minute walk! The Allen Outlet Mall (high end shopping) and The Village (low-end shopping -- think Ross, Target, TJ Maxx, and also a bunch of restaurants) are both right across the street / highway. Theres a Trailhead to Cottonwood Creek Trail which takes you straight to The Village which I think is so neat! Its Right off 75 too so its easy access to hop on and go where youre going. Surprisingly, even with all of whats going on around it, the complex is very quiet! Im a little obsessed with living here!! All of my friends love my place and Im just like, mmhm.. I know šŸ’šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļøPS. Yes, their contracted towing company WILL tow your friends cars if they do not register it. Registration is super easy and they have signs (now) to remind them once they park. Ignore bad reviews about towing - its a thing, they make you very aware its a thing - follow the rules and your friends cars will be fine.

    Been here a year and a half. Theres always a perk to being the first resident in an apartment, its layout is pretty great for a one bedroom. Rent went up a lot, but I guess thats expected at most places, unfortunately. Its extremely safe and has a nice trail behind it. They keep the common areas immaculate. Parking is a little bit of a problem, but overall, its not too bad. Im really only disappointed about two things... recycling & trash. They do recycle cardboard, which is great cause with move-ins theres a ton, but the valet company throws out all recycling that isnt cardboard. They told me this themselves, so that is a bummer. Trash at the dumpster needs attention. Only maintenance has keys to dump the smaller bin up into the large, main part of the dumpster, so trash is constantly scattered around it because its not emptied nearly enough.We really like living here! And management is always helpful!

Jessica, Courtney, and Erica have always been super helpful and quick to respond. I dont have issues with stolen packages, pests, valet trash, communication, dirty common areas, wrong account balances, etc. I will probably re-sign again if I dont have a house by next year.-----------------------------Move in was relatively smooth. So far, I love the place. I specifically looked for a new building and am definitely happy with my choice. I love the walking trail behind the apartment and all the nearby restaurants. My only complaint was with the hallway doors slamming each time its closed. I expressed my concern to Ashley and she sent Mario to fix it within the hour. I cant comment on the thinness of the walls since no one lives next to me. Parking is abundant for now. The gym should be ready in early Feb. Aside from rent, you pay $20 for valet trash, $5 pest control, and $5 for a parcel locker. No covered parking unless you pay for a garage. Really safe area. I cant hear the 75 traffic but I live on the far end of the complex. I dont think theres security that patrols but, once again, safe area.

    Very beautiful, and well maintained. Centrally located within the city of Allen. There is a wide variety of restaurants and Allen Premiere Outlet Mall all within a half mile to the apartment complex. (a very manageable walking distance for all ages) The traffic seems to flow nicely at all hours of the day. The general area feels very very safe. All around very nice for the price.

I canā€™t say enough great things about Magnolia on the Green Apartments in Allen, TX on Chelsea Blvd. Weā€™ve been living here for awhile and every day my wife and I are reminded of the wonderful decision we made to call MOTG home. From the friendly front office staff who are always ready to answer any questions or solve any problem we might have quickly and with a smileā€¦ to the maintenance staff who are standing by to fix any issue big or small. The very few times we have needed a service call, the maintenance staff have been prompt and careful with our things and clean up after the service call. We have a dog and the poo stations with free waste bags and receptacles are a nice bonus. The amenities are awesome. The workout gym has plenty of equipment which they keep in great working condition. The lounge area and balcony over looking the large size pool is really cool. With several big screens and pool table itā€™s the perfect place to hang with friends and family. Parking is so easy, lots of parking in the 4 level parking garage. Ok I could go on and on but my fingers are wearing out my phone. More later!

    I stayed at this complex for a year. The amenities are nice and the leasing office staff are very friendly and accommodating especially the Asst. Manager Erica Lucio and leasing agent Jessica.My only concern was the frequency of hallway/parking cleaning. Im bit of an OCD person and it was just not up to my expectations. However, this was not due to leasing office staff not addressing concerns but due to a lack of adequate maintenance/ cleaning staff.Other than that, I have no complaints with this place and enjoyed my stay there!

    ***UPDATE***Though management has struggled at times responding to communication attempts, I believe it is still in their best interest to do what they can to accommodate the needs of their residents. Jessica is one that has always been very nice and helpful, from the time that I was just touring the complex through even conflicts that had come up after move-in. Although the lack of EV chargers and lack of ample visitor parking is still an inconvenience, this complex provides great floor plans in a wonderful location. I am glad they have worked with me to make things better and have me feel more at home.____________Pro: the location. Cons: just about everything else.The management is extremely unprofessional and has complete disregard and lack of concern for residents needs and requests. They will ignore your attempts to reach out to them and will gaslight you if they are unwilling to attend to your requests. To list just a few of the many more cons:ā€¢ The hallways wreak of garbage from an inconvenient valet trash service that you are required to pay for in addition to your rentā€¢ The garage is absolutely filthy, covered in widespread litter which has never ever been cleanedā€¢ Visitor parking is practically nonexistent and they take advantage of that by preying on visitors by having their cars towedā€¢ Tap water is extremely hard. Was told that it would stop looking cloudy/opaque after a few days of moving in, yet itā€™s been this way for months and itā€™s almost nasty to look at the water at times and leaves insane mineral deposit stainsā€¢ They consider EV chargers a ā€œluxuryā€ and have no plans of adding them despite multiple requests by multiple occupants with electric vehiclesā€¢ Despite having parcel lockers in the mail room, packages are often left out in the open and I have had multiple packages stolen, even one of significant value, and management takes no accountabilityā€¢ Something is always broken and itā€™s never communicated. Be it the garage gate malfunctioning, elevator out of service, random power outages, and much, much moreI really wanted to love my apartment and community, but now Iā€™m already looking for a new place to stay just a few months into my lease. Horrible service, you donā€™t get what you pay for, you will be much happier somewhere else.

    I really like this apartment complex. One thing I would tell people who are considering moving here is to not live on the first floor. At least where I live there is a cockroach problem. I vacuum every other day and keep things clean. I also bought a ton of baits that I placed around the apartment. We also had pest control come and spray the apartment. Even with all of this I still find a cockroach every day or every other day.There have been a few small cockroaches but most of them are medium to large sized.I have asked a friend who lives on a different floor level and they donā€™t have any problems with cockroaches. I guess it is just a first floor issue. I am considering moving to another floor before my lease is over.Overall I like living here but the cockroaches are becoming an issue, so just live on another floor. Or if cockroaches donā€™t bother you then the first floor is nice.

    Andrew Latimer is like the Gandalf of apartment upkeep, but with a toolbelt instead of a staff!I swear Andrew has a magical toolbox because every time Ive had a maintenance issue, hes there faster than I can say fix it. Its like hes got a hotline to my leaky faucet.One day, my kitchen sink decided it wanted to be a water feature, and I panicked. But not Andrew! He strutted in, plunger in one hand and a twinkle in his eye, and said, Fear not, for I am the Sink Whisperer! He proceeded to defeat that clogged drain like it was the boss level in a video game.And lets talk about his humor. Andrew once told me a joke about a screwdriver and a wrench walking into a bar ā€“ I laughed so hard, I nearly forgot I had a broken doorknob.So, if youre looking for a maintenance superhero who will rescue you from household disasters with a side of laughter, Andrews your guy.     I usually wait a few months before posting a review for an apartment complex, but Magnolia on the Green has really exceeded my expectations.My (then) fiancƩ and I had to move days before our wedding due to an unexpected event. The leasing staff here were so accommodating and made every effort to move us in as soon as possible. Ashley Barnes in particular was there every step of the way.As for the apartment itself, this is a brand new complex. We are the first tenants in this unit and we couldnt be happier. Aside from some minor maintenance (squeaky door, water too cold, etc.), its been a dream. We are in the A6 floorpan, and have really enjoyed our large balcony. Other touches like the tall ceilings, tons of natural light, natural stone countertops, and included washer and dryer are all great selling points. Building C has gated garage access to your level.Lastly, you cant beat this area. We can walk over to Specs, Lupe Tortilla, Lazy Dog, and probably even Starbucks if we felt like it. Less than 10 min drive gets us to Allen Outlet Mall, the shops across 75, or Watters Creek. Theres also access to Cottonwood Creek Trail, which is a fairly large paved trail.I highly recommend moving here! You will not regret it. There are not a whole lot of tenants here yet and rent price is competitive for the area. We plan on staying here past our current lease.
