I recently leased an apartment from this community and had an absolutely fantastic experience! Brittany and Jeremy went above and beyond, answering every question I had with promptness and care. They took the time to explain every detail of the community, making me feel confident and informed from the start.The apartments themselves are stunning—meticulously maintained and boasting a nearly brand new feel that truly reflects the team’s dedication to quality. It’s clear that everyone here cares deeply about the property and its residents.If you’re searching for a place that combines exceptional service with beautiful, well-kept living spaces, I wholeheartedly recommend this community. Five stars all around!

I’ve had a great experience with the complex and management staff so far in my time with Magnolia Gaston! The office and management staff were flexible and able to work with me on my move in date, and provided me with easily the smoothest move in process I have ever had (shout out Amanda!) Even after the leasing process they have been communicative and attentive, and consistent with quality customer service. The unit/complex/grounds have been consistently clean and maintained. Parking is not an issue. It’s a killer price for the area and walkable without being high traffic. :)

I am going on my third year living at Magnolia on Gaston, and I can say that it is the best apartment experience I’ve had in all my 20 years of apartment living in Dallas. The head Leasing Agent, Brittany Bunch, is amazing and the maintenance staff is on top of any issue you might have.
