I’ve lived at Magnolia off Henderson for over a year. I love my space. Management is very quick to respond and communicative. Maintenance has always been prompt and full fixes any issues. I’ve never had trouble with parking even though it’s not assigned. There is gated parking, front/rear parking spots, and street parking. Overall a very quiet building and neighbors are kind to one another/considerate to one another. The apartment gets really great light and has plenty of storage.

Magnolia off Henderson is a great choice for anyone looking for a nice, well-managed, and comfortable place to live. The maintenance crew is awesome here and so is the leasing team. This complex is conveniently located in Dallas and close to just about anything. It is even walking distance to a few neighboring restaurants/nightlife. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a superb apartment.

I have had the best experience living at Magnolia off Henderson. The ladies in the office Jessica and Yesenia have always been so kind and helpful with anything I need. They truly have gone above and beyond to accommodate several times. Maintenance has always been quick and helpful. I have really enjoyed my 1b 1b unit. It is plenty spacious and built well. Although near a busy night life street the noise level is minimum. Cant say enough great things about the property and staff!

I lived at Magnolia for over three years and loved my space. Magnolia off Henderson was central to everything and convenient to anything downtown. The management team, led by Jessica, were always helpful and attentive. Furthermore, the maintenance staff were prompt, friendly and all around awesome. Shout-out to Ashley, the cleaning lady that always did her best to keep the hallways fresh and clean. I was really particular when shopping for a complex and loved how small and cozy it was. Having a personal private garage was a huge plus with the unexpected weather in Dallas. Lastly, I never had problems with missing or stolen packages. Highly recommended!

Cant say enough good things about the experience I have living here. Jessica is hands down one of the best property managers Ive ever encountered-- she responds quickly to any and all needs and you can genuinely tell that she cares. Ive lived here a little over a year and Ive really enjoyed my experience so far.

Best apartment I’ve had in Dallas! Great location. The management here is wonderful and always helpful! Maintenance is friendly and very quick to tend to any issues I’ve had while living here as well. The floor plans are unique and I always get compliments on my space. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been here for almost a year and a half. It is in such a good area if you’re looking to be around nightlife, and the staff has been so helpful towards all of my needs. Any time I need something done maintenance-wise, it’s fixed within a couple of days and back to brand new. My apartment faces 77degrees and I hardly ever hear too much noise. The hallways and perimeter of the property is cleaned every week, and the apartment itself is very elegant and chic. You will hear the people above you moving around every once and a while, but that’s the price you pay of apartment living—it’s inevitable. Thank you Magnolia for making me such a happy resident!

I’ve lived here for almost two years & have had a terrific experience. The building & apartment itself are a very unique & “boutique” style, not cookie cutter at all. Noise levels are fairly low, which is great especially considering the 77 degrees bar right next door. Prices are reasonable considering the area. They don’t have as many community amenities (they still have a great pool!) which translates into savings on rent prices. The office staff are friendly, competent, and will go out of their way to help the residents. They will work with you to accommodate requests & are more flexible than standard large apartment complexes. Would definitely recommend this place!

I’ve lived in this building for over 2 years and can’t say enough good things! The apartments are spacious, modern and the high ceilings make all the difference. Specific shoutout to Jessica the property manager! She is prompt, friendly and helpful with any request or question. It’s a very walkable neighborhood and I’d recommend these apartments to any of my friends!

I LOVE living here! Just renewed my lease for a 3rd year. The office and maintenance staff go above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and take care of any issues in a timely manner. The property is always clean and I get a TON of compliments on how cute the interior of my unit is. I cant recommend living here enough!!
