    I lived here for a year. One of the cleanest apartments I’ve ever stayed at. It’s very well maintained and the residents are so nice. Kudos to Tamra!! She is a great community manager, very helpful and responsive. Sadly, I have to move out due to family matters. Would love to get back one day.

    I really loved living here. It’s in a perfect location central to everything and walkability to just about anything you need to enjoy an evening. It’s clean, modern, and quite well managed. Tamra is super easy to work with and was always incredibly understanding when life changes meant living arrangement changes. If I needed a place near Roanoke, I would easily consider this as first on my list.

    I lived here for 18 months and overall, it was a good experience. Tamra, the property manager, is amazing! She makes living here so much more enjoyable with her great attitude and willingness to help the tenants. The place is so close to all the things happening downtown on oak street and makes living in Roanoke fun!I only have one complaint that is a pretty big one. Covered parking.. I rented 2 spaces that were covered during my time here at Magnolia. 1 of the spaces was marked as retail and the other was not. The spot marked as retail, seemed to have people continuously parking in my spot causing me to have to park elsewhere. Residents parked in these retail spots thinking that they were first come first serve. I eventually moved to another spot because I was tired of having this happen to me. When it was going to rain, you can guarantee that all the retail spots will be taken by the people who want their cars protected but dont want to spend the money on a covered spot. Also, some of the residents renting the non-retail spots just park their cars how they want.. I have seen 2 instances where one car was parked right in the middle of two spots, 1 instance where the car was parked perpendicular to the parking space taking up multiple spots. Seriously? My advice.. Do not get a retail spot. Or.. Do not get a spot at all. The ceiling is very high and does little to protect against hail anyway,Tamra though, did a great job in communicating to all the residents that you are not allowed to park in the retail spots a couple months after my issue. Believe the new owner of the spot had similar issues.That is all.. I would still recommend a friend to live here minus the covered parking.

    I have lived here for 18 months and can say it is a really good apartment complex. The property manager, Tamra is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy, Russell is really quick and efficient if you submit a work ticket for something. Neither of them have ever been rude or hard to deal with. They also keep the property clean. Parking lot, hallways, pool area, common areas are always tidy.Location is really great too. You are walking distance to local festivals, bars, restaurants, live music etc.

    Ive lived here for almost a year and I love it! The location is seriously unlike anything else, SO amazing. Maintenance is super responsive and quick, and the management is so kind! I love my little studio apartment! Its a quiet complex, and never had any issues with bugs! Great place!

    I love living at Magnolia on Oak Street!!!! The location is amazing..walking distance to all the great restaurants in downtown Roanoke! The entire leasing process seem less! The apartments are beautiful inside, from the granite countertops to the wood flooring..Being a smaller apartment complex you get to know your neighbors which is so nice plus dog friendly…But what makes Magnolia on Oak Street a wonderful place to live is Tamra the leasing manager!!!

    I’m in love with my studio apartment here! It has such a beautiful design to it. As soon as I toured I fell in love with the apartment complex and have been loving living here. It’s a great location and has so many restaurants/shops nearby. Tamra is extremely helpful! Definitely recommend living here!

    Just moved into the Brand New complex. Doesnt feel like apartment living at all. Intimate and personal with all the upgrades you expect and within walking of one of the best down town areas in North DFW. The staff (Manager Tamra who walked us through the entire move in process with such ease and kindness) and Lauren who is always so helpful when calling and needing anything is absolutely wonderful to have when you are apartment living. The property is lovely and modern. The maintenance staff is Great! They respond quickly and get the job done to the utmost satisfaction! Jeff and I are so happy here and plan to stay for a long time!

    I recently moved in to Magnolia on Oak Street apartments and the community here is amazing! The staff is very friendly and attentive. The residents very neighborly, and the apartment units are gorgeous! Very affordable too.. Highly recommend this community!!!!

    I LOVE IT HERE! TAMRA HENRY IS AWESOME AND HAS BEEN SO HELPFUL WITH EVERY ASPECT OF MY MOVE! I LOOK FORWARD TO MEETING MY NEW NEIGHBORS ! THE ROOFTOP PATIO IS AMAZING...VERY WINDY...BUT AMAZING! I SPEND MY WEEKENDS UP THERE! BEAUTIFUL NEW HOME WITH SO MANY ADVENTURES WAITING FOR ME DOWNTOWN! I AM STARTING MY OWN BUSINESS CLOSE BY; MY GOAL IS TO BE ABLE TO WALK TO WORK!
